Wow. I'm not a patron nor would I ever be. My family parked in a parking spot in front of this shop to visit another vendor. The spot is not designated for the nail salon but they had placed a stool to try and claim it. While we parked (we planned to pick up food and leave) I kid you not that one of the ladies came outside and stared us down with arms crossed as we tried to get our 9mo son out of the car. As we waited to get our food, we saw a few ladies go in and out of the shop around our car and one even signaled for us to move. Again- this is not their parking spot and it's for the shopping center. We did not budge but the fact they tried to intimadate us was unnecessary when we had done nothing wrong. Before we left, we saw them trying to block off another parking spot with a chair. read more

They are very lazy, Refuse to make the water warm when I told them it was ice cold. Refuse to use any cuticle remover before picking cuticles on my nails. Refused to scrubb my feet at all after I refused the extra cuticle removal treatment. The guy got a bad attitude and started slamming stuff around, I guess to try an intimidate me. I will never go back to this dump! $80 for a job that looks like a 3 year old did it. Never again! read more

5/5 for great service, awesome massage chairs, friendly and kind staff! We went on a Saturday at 12:30 for 7 people, pedicures only. I called in a few days prior to make this reservation. They gave us water, which was perfect because it was over 85 degrees! We were happy and so grateful for them accommodating us all! Worst manicure. The man was very rude and rushing. Did not even use cuticle oil nor did he cut my cuticles fully, it doesn't even look like I just got a manicure. He did not take my old gel off completely, so the new gel looks very lumpy and sloppy.Highly don't recommend this place if you are particular about your nails. read more

I really like this place. The color range for polish is vast and most of not all come in gel form too. A plain non-gel manicure I believe is $38. Gel cannot be added to that package. The next in price is the "please me" package which is $55 and if you choose gel, it's an extra $10 separately (in example: $10 for feet and $10 for hands). The please me package includes several nice items including a red salt + blue cooling gel leg/arm massage/rub and a 6 minute massage on top of that. Those aren't the only things included. It's so relaxing. The employees here are very diligent, nice, and focused. They do acrylics flawlessly. I struggle with writing this review but it needs to be done. My nails do not reflect what's in the picture and within 48 hours I had 2 chipped nails. I had issues with picking colors because the Acrylic colors they have in pics they didn't seem to have in shop. Strike 1. I started with one woman who passed me off to someone else. Strike 2. I asked my nails to be thick with the first person and I guess that wasn't shared with the guy I was passed too. And the ombré I paid for was crap. Strike 3. I'm struggling with the belief that the pictures shown loaded by this business are legit. I think photos should look more "real time" and loaded by customers. Why would you not have the colors shown in the photos if this was work of the nail technicians there? I don't think Yelp should allow business to upload more than 10 photos from the business. 1. Made appointment two days in advance. They ignored it. Took an extra half hour to get started. 2. Don't get gel or dip manicure here. Took forever, they put way too many clear layers and only one of color. The black looks like dark gray. It came out really thick and ugly and not the color I picked. 3) Look how horrible the cuticles and edges are. This dryness is all from this manicure! They got gel all over my fingers and didn't clean it. The pinky is smeared all over. 4) The pedicure was good but they try to up-sell constantly. 5) very dissatisfied. This is my fourth time here. Had a great experience today! This place is one of the cleanest nail salons I've been to. I am new to Long Beach, and since my husband and I bought a house here, I have been searching for a nail place. 6 months later I think I found it. Victor did my nails and got the shape perfect. Can't say it was a warm welcome but I received acknowledgement the moment I stepped into the salon which I appreciate since some places don't even do that much! I was asked to choose my color and was quickly seated for service. Mimi did my pedicure. She was very nice. She used an interesting tool for callous removal along with a gel which was much gentler but effective than the hard sponge scrubbers that other salons have used which I don't like. When it came to the massage portion she actually set out a timer and showed it to me. This is the first place that's actually done that! I've always wondered how nail spas keep track of the massage time and this way every customer is confident they are getting what they pay for on that front. The massage was relaxing. What a shame. Highly recommended by a friend who had previously gotten her nails done there. She went with me to get her nails done as well but when we got there, I did not receive the same quality treatment she did. We both ordered the same thing (a basic manicure) and started our manicures at the same time. For whatever reason, the lady who did my nails rushed everything. I didn't even enjoy my hand massage because she literally took less than a minute to do it. There was no care put into my nails. I got done and spent a good 5-10 minutes waiting for my friend to finish. Tipped them a nice amount but will not go here again. read more
