I was referred by someone to go to another salon but they closed last minute due to an emergency so I was left hanging and had to find someone else nearby with an opening. I called Topline Nails cause it was the first one that popped up on my gps closest to my location. Called and they said to come right in! From the outside you couldn't tell how gorgeous and huge this place on the inside! It's so bright, clean, airy, and just a beautiful place overall! So many pedicure chairs and nail tables. I was greeted with a smile and she directed me right to a chair and served me a mimosa! They serve other drinks as well. I asked for a pedicure and builder gel fill. Linda did so good with my pedicure. Loved the scrub and massage and Sophie did my fill and repaired my one broken cracked nail and my chipped nail. I thought I would need to get a tip to repair it but she did her magic with the hard gel and cured and shaped it without having to! She was able to tell me that I still had old acrylic underneath that wasn't drilled off before getting my new hard gel set. She explained why my nails were breaking and why they didn't feel as sturdy. She did a great job helping me out and starting me over from scratch. She was a little aggressive with the filing and I got a little cut on my pinky but overall she did amazing compared to what I had before. I love how my nails turned out and will definitely be back! My absolute favorite nail salon in Southern California. Christine is super welcoming and I love setting up my appointments with her. She is as lovely as professional. While Tammy and Tina are my favorites, I had Linda today, and the massage was amazing. My tired legs and feet thanked her too. Lol. Everyone here gives their very best and no one will disappoint. The nail tech asked another technician to do the design, but she seemed to struggle and then began yelling across the salon. She continued shouting for the rest of my appointment and even while I was paying. It made the entire experience incredibly uncomfortable, and everyone in the salon looked uneasy. I come here to relax, not to listen to employees yelling at each other. It was disappointing that no one stepped in to handle the situation. I came to this salon last Friday and got a deluxe pedicure and a gel mani. I have to mention the staff is lovely and they had a blast talking to my baby but it is the service that I'm reviewing. The pedicure was excellent but a few days later I saw a lot of skin around the toenails that was not cut off, a pedicure easily lasts a week and a half for me before I see any growth that needs trimming . As for the gel manicure , it was fine . I felt like the technician rushed the process and when I paid , I mentioned that one of the gels was sloppy and needed fixing. The technician filed it down and sure enough by Tuesday the gel was peeling off . I never had gel come off this fast !!! Even though the place is lovely and the staff if nice I was disappointed with the end result after dropping $100 . I'm not sure if I will go back specially after being there for the first time :/ read more

There wasn't one person getting a treatment, there was nobody at the front desk, I didn't see a menu of services but I saw a sign saying that tips have to be done in cash and there is a $.50 charge for ATM. I didn't like that. There are no visible menus and that is the first sign that welcomes you. There was one lady on the phone in the back too busy looking at the screen to realize I walked in. Salon is located in a shopping center with plenty of parking. Ashley greeted me and was my stylist. I have gel on my nails and the right pinky nail was torn. Greeting was welcoming went in for a pedi witch I got everything was fine until I asked for acrylic powder on my toes witch she said she couldn't do then the nail tech doing my fill said they don't do that because it falls off he felt dumb when I told him I had previously got them done elsewhere and it lasted me a whole month and he said yea cuz other people like taking your money like yea I pay for what I want duh!! long story short they did not want to do it then I asked for Jelly polish witch I knew they had because my previous set I got there and I had gotten jelly and he said they didn't have any until I said "Boy your Really saying no to everything today" he didn't know what to say at that point and he went and grab them and he said they will charge you $5 extra for that like ok sir do I look brokey or something ughh this was a disappointment of a place left with my toes not done went across the street got my acrylic on my toes and polished off here they took my money like he said they would and I was happy about that never will I come back to this place read more

I am extremely disappointed with my most recent visit. I came in for a mani- pedi and when I was sat one of the attendants quite literally threw the sample colors at me. I figured ok maybe she is having a bad day whatever it's fine. I wanted to get a gel pedicure for the sole purpose of it lasting longer than a regular pedicure, mind you it was $55 for a regular pedicure with gel- already outrageous, but i was willing to pay. My gel pedicure that was supposed to last over 2 weeks lasted not more than 24 hours. Very disappointing. read more
