Getting my nails done is something of a chore for me - I hate sitting still for that long - so pre-COVID, I always splurged on a higher end experience at a salon in Belmont Heights, because if I was going to be strapped to a chair for 60-90 minutes, I damn sure should be overpaying for the privilege! :) Post-covid, my favorite tech from my aforementioned salon left the business for a 9-5 but did in-home work for favored clients, of which I was one, so that's how I rolled for several years. However, about a year ago, I wanted to get my nails done to treat myself prior to a surgery, and I stopped in here without an appointment. Since then, they have become my go-to, as someone who only bothers to go every 4-6 weeks. I've walked in even on relatively busy days and haven't had to wait (it's like ladies just materialize!), their work is fine [for my purposes], they are reasonably-priced, they are very friendly, the vibe is very chill. A couple of notes - I don't get gel nails, just regular mani-pedis, so I can't speak to gel or acrylic experiences. I'll also say that at the more expensive salon, the polish seems to last longer (and I always bring my own color, so perhaps it's a difference in base/top and/or application). The higher end salon is also a little better at callous removal. But for the price and convenience, as someone who basically just goes to get "cleaned up" and not to impress anyone later, I don't have any real complaints. As has been mentioned, they accept credit for payment, but tips need to be in cash. I usually stop in unplanned and often find myself without cash, but fortunately, there's a credit union ATM steps away that solves the problem. read more

Workers are lazy and rude and racist. I walked in and asked for help with a pre made nail set and was turned away. I was told they do not have any glue to put my nails on. I called 5 min later and asked the same question and the lady said I could come in right away. read more

Nice and relaxing salon. Lily and the ladies take time to he thorough and clean. They can do acrylics on toes as well. Please bring cash for tips, even though they do accept credit cards. Wifi is included read more

Nails 4 Season - Fresh spring toes. Big nails are acrylic - Nail Salons Near Me - Long Beach, California

Pretty nails... yes please. My husband and I have been going here for over a year now. We always see Wendy and Nancy who are so nice and always take good care of our nail care. The owner is so sweet and they always remember you and welcome you with a smile. read more

DO NOT GO HERE TERRIBLE SERVICE NO ONE UNDERSTANDS I came to get my gel nails soaked off and I had to go back because they left the primer on and then it was like she couldn't see it and it was obviously still there and then she's drooling away all in the wrong places. It was just awful, and nobody understands you in there not one single person. read more

I have been to this salon several times, and have been generally satisfied. However, this pedicure was all wrong. I couldn't stay to have them re-do it because I had to get back to work, but I am going to have to go to another place and have this fixed. I've included a pic of the type of design I asked for, and what I received. My suggestion is: Do not come here if you want any sort of design or something beyond basic color. read more

Been coming here for a while. Came in to get a pedicure and have my nails taken off. The lady that did my pedicure was great as always. The lady taking off my nails, who I believe is the owner, wanted until my pedicure was done to start taking off my nails. Instead of her soaking them off she wanted to do what was faster for her which was using the clippers. I asked her if she can take the nails off another way because the clippers were painful, she continued until I finally just moved my hand away to make her stop. I asked her if she could soak them off and she said that it takes too long and asked if I just wanted to take them off myself? If I wanted to take them off myself I would've done that from the beginning!!! This will be my last visit her read more

Lily, Jenny, Kim and the other dedicated staff members of Nails 4 Season always seem busy but somehow manage to make time for their customers. They take there time with each client and always do nice work. Jenny gave me a mani/pedi on Friday and she shaped my nails exactly how I wanted them, she cleaned all of my cuticles and left my hands and feet feeling so soft. Also, I don't know what type of gel top-coat they use, but my nails glimmer in the light. I highly recommend this nail salon. read more

I'm giving 2 stars because they are affordable and always seem to get you in despite being busy. However, the work they do is one star :( I got a gel manicure done here last week and it looks awful 7 days later. It looks like it usually does 2-3 weeks after I get gel nails done. I noticed it right after the girl finished doing my nails: she had not pushed my cuticle back at all and my nails looked like little miniature kid nails. I talked to the lady at the register (whom I am thinking is in charge because she sits on her phone most of the time at the front of the salon). Anyway: she told me that there isn't a need to push the cuticle back because it "grows back." Uh. So do my nails. Haha. Way to support the customer! It was sloppy work and the girl who did my nails was obviously newer. Her work was not good ESPECIALLY for $35. I had a $40 pedicure that was subpar too. Just annoyed. There are salons that are FAR better than this one and I will not be coming back here again. Don't waste your $ or time here. read more

Recommend this location for pedicures. Just had an amazing pedir y Tiffany. Best mas stage and attention to detail. Will definitely be coming back! read more

I've been coming to this salon forever, since I was a kid! The place has recently been Remodeled and it looks better than ever! Prices are decent and services are as expected, Mostly every employee is good at Pedicures, they really get in there and dig for those ingrowns! The owner Lily is the best for a set of Acrylics. I always feel welcomed when I'm in here, read more

I popped into here last week since my threading place is like two businesses over. Not impressed. $25 for gel nails is pricey in my book. I usually go to Pinkie's where it's $20 and they practically last 3 weeks. They were not busy at all. That kind of worried me, but at the same time it was convenient. One lady was chilling there on her phone with her bare, cracked feet resting in the seat in front of her nail station. She needed callous remover for $5 extra-savage but true. I got gel nails, and they're already cracking and chipping after a week. They charge 95 cents to use a credit card. Rude. I felt very awkward at one point since one of the other ladies came over and was just staring while my nails were being done. Then she grabbed my hand and I guess was admiring it lol? She said it would be pretty in the sun. They were speaking in their native language, so who knows. The only nice thing I can say is I liked their polish. It has a kind of holo-effect, but it was just regular polish. They didn't need to use any of the powders or anything. Not worth the price still though. read more

I don't get my nails done regularly. It's nice that when I do take the time to pamper myself I fully enjoy the experience. This business is close to home and has a very friendly staff. Angel did my nails and I was very satisfied with my Mani/Pedi. I also got my eyebrows waxed and I was very happy with that. But it's funny when they ask you if you want to get your lip waxed. I explained that my boyfriend was into facial hair. LOL!!!!!! Also they were really pushing the gel manicures, but what nail salon isn't? They also have $5 dollars off Monday-Wednesday when you spend $30 or more. $2.00 off any $20 purchase when you check in on yelp .com read more

I've been going to this awesome place since 1999! Went to college at LB state and got nails and eyebrows done between classes. It's not far from Cypress so I still came here even after I graduated. We now live down the street from this place and I feel very comfortable with everyone. Lily, Tina, Kim, Joseph and Wendy are great. I have no favorites they all do great job. read more

I've this place! Will be my new go to nail salon. I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure and it was one of the best I have had for the price. She took the time to make sure none of the gel polish got on my skin. My pedicure was perfect, definitely worth $5 extra for the heel treatment. Kim and Mimi are the best! read more

Excellent. Stopped by because most salons were closed today (Memorial Day). Got a gel pedi and a fill/repair (I was moving all weekend and broke off 4 nails. The lady was super sweet and easy to talk to. She was very careful (ie not manhandling my fingers like some salons do with acrylics) and never once told me to be more careful as to not break my nails (I mean if I am payin to get it fixed why do other salons care?) I got the deluxe pedi with gel and it was great. Awesome colors too! I will be back! read more

Don't go here!!! Worst job ever! I left with nail polish all over my hands and on top of that I told her no lotion and she just plopped it right on my Apple Watch (the whole thing was covered in lotion). Ugh, I was upset! I left, got half way home and decided to go back and get my money back! They attempted to give me my money back... but I just looked at my account this morning and THEY NEVER REFUNDED MY MONEY!!! & it's $27 for a gel manicure and they place is a shit hole!! read more

This place has ZERO customer service. Very unprofessional. It's Terrible. Took a PRE PAID Credit card (VISA) AKA: Gift Card, and paid for services. They swiped the card, than she began to yell and scream out of nowhere that my name was not on the card, telling me I must provide my driver's license number. After some time and going back n forth, telling her GIFT CARDS & PREPAID numbers don't have names on them, she got more angry. read more

Small little shop run by some cute l'il Vietnamese ladies. I haven't had my nails done, but they seemed to have their own set of regular clientele. I had a full face wax($25), which was pretty good (although I'm not sure how you can go too wrong unless the wax was too hot or soemthing). I will go back to get a pedicure and update this review, in the meantime, its a decent place to go and not too pricey. Eyebrows are $7 Update: Got the mani-pedi - and not worth it. They did a terrible paint job. It was all over my toes! :( Boo! read more

Call me old fashioned, but I go into nail salons to just get a simple manicure with some polish. Not only did they push me to get acrylic nails through the whole process(even while I was paying), but they did not shape my nails the same. I currently have one rounded finger nail, and one square shaped. They even seemed annoyed when I just asked to have normal nail polish, and refused to get acrylic nails. I would never send anyone here. I suggest you go somewhere else. read more

I came in here for the first time because I was shopping in the area and needed my nails done. The ladies were not super friendly, but I didn't mind much because I'm there to relax. Now I know why they have a three star review- I asked if they had the matte gel for a mani, was told they did, requested the matte, and did not receive the matte ( so much for closing my eyes to relax!). My nails ( both hands and feet) are uneven and rough tips. I'm reviewing this much later in the evening because at first I was disappointed , then got over it knowing that in two weeks I will just get them redone. But as I sit here watching tv, I can't help but rub my fingers over the rough spots knowing that I will not return to this place again. read more

Yes, I've experienced waaaaayyy better. The sevice was a bit rushed it made me feel as if I was being robbed. I'm trying out different places since i recently moved to the area and figured I would kill two birds with one stone since Target is right next door. I went in for my usual mani, pedi, and bikini wax. The mani and pedi was poorly done...... Ladies we go into these types of establishments to be pampered not to get the wham bam thank you maam. Oh and my wax was a horrid experience that I don't wish to discuss, for this is a memory I'd like to repress and she will never be the same. Try going somewhere else...... not worth the pain and suffering. read more

Worst service EVER! The chick who did my "pedicure" was extremely rough while handling my feet. She didn't clean under my nails at all. She did not remove all of the nail polish from my previous pedi. When I informed her I didn't want color she then went once under each toenail and then doused my toes with polish remover once more. It is my opinion she did not want to do the work so she planned on cover her shoddiness with nail polish! On top of all this...my darn chair did work! NEVER AGAIN! read more

They be over charging on the phone they said come it was only gon be $20 when i got there to get my nails done they charged 25 lol wtf

Recently just here.. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! The head lady was very rude when I walked in kinda of rushy what do you want type of attitude. I did however LOVE the lady that did my toes she did a great massage and my toes are PERFECT. Besides asking for a pedicure I also wanted a FULL SET. The pricing on the board says "19.99 and up" meaning depending on the length which my nails were not that long ( I work in an office and type all day ) so my nails were fairly short. The head lady comes and tells me $42 total for just my nails because jail is $14 extra. I honestly think that's ridiculous. I am from Carson and pay $7 for gel she was very rude when I asked her to break down the price on why it was so high. I asked if they would take the tips that they glued off cause I didn't agree with the price the nail tech cut the ropes off but left them on HORRIBLE. read more

I needed a mani/pedi and saw the sign outside this place ($17.99 and up) and figured it was worth a shot. It is your basic not-too-clean SoCal strip mall type of place. Lots of polish to choose from, but if you want to "upgrade" to OPI, its an extra dollar. Very nice technicians but not a lot of attention to detail and a little rough on the cuticles ... I was actually wincing at certain points - not good! They slapped on the polish and then cleaned it up afterwards with remover. Very pushy about getting flowers on the pedicure - I don't know why people push this, who actually gets flowers on their toes if they are over twelve? I wouldn't go back but I got what I paid for (ended up being $23 for both manicure and pedicure) - a basic job that will probably last one week, max. read more

I give this place 3/5 stars. I didnt know this place closed at 6pm when I got there around 530, so my gel mani was rushed... I said I didnt know they were cloding but she insisted. Nails 4 Season has been my nail salon since I moved to Long Beach in 2012. Lilly does a beautiful job on my acrylics & Kim takes care of my feet. That just made it nicer - it is a soothing place, full of long-time customers like me. read more

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with getting a pedicure! The women that work here are rude and pushy, and my polish job was terrible. I actually removed it when I got home. The woman that did my pedicure would rudely say "switch" rather than tap your leg/foot, and almost seemed annoyed she had to do provide services. Hey, I know it must not be the dream job, rubbing people's grubby feet and all, but come on now. I was so angry about the service that I almost stopped them halfway through to tell them to screw themselves. I will never go back. read more

I agree with the 2 previous posts. I got a 'spa' pedicure on Saturday, and was rather disappointed. The 'spa' pedicure just means you sit in their very weak massage chair and the rub your feet a little.. terrible. Same thing-- they slapped on the polish and covered it with some clear layer. Yes, it's cheap, but for the same price, I've received much better pedicures. Waxing is ok, eyebrow is $7, underarm is $15. Not terrible, but not great either. They could do a much better job cleaning the area before and after waxing. The women that work there are nice, but they kept asking me the same questions over and over. Using a credit or debit card is an extra 75 cents. read more
