I went in today for removal of nail powder nails and a manicure. They were fighting about who would remove and do my nails. One of the girls was upset that her finger nails were hurting and got stuck with me. Another lady volunteered to take over but she would not let them. She was very rough removing my nails, taking her anger out on me. I have never experienced such pain and unprofessional behavior. I had to say "ouch!, do you want me to do it?" And then she rubs my hand and attempts to be more gentle but only because I said something. Even after all that my nails do not look any better $20 and $5 tip for a crappy job. Literally the worst manicure I have ever paid for. I do not recommend you come here. read more

This place is very convenient because they are by my house. The workers are all very kind and good at what they do. They are also very fast! I like how they also do a punch card system where after 10 visits you can get $10 off! Their prices are reasonable but there are cheaper places in the area. I also like the atmosphere. I don't normally get acrylics but I do feel like they do it a bit thicker then what I have gotten done before. I remember my gel polish lifting after not even a week! However I had a bit of time between classes last week and needed a quick mani pedi for a wedding. Well I went in for a quick pedicure they told me it would be $25 for pedicure & callous remover. Soaked feet,cleaned up nails and cuticles, put oil on cuticles and rubbed on feet and asked if I would like longer foot massage. She never used lotion to rub on my feet. I then asked about using towel to remove the oil from my leg and feet, she acted like I asked for the world. I was over it. She made the quick sale & done. Don't waste your time. I had my daughter go there and I gave her the punch cards and they wouldn't let her use them because they weren't on the same card. They never said this to me. The owner said you have to have all the punches on one card with and why are they continuously give me other cards in mind you I've been putting them all together for the two years I've been going there. This is the longest relationship I've ever had with a nail salon. By far my favorite place in LB. I've had manicures and pedicures by almost every lady in this joint and they're all great. What's rad is if your gel manicure chips within 10 days they'll fix your chip for free, but they do such a great job my gel manis usually lasted at least 10 days. I ONLY go to Jenny for a acrylic nails tho. She's amazing, takes her time, and has serious pride in making your nails look great and how you want them to look. Shout out to Lily for being so sweet and funny and the awesome pedicures! Everyone makes mistakes. I went in for a gel manicure and dip powder on Tuesday (it's $5 off $30+ on weekdays, heads up!) and after the discount it was only $27. I got a slick black mani and was fairly pleased but a few short hours later two nails had already smudged/chipped?? I thought I might've just been being clumsy but my friend encouraged me to return today to get it fixed. Would definitely not come back. I have my normal nail salon that I got to by my house and was out here with a friend so thought I'd give it a try and get a pedicure. The ladies in here are really nice but the service I received was absolutely horrible. The lady cut my toe pretty bad while doing my pedicure. I've never bleed that much from a pedicure. She handed me a sheet with all the services and made it seem like those were the options that I had. Come to find out they have a basic pedicure which isn't listed and that's very misleading. 1 day later and the gel on one of my toes comes off.
