I'm obsessed with my mani/pedi! The ladies who helped me were so nice and friendly! Parking was a bit tricky, I had to find parking in a neighborhood behind the salon. The salon itself is pretty small with only 5 pedicure stations and 3 nail stations. I recommend calling for an appointment because they have a lot of walk ins! read more

This was my second visit to Rex Nails and it will be my last. Here is why, the nail polish was so thick and old that the manicurist kept diluting it with remover, but it still went on too thick and gooey. She did not apply the lotion to my legs as part of the service which I paid for. The shaping of the nails was so irregular that I had to request that she go back and properly shape them. When I thanked her she rudely replied with, "Yeah." Definitely my last visit to this nail salon read more

Nail service overall is ok, customer service not so much. Customers should not have to wait 15 min after their appt time,in the chair when there are no customers, then when I tried to explain the shape of my nails I wanted, the nail tech was basically rude. I have tried many of these salons and I love to get pampered once in a while. It has a very clean atmosphere and the staff knows what they are doing. I have been here a couple of times and when me and my GF goes it is around $200 including tips. That is for two pedicures and one manicure. It is close to being there premium choice. However I always surprised how it can become so expensive for an hour of foot rubbing,nail cutting and putting on nail polish on my GF. Well well....it is close to where I live but I will give it three stars due to pricing. read more

Went in for a spur of the moment, pedicure and manicure. It is a cute little intimate salon that has everything you need. Nothing overly flashy, but everything seemed clean and orderly. The girls were friendly and got the job done. I feel that my pedicure was a little bit rushed, but the price was better than a lot of places. read more

I've been here twice for powder dip nails and a regular pedicure. Both times I was happy with both. The dip price went up by $10 but in this day and age, I'm not surprised, and still pleased. Pedi is only $25.00 and they are very thorough. read more

Street parking only. Good polish color selection. Has massaging chairs. No menu prices listed anywhere. You can pay via venmo, cash, or card with 3.5% fee. Received a regular manicure and pedicure. The short foot massage I received was probably the best I've had in a long time. Manicure photos are from 24 hours after. Application could be better, but has lasted really well so far. I'd return. Manicure and pedicure price was $42 without any upgrades. Lastly, staff is friendly. read more

I went in for a Gel-X fill, and unfortunately, my experience was not great. I made an appointment over the phone and was told the Gel-X would be $60. When I arrived and showed the technician the photo of the design I wanted, she informed me that a French tip would be an additional $10, which I was fine with. However, as we proceeded, I realized I was getting a fill and asked her how much that would be. She seemed irritated by the question and said it would be $55. I confirmed the total, and she nodded that it would be $65 ($55 fill with $10 design). The process was quick, but the nail tech seemed visibly annoyed throughout the appointment. She barely touched my cuticles, which was disappointing. When I got to the counter to pay, I was told the total was $70. I asked for clarification, and she mentioned the extra $5 was for the shape--whatever that means. I had her file them to be almond shaped and short and wasn't aware shaping my nails was an additional cost? My frustration isn't with the $5 difference but with the lack of transparency around it. I don't mind paying for quality service, but the experience was subpar and I felt like the additional cost was misleading. I won't be returning. read more

Amazing salon! If you have any problems with your set reach out and they will fix it I appreciate the attention to detail and the accommodation. I went back after a few days when my gel flaked off but the tech went above and beyond and redid some dots and added new clear coat to all the nails, I am super happy with the results! It is best to book an appointment for the weekends because they can get busy This set was $67 before tip and without 3% card charge because they also take Zelle and Venmo read more

Well we'll we'll Tiffany did it excellent once again. I always text her a Inspo photo and she always does my nails just as the Inspo photo. I recommend everyone too her! I've been going to Tiffany for over a year. Note: if something happens to your nails that she knows you could fix at home, like a black mark from something you touched, she'll contact you right away and guide you over the phone what to do, therefore you don't have to go back to Rex nails and get it fixed. read more

I wanted to come back here and add that after almost 3 weeks my nails are still going strong and I continue to receive compliments. I have never in my life had a manicure last so long. I've jammed my left thumb into a shelf very hard twice since getting my nails done (ouch) and the nail did not break or rip off! There's some minor wear and tear at the tips that you only notice upon close inspection (and I've been doing a lot of home renovation work in that time). I'm at a point that I don't actually know how to go about removing the nails because they're so securely attached. Will definitely be back! read more

I found this place by accident. The original nail shop I was trying to go to was booked. Luckily, it was nice surprise to find this place. It's a cute, small nail shop in Naples. I've walked in a couple times and was taken care of right away and I've made same day appointments through the phone with no Problem. The workers are Friendly and not pushy. It is street parking but I haven't had any trouble finding parking every time I go. read more

Katie is the new owner, and I loved her from Belmont Bliss Day Spa when still on 2nd street. I've been twice, and both times have been thrilled that they use NEW OPI colors and not those super cheezy faux Sally Beauty quality polishes. My mani pedi always last a long long time. I felt bad because while all this was happening, three girls walked in with an appointment and they had to wait until I was done (at least another 30 min). So to the person running this place, please do not say you can take an appointment when you clearly don't have the capacity.

It consists of a tiny storefront, where you pop open the screen door and step into a minute space filled with a couple of waiting chairs, two manicure stations and a spa chair for pedicures in one corner. The place is owned by two sisters, only one of whom was there when I went in to get my pedicure. Everyone working there was very friendly and very casual, and you can tell that no emphasis is placed on high volume. This is a mom and pop nail salon (or sister and sister as the case may be) that seems to focus on regulars and regular experiences: nothing out of the ordinary. The pedicure I received was fine (even though it was in a spa chair that I wasn't sure was cleaned particularly well before me) and the girl who worked on my feet was expeditious and kind, friendly and well-trained. However, the massage was more of a simple application of lotion, and I didn't really get the sense that she had much interest in me -- it was more about just kind of getting the job at hand done, and less about creating any kind of atmosphere or experience. Granted, and I try to be gentle here, since it's obvious that the shop doesn't go out of its way to present a chic, upscale presence - it's very quaint, and downhome, and for some, that's exactly what you're looking for. Me? I really need some more cleanliness (or at least a more vigorous, obvious attempt at it,) and a little more of an intro and description of the services available. After she was done with the tools she used, she just stuck them in a jar of barbicide, and that's just not really cutting it for me. There was no discussion about what kind of pedicure I wanted, even though I could see there were some fun jars full of salty-type scrubs on-hand, and she didn't ask if I'd been there before or how I'd come across it: all questions I'd certainly ask if I was interested in building a relationship with a new customer in the hopes that they would return. I think "unremarkable" is really how I'd describe this place above all else. Not much to take with me other than my pedicured toes. I do have to say too that their lotion is something orangy smelling and super strong. It was sticky sweet smelling and made me kind of nauseated from the sugary smell in the car.
