Got to leave a bit early from work Friday (12/19) and needed a dip mani. Called around the area to places with 4/5 star reviews and this was the only place that could take me right away. I didn't know what to expect walking into this tiny, quaint little place, but I was pleasantly surprised with the entire experience. Tim worked efficiently and yet, paid attention to detail... and I can also see it in the final result. At one point the electric filer got a little too close to my cuticles (no cuts), but Tim immediately adjusted and made sure it didn't happen again. It's crazy to me that this nail shop has almost no bad reviews on Google. I found them from a TikTok video.... Worst mistake I've made in a long time. I am a busy mother of 2, and I hardly ever take time for myself to get my nails or feet done. I'm upset that I wanted to try somewhere new and was very disappointed. My nails came out horrible! Not only did the nail tech Hannah continuously cut my skin and made me bleed... my nails turned out horrible with bubble like texture all over them. I'm addition, I've had better pedicures before. Lynne was sweet, however, the pedi felt rushed. Mind you, I was the only one there. Pedicures shouldn't be rushed! No service should be rushed! Came in here for a mani pedi in April for my birthday and had to ask the techs to stop about 15 minutes into my services and left. They were very nice, and apologetic, but I just couldn't allow them to continue with my services. I wanted a gel pedicure and had a previous gel on my toes - the woman doing my pedicure didn't know how to use the e-file on the gel on my toes, she was going too fast, and too hard, damaging my toe nails (left indents where she over buffed) and causing me a lot of pain. My manicurist had to stop twice to help her and was showing her how to use it right in front of me. I question if this tech was licensed if she wasn't familiar with a typical gel removal technique. For my nails I was going to do a hard gel fill. The tech was doing an OK job, but manually filing down the hard gel she sliced open the skin surrounding the nail bed on two fingers with the edge and I was bleeding. She said she would put something on it so it didn't get infected. I politely asked them to stop, I had half cured hard-gel on my nails and wildly over buffed toes and went elsewhere. I noticed both of these techs were pulling tools from a kit and there was no inclination of if they were clean/new or changed between clients (they didn't have the prepackaged ones they open in front of you) which was alarming to me considering I was cut in various places. I don't recommend this place, and won't be back myself... but the woman doing my nails mentioned they were under new ownership. Hopefully they can provide better services to others in the future. read more

Rude people, I guess I should've told them it was my first time there but I didn't nonetheless should've been more attentive. They didn't want to find the nail color I wanted. I got dip, and it didn't turn out the color I wanted. She laughed after I said I didn't like how it turned out. The girl who did my pedi didn't know how to do French, and made them un even. This was the best nail salon experience I've had. I was blown away by how quick and precise the service was. I honestly don't know how someone can work that fast while still being so detailed. It's easy to make an appointment and check in to the salon. The location is easy to find and parking is pretty easy. Walking over, I saw tons of colors on their back wall. They have Norma polish, gel, jelly gel, and more. The owner (I think), Brian, is very responsive and provided great customer service. The nail techs I had for my gel manicure and normal pedicure were great. They adjusted things to my preferences and helped me with putting my shoes on afterwards. I love how my nails turned out! The vibe at the salon is clean with serene music. There a few pedicure chairs and they have massage functions. Sadly I messed up some toe nails but they graciously are fixing them.
