I have tried many of these salons and I love to get pampered once in a while. It has a very clean atmosphere and the staff knows what they are doing. I have been here a couple of times and when me and my GF goes it is around $200 including tips. That is for two pedicures and one manicure. It is close to being there premium choice. However I always surprised how it can become so expensive for an hour of foot rubbing,nail cutting and putting on nail polish on my GF. I went in for a Gel-X fill, and unfortunately, my experience was not great. I made an appointment over the phone and was told the Gel-X would be $60. When I arrived and showed the technician the photo of the design I wanted, she informed me that a French tip would be an additional $10, which I was fine with. However, as we proceeded, I realized I was getting a fill and asked her how much that would be. She seemed irritated by the question and said it would be $55. I confirmed the total, and she nodded that it would be $65 ($55 fill with $10 design). The process was quick, but the nail tech seemed visibly annoyed throughout the appointment. She barely touched my cuticles, which was disappointing. When I got to the counter to pay, I was told the total was $70. I asked for clarification, and she mentioned the extra $5 was for the shape--whatever that means. I had her file them to be almond shaped and short and wasn't aware shaping my nails was an additional cost? My frustration isn't with the $5 difference but with the lack of transparency around it. I don't mind paying for quality service, but the experience was subpar and I felt like the additional cost was misleading. I won't be returning. read more

I wanted to come back here and add that after almost 3 weeks my nails are still going strong and I continue to receive compliments. I have never in my life had a manicure last so long. I've jammed my left thumb into a shelf very hard twice since getting my nails done (ouch) and the nail did not break or rip off! There's some minor wear and tear at the tips that you only notice upon close inspection (and I've been doing a lot of home renovation work in that time). I came here because of the good reviews, because it wasn't too far from me and because it wasn't too expensive considering it was naples ($40 for regular mani and pedi). It's a small place. Only two people working there. I normally don't get my nails done too often but the environment here was more enjoyable than others because there was no loud chatting back and forth between the employees. They had soft relaxing music and I sat in massage chair the whole time. I specifically made my appointment online with Tiffany bc I saw good comments on her on yelp. When I got there she greeted me and told me to pick a color. She was working on someone else's nails. When i was done,she told me to go have a seat at the spa chair because the other employee was ready for me. I figured well maybe this other person (her cart said Tina so i figured that was her name) would do the cutting nails, cuticles, massage buffing etc and then Tiffany would step in when she was done. Well Tina ended up doing 95% of it. Tiffany just painted my toe nails. I wonder if the results would have been different if tiffany did the whole thing, as it was scheduled. Nails looked ok when I left. I Was pleased but when i took a better look at them in the light the next day the work wasnt very good.
