So I am grateful for their speedy service, especially because it was abnormally busy for a Wednesday afternoon. Once seated I saw how incredibly clean the place was, the modern decor, and up-to-date spa chairs. I enjoyed my service, but got annoyed with the constant attempts at up-selling. My medi & pedi was a solid 7.5/10. I've had better, but also had worse. The people were kind and warm through the whole service. I will be back one day. I'm giving it 3 stars because as with most places, the service depends on the technician. I've been here multiple times as a walk in, and it is a gamble as to whether I will get a good service. I have learned my lesson after today's pedicure and will only make appointments with a specific person moving forward. My experience today was stressful, as the technician kept interrupting my service by tending to other issues in the salon, talking on the phone on speaker, and at one point had my tub overflowing because she kept the water on and was not paying attention. My skin was cut several times with the cuticle nippers and my skin was burned because she missed my nail with the drill. Overall, my technician was overly distracted, looking around herself to people walking in or what her coworkers were doing. She finally had Wendy complete my pedicure since she kept messing up my chrome polish. I felt so much more at ease with Wendy and I appreciated her attention to detail. read more

Took my 6 yr old daughter here for a spa mani and pedi but instead got a painted nails service instead. Why is it other nail salon have better kids care treatment than this place? Try LG nails in cypress. Also, my daughter requested for a flower design to be painted on her toe but was being charged $4 dollars. Wow. Really!!!. Is this flower that difficult of a craft to paint? Also according to their pamphlets which has the service cost, it's marketed $28 for children 9yrs old and below however was being charged $32. What's with the up charge? Now looking at the service sheet, it's $8 for designs. Does that make sense? That's 30% of the manicure and pedicure costs. Now I feel swindled. This establishment feels cramped. They maximized the amount of spa chairs leaving little room for customers to pass by. Not sure if their tools are sanitized. Perhaps cleanliness and safety for their customers is not their priority. Today me and my friend decided it was probably time to do something with our toes after 3 months of quarantining. I originally wanted to have my toes and nails cleaned up a bit. But they were only able to accommodate toes since they had mentioned that they didn't have much time to do both. The ladies that work there are great and customer service is up to part. My service was good, but I feel like I probably could've done a better job at home. They offer a foot bag treatment for an upgraded fee. The treatment was nothing like I had ever had. Usually the place I visit places some type of treatment with warm water which really softens my skin, but this place was nothing like it. They use a lotion and wrap it with a plastic bag. The price of a Medicare I thought was a a bit on the price side. I paid $37 plus a $6 tip= 43. The experience was nice and welcoming. read more

The person I usually see wasn't in but someone else said they could help me and said to go into one of the back rooms for the wax. I said I've always had a leg wax in the chair were I get the pedicure. She said it would be better in the back room. Someone else came in half way through and she finished the wax. They both asked me what the regular person I see charged me. I didn't understand that until I got the bill and it was $60 for the wax. I asked to see the service price list which showed $45+. I asked why it was $60 and they both kept saying 'extra, extra', but couldn't tell me what the 'extra' was. After I refused to pay $60 they changed the price to $50. I finally agreed but took the $5 over-charge out of their tip. It's not the fist time I've had to argue about the charge versus the price list. WATCH YOUR BILL, verify the price and don't see Vivian or Wendy. Helen and Jessica are very good. read more

Again she was very gentle with my nails, from start to finish, especially I let her know my nails are sensitive. Donna's very nice and attentive! Gel manicure was $30 total and removing acrylic nails was $5.00. I called ahead to make appointment and they always make time and take walk-ins too if they aren't busy. They have a large selection of pretty different nail color styles, nice and clean salon. There 's also a TV in the back to watch while you wait. Also after getting my nails done, it's very convenient since I can get my errands done in the same plaza going to Target, CVS, and get coffee at Starbucks.( inside at Target.) Received service for a full set of acrylics and a pedicure. The pedicure was as expected, quick and the tech did a great job. She did cut one toe (which ended up bleeding a bit) but it's okay it happens. The tech who worked on my full set was irritated that I asked her to cut down the length after her first attempt... (really?) and throughout the application she proceeded to cut me five times. One of the cuts was deep enough that I was dripping blood. She said it was because I had dry skin... wtf... I'm pretty sure it's because she was extremely rough and not paying attention to what she was doing. The part that put me over the edge is she used a brush to clean up the blood that she then dipped back into a solution, and will use on someone else, that's just outright unsanitary/ dangerous read more
