I've given this place a few chances, but my recent experience with Danny the nail technician was the final straw. Not only did he cut me while using the dremel to file my nails and cuticles, but he also gave me attitude when I asked him to fix nails that were clearly too long and crooked. If the job had been done properly the first time, I wouldn't have had to ask for corrections. To make matters worse, the price I was quoted on the phone mysteriously increased when it came time to pay. That's shady and unacceptable. The service has always been mediocre at best, but this visit was downright unpleasant. Between the poor workmanship, the lack of professionalism, and the sketchy pricing, I won't be coming back and I don't recommend this place to anyone. read more

Came in for a fill on my gel x nails. I wanted red French tip and it was very messy. The technician only did one coat and my nails look see through. Also the curves were crooked and my hands were left with red nail polish. The technician did not want to clean up my fingers. She said washing them would take it off but it's nail polish. Worst thing is that she was laughing while she said that after seeing me visibly upset. Waste of $50. Third time here. I thought it would be my new spot but it won't be. Careless service. They are always so nice, gentle, they'll give suggestions and make sure that you like what they've done before continuing so that they make sure they do exactly what YOU want. They give really good leg & foot massages when giving a pedicure. I even got a shoulder and neck massage after getting a manicure while my pedicure was being done. During my gel fill, I felt a couple moments of sharp pain to my nail beds/cuticles as the man sanded off my old color and then sanded down to blend in my new fill. It wasn't so shocking that I asked him to stop. The color picked for me (because the one I asked for wasn't available, I guess?$ was pretty and I was happy when I left. However, the next morning, I woke with a couple sore cuticles and two of them were bleeding (pics). Positive: the fill and shaping of the gel/dip was done well, thin and smooth.
