WORST NAIL PLACE EVER!! didn't even coat my nails evenly, or clean up my cuticles before fill. didn't even do an even shape. Over priced. 120$ for short almond nails and 75$ for a fill. Not even a medium sized nail. Normally 45-50 to get them done everywhere I go!!!! Rude customer service and talk bad about the clients while they sit there. Would give zero stars if I could. I spent $122 (including tip) to get a gel manicure and pedicure done (French tip for both). The lady working on my hands globbed the paint on and rushed the service. Not only did my nails turn out extremely thick, but also the French tips are all uneven and crooked. Not even an hour had passed before I have to come back in to have a nail redone from chipping. Gel always last a minimum or two weeks on my hands. Later in the even a different nail had also chipped. I refuse to go back here as when I asked for the first chipped nail to be redone I felt as if it was not something they wanted to "fix". I put quotations because all they did was peel off the chipped nail and glob more paint on to it. Now the nail is even thicker. Way too expensive for bad work.. Also, a friend who went went me had two fingers that were not completely covered in a clear coat. read more

This nail salon switches owners often but the only reason I have returned is for Tammy. Tammy does amazing nails and is very sweet. Today I was taken care by another technician by the name Catherine. The service I always request is gel x. I have gotten cat nails with Tammy before and they have come out phenomenal. Today is requested them once again and I noticed one of the nails was very crooked. I pointed it out to Catherine and she gave me the lazy answer that my finger is crooked. Which it is not and her job is to make sure all the nails are nice and aligned regardless of the shape of my fingers. I asked her if she could please fix it. Catherine proceeded by giving me major attitude and even the way she grabbed my hands changed. Once she fixed it she even laughed. It made me very uncomfortable. It definitely threw off the vibe of the establishment and the trust between customer and nail technician. The color Catherine used what not the color I showed her at all but at that point I felt so uncomfortable to ask her to correct it. I have attached the reference picture and the nails she did. This was an 81$ set and I still tipped her $11 because I always take care of my technicians and the other ladies that have gotten me know that. I feel bad for Tammy because this place just lost a really good paying and consistent customer. Just really bad business on their behalf. read more

Ruined my nails. I always see the same nail tech and she always does a great job and is very sweet. I called and spoke to my tech and made an appointment w her and when I arrived she was w someone else......but she sat me immediately. I asked for the same shape I typically request. She was bouncing back and forth between me and someone else which made no sense bcs I had called an hour and 15 prior to schedule. She ended up ruining my nails and I sat there watching and holding back tears. When I spoke up, this same typically sweet and perfect nail tech argued w me. I tried to stand up for myself but she was rough in her responses so i just decided it was best for me to stop talking. I had to change my shape color and design i wanted since she hacked off my nails- and didnt offer to fix it. I spoke to the new owner a few days later who refused to refund me, nor offer me a free treatment to make up for the mistake. she told me to come in and she could create my old length without using a tip. i didnt feel confident and didnt understand. i honestly would have felt understood if she had tried to offer the next service complimentary to me. im sad that the nail tech treated me so poorly after Ive become her customer and only return here specifically for her. i would have appreciated an apology and the owner failed me too. read more

I love that this salon is near my house, but the level of energy when I entered the doors and the when every other client who came after me was quite different. I didn't feel like a valued customer even though I was getting 2 very expensive services. Unfortunately, only after 4 days my gel builder manicure (which is supposed to last for 4 weeks) started to crack, break and separate. I came back today on day 7 after my service to get these issues corrected and was greeted with irritation, a quiet disdain, and left with only 1 on 4 nails fixed, and the others just filed to try to disguise the fact that they need to be redone because the gel was separating. This is after I showed the nail tech that all of my issues weren't resolved. I paid a ridiculous amount of money for this service because my friend raved about it from another salon, so I tried it and am very disappointed with the level of service that I received and the low quality of work and/or products. And this was my birthday gift to myself, so this makes it even worse that the quality and service were so underwhelming. read more

where do i even begin. i want to preface that my nail appointment cost a total of $140 for mani/pedi with cat eye. yes $140. first the ladies doing my nails kept refusing to give me the color i wanted a third person had to come in and do my color for me. I asked the lady doing my mani if she could file one of my nails more and she gave me a dirty look and had a different employee tell me no. third the lady doing my pedi yanked nail colors out of my hand and told me i needed to pick a different color. my fingernail cuticles are not even clean and the color does not even cover the whole nail. when i would ask to see other colors they had they would continuously just tell me no. They charged me an extra $15 just for getting clear coat over my color apparently according to them clear coat and base coat are not included in their pricing. they did not tell me my total until i requested a receipt. When I asked for partial refund back for the money they up charged me for they fought with me about it. Their solution was a $10 voucher. The man in charge offered to zelle me the refund but his wife refused and continued to fight with me about it. These people will try to lie to your face and gaslight you while you have the actual menu in your hands with prices. But just know that not everyone gets charged extra for clear/base coat bc my friend with me didnt. My friend was able to receive gel x nails with a design on each finger in two different colors for $75 but I got up charged . All these up charges they gave me were never discussed to me beforehand and only I seemed to get charged with them. Apparently, to the woman with open sores all over her mouth, i must not be reading the menus at the salons I go to if im complaining about prices. Just mean people all around. read more
