WARNING IF YOU GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE PLEASE PAY IN CASH. I WAS CHARGED $20 EXTRA ON TWO DIFFERENT VISITS‼ 1. They make up their own prices if the owner isnt there so check to see if shes working first. 2. Ask for the total amount BEFORE doing any adds-ons/extra details. If you dont ask before they do the add ons, they will make up a ridiculous prices to get the extra tip. They are good, but they cannot be trusted. read more

I was initially happy with my experience at the salon, but an older lady at Classy did a fill on my nails. The original nail set was from another salon, but from having my nails done for many years, I know that a new set needs to be filled properly. The girl who did my nails at Classy after the older lady had finished working on them said that she felt that the her coworker hadn't done a great job and the nails were too thin and lifting. I had to go back two days later for a broken nail... which they tried to charge me for. Literally an hour later another one broke. I'm disappointed and a bit upset. I called 15 minutes before and asked if they had availability and they said they would. Parking was a little tricky since the parking lot was packed (weekday around 2 PM), but found some street parking not too far. This location is not where it's happening on second street, but just at the beginning of it. You sign in at the front and I like that it tells you the number of points/stars you would get for signing in. Gamify anything and people want to keep coming back. I saw that they had refreshments but no one offered anything to me, so maybe it's only for special occasions? I was seated right away but waited about 15 minutes before someone got started, which is fair since I was basically a walk-in. The nail tech that came over was polite enough but didn't speak much English. I paid extra for a 10 minute massage, but honestly not sure if it was worth it or would be more bold and ask for more pressure haha. Someone else took over towards the end. I'm not sure why, but would have been nice to know, since my nail tech got started on someone else. The massage chairs are nice but could have had stronger pressure too. (Sounds like I need a deep tissue massage lol). Pricing is okay and reasonable for the area. I like that you can pay via Zelle or Venmo, as it's definitely more convenient. Back home (Bay Area), I pay about 15 dollars less and the massage is way better and longer. TLDR: nails look good (got gel pedicure), service is meh. Prices are reasonable for the area. read more

I asked for a French tip and they did it so thick and ugly I will never be going back here. The orange juice scrub is literally in a Minute Maid bottle and is so disgusting and unsanitary. Service was horrible. I will never be coming back here. I can't believe I paid $50. read more

I went to get a pedicure and got the express which was $25. All they did was cut my nails and that was it and done in 10 minutes. Did not use any lotions, no cutting the cuticle on my toes. They also charge $1 to use credit card as well. I not very happy with this pedicure. This explains why there is no customers at all in the store. read more

I've been coming here on and off for a year. The only reason I took some breaks in between is because I moved further away. All I learned from my breaks were that it's worth it to spend the time driving back to this salon. Vy gets it right every time, although the other techs that have done my nails are great too. I was mostly happy with my Gel X manicure but usually I'm sitting at 3-4 weeks with no issues before I go get a new set, and I'm at week 2.5 and have 2 nails chipping, that's not something that's ever happened to me with Gel X so I'm a little weary about returning. Myle did my set and she's very sweet and makes sure you like them. The shaping is average (I'm picky) and the actual paint design is perfect but I guess she should have done another coat? Price is also pretty standard $60 for a set and $5 for design (or it may have been $55 for a set and $10 for design). Cute salon, good parking, just not happy with how fast these chipped. read more

I Have been visiting this shop for the last 3 years and go out of my way to go here. The quality is 10/10, customer service 10/10, cleanliness 10/10! These ladies are Nail artists in my opinion, a distinction from nail tech's. I always ask for Vivian, she makes my nails looks so sparkly and amazing! Not sure how I feel about this place, cheap pricing sure, but keep in mind kids how if you're paying $73 for mani & pedi WITH GEL it better stay on my nails longer than a day. I got these painted Friday the 13th, 2021, & here I am on a Tuesday following now complaining about it bc I was hoping it would only be 1 nail....BUT NOPE. How is it that my left hand polish stayed, but not my right? Vivian did my hands, tipped her & the girl she didn't know the name to $10 EACH after paying $73! Why tf we tipped at all is beyond me!!! Pedi is great, minus the one big left toe chipping causing me to have to clip it down & make it shorter to blend in, but I'll take that over this whole right hand mani crap I got. They said this could be my new spot, but i think I'll continue to drive to Torrance where they're a bit more costly BUT HIGHLY THOROUGH!!!! Now I can't complain about their acrylics because I have never gotten them, but I came here with high hopes! They have such a "GREAT" review rating here on Yelp, but clearly the work doesn't really justify that high star rating. So if you're looking for a cheap place, maybe just skip that and go somewhere that is $10 higher & BETTER WORK WITH MORE SPACE AS WELL. The shop was tiny & crammed. The best part of this FIRST TRIP WAS ONLY THE PEDI WITH SCRUB, so that would most likely be the ONLY REASON TO COME HERE, but I have to give it a 1 star as I don't even know if Vivian gave that girl her $10 for the pedi tip. I kept getting texts saying my medication was ready, but everytime I called to double check, it was not. When I showed up she got me my medication within less than 30 minutes and was on top of it. (And she kept telling me to sit down and asking if I was ok) I'm extremely understanding that these places are overwhelmed. I've dealt with a really rude male pharmacist here, but Tracy has literally been a lifesaver Recently, I had called ahead of time to see what I needed for an early release (2 days early for a medication that is highly controlled due to me not being able to pick it up on the scheduled day) she told me exactly what to request from my doctor. (Which, I got ahold of my doctors office and told them) My doctor put in for my medication, but unfortunately, they did not put what Tracy needed them to put. It was night time and my doctors office was already closed. Tracy told me not to worry at all and that she would call them in the morning and get it taken care of for me. I honestly did not think much of it. I was fully prepared to call my doctors office / having to deal with it all on my own. Yet, I got a text saying my medication was ready in the morning. Tracy even called me personally (not just the automated generic voice message system they leave saying to come get your medication) Tracy called and told me that she had been calling my doctors office as soon as they opened and she had everything taken care of for me. It honestly made me cry. So far I've purchased reusable makeup remover pads, a reusable sponge, reusable produce bags, body soap with a pouch, body oil, deodorant, toner, makeup remover, face wash, a candle, sunscreen, and shampoo and conditioner bars. The best part? I get to refill the containers instead of throwing them away. How amazing is that? Christy and Catherine are so friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. Christy, the owner, is amazing and I could talk about sustainability with her for hours. I've been searching for a company like this and I can't wait to go back and stock up on even more products.

I came in for a new gel extension set and spent over 2 hours getting the run around and sitting at the table, while the only nail tech (that could do gel extensions) was tending to other customers in the middle of my session. She accepted two pedicures while I sat there waiting for her to finish my set, which resulted in her rushing through the process and applying my nails poorly - crooked nail, wrong sizes, nails not fully covered, in addition to lack of service. I wish I had said something in person or walked out, but I couldn't get myself to do it. I felt bad because while all this was happening, three girls walked in with an appointment and they had to wait until I was done (at least another 30 min). So to the person running this place, please do not say you can take an appointment when you clearly don't have the capacity.
