Walk-in service. Prices on window are not updated. Not sure how I feel about my eyebrows. I liked the cleanup but I kinda regret getting my eyebrows printer with henna. The lines are a bit too harsh for me and I didn't like that tint was added to parts where there are no hair so the tint looks more obvious. I'm hoping the tint gets better over time.. will keep updated. Wait time was about 10 minutes before getting serviced. One employee only when I went in on a Monday afternoon. I've been coming here for almost 10 years and have never really been picky with who I see because they've all done a great job (Purvi, Varshu, Nisha, Samina and a few others). Today was the first time I've been disappointed here. I told the lady that I don't want my eyebrows thin and only want a clean up (I actually like the shape of my natural eyebrows and it took forever to grow it out to where it was). She said okay, but clearly didn't understand the assignment and made the inner side of my eyebrows thinner than the rest. I'm pretty upset. It looks ridiculous. She asked me after she was done if it's okay, and I told her that it's way thinner than what I asked for. I didn't throw a fit because what's done is done. I just know now that I need to be more selective with who does the job going forward. Oh... and I really wish that they would sanitize/wipe down the chairs between each customer. A pump of hand sanitizer in between wouldn't hurt either since they're touching people's faces. read more

This was my first time coming here. Of course I called before I came in and the young lady told me over the phone that the artist wasn't going to be in until 3pm & I said that's fine. However, once I arrived their were two ladies busy doing eyebrows which was fine. I then asked if I can get a henna tattoo and she said sure just pull a picture off google and I said you don't have anything like a book with pictures of recent clients and she said she only had two that she did today & I didn't like either one of them. So, I continue to look online and I found one and then she try to charge me $30 for the picture because she said it was too detailed and then I pick something smaller and then it was nothing like the photo I suggested. I didn't like what I had overall and she charged me half price. Overall my experience here was a 4/10. Ok so it's no Ziba, but it's a cool, quick in and out spot to get yourself detailed. We don't go for the threading; I mostly go to get my daughter's pitts waxed (so no stubble). They have different ladies do it each time and some of course are more detailed than others. Recently, I went to get Henna. I knocked off several pieces of clay before I even left the shop and thought the design was lost. Also, my skin tone was so close to the clay color I thought I wasted $40, but to my surprise it lasted a good 2 weeks and got darker once the clay completely fell off. This is my go-to eyebrow spot! I've been going here for maybe 4 years now- probably more tbh. My go to lady was Purvi. She literally took her time with my brows and made sure I completely loved them before getting off that seat. I noticed her schedule changed so she wasn't there as often. Nisha started working there and she became my new go to but unfortunately same thing happened and she left the shop as well. Now my person is Cindy, so I hope she isn't leaving anytime soon. I went here the day before my sons wedding to have my eyebrows threaded And the girl doing the threading (I am horrible remembering names, but she was really nice and funny) along with my sister, talked me into getting my eyebrows done with a henna tattoo. I said why not and did it after much deliberation. Well, my sister and the girl doing the henna did not warn me it goes on very thick and very dark and once done she had me sit up and look. O-M-G! I freaked out, it is the day before my sons wedding and I looked like to thick dark worms just died above my eyes. They both got a chuckle and then told me that it needs to sit for 15 minutes and then would be wiped off. I sat there freaking out inside because in my eyes, wipe off or not, how would it not be this thick when the color adheres to the skin. Well, needless to say that once she wiped them clear, my eyebrows looked gorgeous and they no longer looked like to dead thick worms! I am definitely going to do this again. DEFINITELY MY GO TO PLACE FOR THREADING! I have been going here for years. I had stumbled upon this place when they opened, possibly like 6 years ago? It was the closest threading place to my house at the time, so I thought I would try it out. Prices are still great. They randomly will roll out special deals throughout the year that you can take advantage of. The First Lady who used to work there way back when who always knew if you were lying about managing the hair on your face was great. lol she would always call me out if she noticed I previously waxed or plucked my eyebrows. Then she departed from this business. The next person is Purvi. I'm not sure if she is still with this business as I haven't seen her in almost a year, but she was my go to women. I ask and they tell me she is still around. Just taking a break. Can't wait until she comes back. There is something about the way she does my eyebrows where is looks like I fill in my eyebrows but it's just natural. And it's like an artwork on my face lol Followed by Nisha. She is more on the newer side. She doesn't work as often anymore, and it's hard to catch her now when I'm needing of assistance. The other ladies there are great as well, I just have preferences I suppose. I never say no to anyone unless my go to artist is there, then I'll wait. I don't just do threading. I get my legs waxed here too and I can honestly say this is my favorite place to get my legs waxed. They just take care of me. If you want to get henna done, only do it with the owner Cindy. She is rarely there either but you can definitely call in and ask for an appointment with her. She does the best work with that one. I've had bad henna from this place before. My sister also got eyebrow tinting from here and said she wasn't crazy about it. But I see others with wonderful reviews on it. They have a rewards card to earn a free eyebrow and upper lip threading. So make sure you get it and earn those rewards. read more

These ladies know what they're doing! According to my stamp card, I've been here 5 times (buy 10x eyebrow and upper lip 11th is free!) Purvi has done most of my threadings, and she is so good! She's very gentle & I've never gotten any cuts from her. She would let me know where she left some hairs so that area could grow and even out the brows. I'm not sure the name of the young girl that did my brows today, but she did a fantastic job on my brows! They were a grown mess before I came in and she got the shape is on point. They do a decent job on your eyebrows but every time I have come here they aren't on time and open late. Why state that your open at 10am if you aren't going to take it seriously. People are busy and it's not professional. I got here at 10 and no one is here so I called their number and the girl answered and said she's on her way to give her 10minutes. Those ten minutes came and went so I left! The first time I let it go but now that it's happened multiple times it's super annoying! If you open at 10 you should be there at 9:30 or at least 9:45 to set up and be ready to go. The first time I came the girl had no mask and was also walking around barefoot which is a whole other issue. read more

I've been going to this salon for a while now without ever having an issue. They're always nice and greet you when you walk in. Went in 12/19/19 and only one girl was working who I did not recognize. I asked her to clean up my brows and to not make it thin. She spent a long time on my brows/lip and applied a lot of pressure, which I've never experienced. Her fingers were digging into my eyes and lip. When I saw the brows in the mirror I noticed how thin they were but just wanted to get out of there. I looked closely afterward and saw how my brows are so thin. My left brow is uneven and weirdly arched in the inner portion. I don't have thick brows to begin with so it will take me a good couple months at least to regrow them. The corner of my lip is red and raw from the threading which has never happened before. Obviously won't be coming back for a while as there won't be anything to thread. Def Won't let that girl touch my face again. I Should've said something when I first saw the brows in the mirror but it's not like you can put the hair back. Ask for Cindy or Purvi if she's still there. read more
