Fine-ish. I walked-in with no appointment and got seen right away for my regular mani & pedi combo ($38). So I am grateful for their speedy service, especially because it was abnormally busy for a Wednesday afternoon. Once seated I saw how incredibly clean the place was, the modern decor, and up-to-date spa chairs. I enjoyed my service, but got annoyed with the constant attempts at up-selling. My medi & pedi was a solid 7.5/10. I've had better, but also had worse. The people were kind and warm through the whole service. I will be back one day. Yelppie Tip: There is a loyalty program, but the reward is pretty low--after 9 visits, you get $10 off on your 10th visit. read more

While the service felt good, no hangnail cuts were done. The callus remover removed what callus? THAT night, my boyfriend remarked how my heels needed smoothing. And my polish is thick. I'm giving it 3 stars because as with most places, the service depends on the technician. I've been here multiple times as a walk in, and it is a gamble as to whether I will get a good service. I have learned my lesson after today's pedicure and will only make appointments with a specific person moving forward. My experience today was stressful, as the technician kept interrupting my service by tending to other issues in the salon, talking on the phone on speaker, and at one point had my tub overflowing because she kept the water on and was not paying attention. My skin was cut several times with the cuticle nippers and my skin was burned because she missed my nail with the drill. Overall, my technician was overly distracted, looking around herself to people walking in or what her coworkers were doing. She finally had Wendy complete my pedicure since she kept messing up my chrome polish. I felt so much more at ease with Wendy and I appreciated her attention to detail. read more

Took my 6 yr old daughter here for a spa mani and pedi but instead got a painted nails service instead. Why is it other nail salon have better kids care treatment than this place? Try LG nails in cypress. Also, my daughter requested for a flower design to be painted on her toe but was being charged $4 dollars. Wow. Really!!!. Is this flower that difficult of a craft to paint? Also according to their pamphlets which has the service cost, it's marketed $28 for children 9yrs old and below however was being charged $32. What's with the up charge? Now looking at the service sheet, it's $8 for designs. Does that make sense? That's 30% of the manicure and pedicure costs. Now I feel swindled. This establishment feels cramped. They maximized the amount of spa chairs leaving little room for customers to pass by. Not sure if their tools are sanitized. Perhaps cleanliness and safety for their customers is not their priority. This place will add on extra costs and will take advantage of their customers. Beware. Ask questions. read more

Today me and my friend decided it was probably time to do something with our toes after 3 months of quarantining. I originally wanted to have my toes and nails cleaned up a bit. But they were only able to accommodate toes since they had mentioned that they didn't have much time to do both. The ladies that work there are great and customer service is up to part. My service was good, but I feel like I probably could've done a better job at home. They offer a foot bag treatment for an upgraded fee. The treatment was nothing like I had ever had. Usually the place I visit places some type of treatment with warm water which really softens my skin, but this place was nothing like it. They use a lotion and wrap it with a plastic bag. The price of a Medicare I thought was a a bit on the price side. I paid $37 plus a $6 tip= 43. The experience was nice and welcoming. read more

I went to Finest Nails in Long beach on 4/24 for a pedicure and leg wax. The person I usually see wasn't in but someone else said they could help me and said to go into one of the back rooms for the wax. I said I've always had a leg wax in the chair were I get the pedicure. She said it would be better in the back room. Someone else came in half way through and she finished the wax. They both asked me what the regular person I see charged me. I didn't understand that until I got the bill and it was $60 for the wax. I asked to see the service price list which showed $45+. I asked why it was $60 and they both kept saying 'extra, extra', but couldn't tell me what the 'extra' was. After I refused to pay $60 they changed the price to $50. I finally agreed but took the $5 over-charge out of their tip. It's not the fist time I've had to argue about the charge versus the price list. WATCH YOUR BILL, verify the price and don't see Vivian or Wendy. Helen and Jessica are very good. read more

This was my first visit to the salon and I'm very impressed with the work they did on both my nails and my pedicure. My nails were done by Wendy and my pedicure by Amy. Both did an excellent job! I'm glad I made an appointment as they were very busy but this could be because it was a Saturday during the holiday season but appointments should be made regardless. Pros: -Was able to walk in without appointment -Moderately priced: $35 + tip for a French gel mani Cons: -Finger was nicked while cutting cuticles and no effort to clean the blood under the cuticle with alcohol - Polish started chipping on multiple nails by day 4 In conclusion I don't think I'll be back. #1 My partner and I were looking for a nail salon and we walked into this establishment almost 7pm. We were greeted warmly by the staff and told they could complete our manicure and pedicures. I have been here several times and Vivian is AWESOME! I always ask for her for my gel manicures. She's the sweetest and very attentive. I would highly recommend Vivian!! Returning happy customer! I got a gel manicure done by Donna. She's very gentle with great attention to details removing my previous acrylic nails done before and cleaning up my cuticles/nails. Again she was very gentle with my nails, from start to finish, especially I let her know my nails are sensitive. Donna's very nice and attentive! Gel manicure was $30 total and removing acrylic nails was $5.00. I called ahead to make appointment and they always make time and take walk-ins too if they aren't busy. They have a large selection of pretty different nail color styles, nice and clean salon. There 's also a TV in the back to watch while you wait. Also after getting my nails done, it's very convenient since I can get my errands done in the same plaza going to Target, CVS, and get coffee at Starbucks.( inside at Target.) If your hungry after, there's lot's of great eats all located in same plaza as well. read more

Received service for a full set of acrylics and a pedicure. The pedicure was as expected, quick and the tech did a great job. She did cut one toe (which ended up bleeding a bit) but it's okay it happens. The tech who worked on my full set was irritated that I asked her to cut down the length after her first attempt... (really?) and throughout the application she proceeded to cut me five times. One of the cuts was deep enough that I was dripping blood. She said it was because I had dry skin... wtf... I'm pretty sure it's because she was extremely rough and not paying attention to what she was doing. The part that put me over the edge is she used a brush to clean up the blood that she then dipped back into a solution, and will use on someone else, that's just outright unsanitary/ dangerous read more

Saw Donna who previously did my BEST pedicures ever. This place will rip you off!! I got over charged by $60 and they refused to make it right. The lady tried to justify it and say the pedicure was $80 when I got a basic gel pedicure. I do NOT recommend this place unless you want to get ripped offed. read more

I've been coming here for over a year and have always gotten consistent, excellent service. I'm writing today to compliment how well the staff handled a very challenging customer being disruptive, swearing at and making very racist remarks to their nail tech. They de-escalated the situation and still managed to complete the job. Kudos to the team here. read more

The other place did a great job and for less money. UPDATE: I was told 5 minutes that turned into 30 minutes. You said my issue of narrowing big toe nails were just my age and not a result of gel. There was never any mention of CURLING or ingrown nails. and I agreed to leave everything as is. What's unfair is you trying to paint this as something it wasn't. People don't walk out feeling unsatisfied for no reason. And as far as the money, I always paid cash and tipped 30%. I didn't loose anything over this incident, on the other hand you lost a customer. The lack of communication and service is on you sir.

This is the only review you need to read to tell you everything you need to know about this salon…read moreand why you should NOT go here. First, I have tried this salon twice now (so that you don't have to) and have been dissatisfied on both occasions. The second occasion has made me mad enough to write this review. Also, I get my nails done every 3 weeks routinely (always dip on my natural nail, always the same shape) and have never experienced such unprofessional conduct until I tried this salon. --Bad Quality: I asked for extremely natural color and shape. First time I went, the shape was fine but the dip did not last more than 5 days before it started "crumbling"/breaking near the tip. I work so I couldn't get back to the salon to address this and decided to give them one more chance. I gave them this second chance when I went back less than 2 weeks after the first visit. This second visit, the nail tech (Natalie) said she would do an extra layer of dip (total of 3 layers) to make sure it didn't crumble/break as fast (since dip usually lasts me 3 weeks without breaking)--she did the 3 layers and my nails were extremely thick/globby. She fixed the thickness a little bit with the drill but they were still SO much thicker than any other nail salon I've been to (all other salons have done 3 layers and still managed to make them look natural/not so thick/globby). 4 days later, I've already had one of the extremely thick ones break/crumble--I say "crumble" because it is not a clean break like you'd expect, it's literally crumbling off--this means whatever process they are using to dip is not good bc clearly the chemical agents are not activating properly. --Unprofessional Response: I called the second it broke (4 days later on Monday) and asked if they could fix it after work at 5:30 PM (their business hours are listed as being open until 7PM--they told me that I could "come now" (in the middle of my work day) to which, I told them I could not come before 5:30 any week day since I work full time. They told me that they wouldn't be open at 5:30 and that they'd close at 3 today bc they didn't have any more appointments scheduled to make them stay open until 7PM (their listed business hours). They told me that I could come at 5Pm on Thursday to get fixed. I cannot wait that long as the nail is snagging my clothes. They offered no other accommodation despite me explaining that I work M-F and they offered no explanation as to why their publicly listed business hours were not accurate. I would have never chosen this salon had I known that its listed business hours were not accurate since I work and always look for a salon with later availability in case needed. Their response was not only unprofessional, but their tone on the phone was "annoyed" that I would even ask them to fix the crappy job that they did to begin with. Decent size parking lot out front and next door to two different coffee shop and juice shop. Right when we walked in, the gentleman was very sweet and friendly. Not sure if he was one of the nail tech or the manager in charge. Very friendly and welcoming. We wanted to check the menu before getting anything done as it was our first time here. If you know, we all tend to stick to our regulars with nails and any other services so trying something new was a little of a challenge. Decided to go for it and gave it a try. You start with checking in on the iPad at the front of the door. There's a little waiting area with a good amount of seating and where a good amount of the nail polish are housed. It was a few minutes till we were called. We both just wanted a pedicure and went with the spa pedicure. That came with all the trimmings of cut, file, clean, scrub and included an 8 minute foot massage with a misting machine. The two ladies that were taking care of us were sweet. Friendly and very detailed and professional. Before the service, they handed us the menu again to make sure we were getting the correct service. And during each service they would informed us what they were doing. Plus before the foot and leg massage, they showed us the timer so we can see it. The service was great and experience was excellent. It was quite busy which a lot seemed to be regulars that were visiting. All the ladies were very sweet and the place didn't feel stuffy one bit. Very clean and well organized. One side was where all the spa pedicure takes place. Everything was covered and cleaned before the service. The opposite side was where all the manicure tables are placed. Tables were next to each for the cohesive vibe. Behind them a massive wall of more polishes. Also there was a television which was great if you wanted to watch tv while your service. I believe they also had a waxing room in the back. Price wise for the spa pedicure service was 45.00 for everything. If you wanted French polish that was additional fee. Credit or cash payment accepted but if you pay cash, it was a little discount which was nice. The service was great. Friendly staff and well cleaned salon. Everyone was great and professional. A nice place and great experience for us. If we're in town again and need something done, we'll for sure be back.

Everyone in the salon is super friendly and they can usually for you into the schedule. I recommend going to Ben if you want Gel X. He does amazing nails and the quality is great! A full set usually lasts be about 4 weeks with no breakage. After 4 weeks I come in for a fill, which lasts me another 4 weeks. I highly recommend!

I came in for a new gel extension set and spent over 2 hours getting the run around and sitting at the table, while the only nail tech (that could do gel extensions) was tending to other customers in the middle of my session. She accepted two pedicures while I sat there waiting for her to finish my set, which resulted in her rushing through the process and applying my nails poorly - crooked nail, wrong sizes, nails not fully covered, in addition to lack of service. I wish I had said something in person or walked out, but I couldn't get myself to do it. I felt bad because while all this was happening, three girls walked in with an appointment and they had to wait until I was done (at least another 30 min). So to the person running this place, please do not say you can take an appointment when you clearly don't have the capacity.

It consists of a tiny storefront, where you pop open the screen door and step into a minute space filled with a couple of waiting chairs, two manicure stations and a spa chair for pedicures in one corner. The place is owned by two sisters, only one of whom was there when I went in to get my pedicure. Everyone working there was very friendly and very casual, and you can tell that no emphasis is placed on high volume. This is a mom and pop nail salon (or sister and sister as the case may be) that seems to focus on regulars and regular experiences: nothing out of the ordinary. The pedicure I received was fine (even though it was in a spa chair that I wasn't sure was cleaned particularly well before me) and the girl who worked on my feet was expeditious and kind, friendly and well-trained. However, the massage was more of a simple application of lotion, and I didn't really get the sense that she had much interest in me -- it was more about just kind of getting the job at hand done, and less about creating any kind of atmosphere or experience. Granted, and I try to be gentle here, since it's obvious that the shop doesn't go out of its way to present a chic, upscale presence - it's very quaint, and downhome, and for some, that's exactly what you're looking for. Me? I really need some more cleanliness (or at least a more vigorous, obvious attempt at it,) and a little more of an intro and description of the services available. After she was done with the tools she used, she just stuck them in a jar of barbicide, and that's just not really cutting it for me. There was no discussion about what kind of pedicure I wanted, even though I could see there were some fun jars full of salty-type scrubs on-hand, and she didn't ask if I'd been there before or how I'd come across it: all questions I'd certainly ask if I was interested in building a relationship with a new customer in the hopes that they would return. I think "unremarkable" is really how I'd describe this place above all else. Not much to take with me other than my pedicured toes. I do have to say too that their lotion is something orangy smelling and super strong. It was sticky sweet smelling and made me kind of nauseated from the sugary smell in the car. I got my dip powder underneath re-dipped but in the process there was clumps of dried dip all over the underneath of my nails. She also ripped off a perfectly good dip layer previously applied and tried to rip off the other ones. I asked her to please don't do that, i just want a re-dip. I noticed that 3 of my nails were uneven with the powder and asked if she could reshape them. She kept speaking outside of english and laughing. I let it roll of the back cause that's neither here nor there. I asked for a french tip on milky white nails - SUPER SIMPLE - or so I thought, and i even showed two images of what i wanted. She proceeds to ignore the pictures and say "I know i know" ..ok. She didn't know because after 3 attempts she still couldn't get it. I told her i didn't want anything else to be done to the nails and for the color to be taken off. In between filing which she filed WAYYY too short, was cutting into my skin on every nail and rounded the nail edges when i asked her not to because i said to her "I don't like the edges rounded" I got ignored yet again while being laughed at again. I can only tolerate so much before i get disrespected when im paying for a service. Picked up my belongings and left. I will never step foot into this pathetic excuse of a nail salon again.
