I have never missed a regular pedicure in the past 11 years, and this was the worst pedicure I've ever gotten. I had my toes done on Friday and it is now Wednesday and I am sitting here painting my toes on my work trip because EVERY single nail is badly chipped. I've literally never seen something like this. Also, I paid the $7 for callus removal but they don't do anything beyond what would happen in a normal pedicure, and took only about 30 seconds--if even--per foot for the "added service", no wrap and wait with softener either like they are meant to. read more

Everything started fine. Lady was nice and professional. The pedicure was great. The manicure on the other hand, not so great. While cutting down the cuticles, she accidentally pulled too much of my skin. Nothing happened at first but when I left, I noticed that my finger was bleeding. Honestly it was kind of a mess. So I got my nails done by Kathy. I posted a pic of what I showed her I wanted. Very square I said very short. Mine look like duck nails. I told her to thin out the white and she did a quick swipe and pushed my hand into the light. I wish I could have asked for thinner again. The whole service was rushed since it seems some appointments came in right after us. Kathy's client seemed upset since she was first being serviced by someone else and then had to wait for her to finish my nails. It's just not what I wanted and I wish they actually took their time or asked if it was okay. I'm pretty upset with the whole service and the atmosphere was tense after her other client became upset. read more

If I can give this place zero stars I would. DO NOT COME HERE. They were extremely rude and the place wasn't clean at all. I went with my boyfriend to get pedicures we both just wanted simple pedicures which is 25 dollars which I asked for the price before hand. 1st they don't ask you if they are adding anything I did not want gel on my toes and the lady did it anyway. She already started doing it so I just let her. Secondly the lady that did my boyfriend's toes asked if he wanted to upgrade his pedicure for 5 dollars for hot oil. He said NO and then later on we noticed he got a different service than me. They will charge you more than you ask for without consent which is very shady. At the end when it was time to pay I got charged 35 and my bf 30 for services we did not want. The owner was very rude and was arguing back and forth with us saying we didn't specify we wanted the 25 dollar service. I left the salon about an hour ago. I've been to many nail salons as I get my nails done every 2-3 weeks. I went in for a pedicure and fill. The woman who did my pedicure was fantastic. I wish I would've gotten her name to give her credit. She really took her time and paid attention to detail. I enjoyed that part of the experience. Things took a quick turn for the worse once my nails started to be done. Keep in mind it was the owner doing my nails. I showed her a picture of what I was interested in getting. Sheer pink base with a white outline. She looked at me and nodded... no words.. I sat waiting patiently as she took calls on both her cell phone and establishment phone. I previously had red gel polish on my nails. I also had broken a nail so it needed a fix. She began drilling the polish off but left specs of red throughout each nail. I figured she would buff it off as she still had to shape my nails. Nope. She filed two swipes on each side of my nails and did the nail I needed fixed. Then proceeded laying acrylic. Which was patchy, lumpy, and over my cuticle. I let her know there was still specs of polish. She said " it's fine I'll fix it after" I replied I'm feeling frustrated because she wasn't listening. You can't fix left over polish under acrylic. She proceeded. I also mentioned the new nail was also extremely wide in comparison to my other nails. She replied " that's because it's a new nail"... isn't it not the nail techs job to shape the nails. If I didn't have to go to work shortly after I would've walked out. She tried to offer a darker color to disguise her error but I was hoping to be acknowledged and not gaslit into liking the poorly done nails. She lacks accountability. I left feeling very disappointed and dismissed. My nails are hideous. Mis match lengths, widths and shapes. I just had her put clear coat on as I'll have to get them soaked off to fix them. Tomorrow I'll be going back to pinky nails where they appreciate my business and listen to their clients. SKIP THIS NAIL SALON!! It's not worth the money or headache. Gives chop shop. read more

Staff is polite and efficient. We waited about a half hour even though we had an appointment. Foot bath chairs are nice and in excellent condition. My friend left with some sloppy nails and had to go back to have the polished cleaned off her cuticles. She said they were very nice about it. A totally fine experience, do recommend. read more

Good - The women are nice enough and I've been able to get in fairly quickly, both times I've been there. Not good - Their polish selection is terrible. Most of the colors I tried to use were clumpy, and old. Also so unorganized. Somebody needs to take the time to go through all the bottles of polish and throw out the old, order new and arrange by color. Got my brows waxed. I have never wrote a review before so this is my first time ever... and it's obviously not a good one.. I've been coming to this nail place off and on for about 11 years. I've never had a horrible experience here before just always good enough..it's a convenient location cause I work across the street.. So I came in for a simple fill and dip powder color.. same as always was literally at this location for the same service less then a month ago with no issues .. this time the owner got to do my nails .. after removing my color she placed a book of other colors to choose from in front of me, and I asked her if this is also for dip powder.. she gave me a strange look and told me "no it's for gel" and I said oh can I please see the dip powder colors and she said "no you have acrylic nails we don't use dip with acrylic" which is not the case cause I never get gel only dip..which I explained to her.. Pretty much we argued back-and-forth about this issue and she insisted on only doing gel and I told her I did not want gel want dip but it's OK I could pay for the removal of the dip color and I'll just go somewhere else to get dip as I'm trying to pay she laughs at me and says I don't know what I'm talking about that she's the one that does nails..so I walked out without paying for the removal.. Did a walk in with Tina this weekend. She was not only patient but knew exactly what I wanted. I got the classic French gel coffin style and it was $50. To me thats a reasonable price compared to a lot of places. She took her time to make sure my nails came out to perfection. Just a heads up- they accept credit card payment but you can't add tip which is an inconvenience and I'm sure the ladies miss out on tip, so make sure to take cash. They do have an atm that you can take out but again just to take out money for the tip is an inconvenience. Other than that everything was great and quick. I've been a client of QT nails for over 10 years. I've gone to other salons in the area only to return to QT nails for better service and quality. The salon is under new management for about 3 years now and some of the better nail technicians have left. For acrylics nails ask for Lynn, she's one of the original nail technicians and for gels, regular manicure, pedicures ask for Tina or Lily. These three ladies do a phenomenal job on nails! It's a very busy salon and walk-ins are welcome but appointments are recommended if you want a particular nail technician. Price points are good and the salon does not try to pressure clients by offering additional services. The nail technicians are very nice and work hard to make clients happy. Another suggestion is to bring your own nail polish as color options are limited. read more

I came here for gel-x . The owner did my nails so I thought I would be in great hands. Sadly I was very disappointed . She did such a horrible job,I had so much glue on the bottom of my nail and the way she painted my design ..horrible! It looked like my 2 year old took a white out pen and did it. So I came here because my sister always comes here and so I'd figure I would give them a try. Well the pedicure was fine that was not the issue for me! Something else happened that shocked me, she was in the middle of doing my feet and I kept feeling something on my leg but I thought it was a fly because while I was waiting this one fly wouldn't leave me alone he kept buzzing. Okay so I'm itching my leg and the lady doing my feet socked me dead in my shin, she then goes it was a mosquito it bit you twice but it's dead now. Ma'am excuse me was the next thing I said so she's like yea we have a mosquito problem my face because what! So I started looking around and I noticed OFF Mosquito Repellent on all the cart's and stations! My leg is on fire it's burning and itching from the bite, it's red and swollen so the lady squirts alcohol on them, then continues on with my feet but by this time she is about done. My boyfriend's mom treated me to my nails yesterday and everyone here was super sweet. I apologize I didn't get any names, but I had 2 girls assist with my nails yesterday. The first girl was my tech and I believe she was at the 3rd or 4th station. She was super sweet and it was very easy to carry a conversation with her the entire time. Then the 2nd girl did my color at the first station and she was also a sweetheart. Buuuuuut today I was opening a box and broke my nail I had to call in to see if I could come in and they said yes. (Note: Yelp says they are Closed on Sundays and they are actually Open) There was a gentleman today at the first station and he took me right away. I let him know what happened and he fixed it perfectly. I asked how much I owe. He insisted nothing. I said said ok at least let me leave a tip. He still insisted no. I left one at his station anyways while he was with the next customer. The level of customer service here is amazing and everyone is really nice and easy to talk to. I'll be moving to the area this month and I definitely think this will be my new place. read more

The pros: super nice salon! They have a ton of colors to choose from, especially in gels! The salon is super clean and there are a ton of staff so you won't have to wait too long. I was seated right away. The cons: I got the store manager I think. The woman who was doing my nails didn't even ask me anything. She just started going. I was getting a full and gel set. All she did was speak to her workers. She would barely look at my nails because she was so preoccupied with her staff! Another thing that was weird was how she did my fill. She did not take her time which is why I'm writing this review. Her work was beyond sloppy. I tried telling her that she missed a spot but she brushed it off. It hasn't even been two weeks and my nails already look terrible. If she would have taken her time and did the right steps to applying the polish, they probably would have lasted longer. I told her that I felt my tips were crooked but she advised me that once she put the Acrylic on it would even out. I wasn't happy leaving and looking at my fingers. Zero stars. (1 star cuz it wouldn't let me post none) Sure my post will be removed. Someone close to me went into the salon today 7/1/23 and asked for red and tan ombré nails (tips red fades into tan). Well, the lady who started them was doing good and then passed the client to someone else while "watching" the work. The client sat there patiently and thought something wasn't being done right(blending) but was "trusting the process" (as we all do) when they went to shape the nails and buff they still didn't look right client thought "okay once the top coat goes on I'm sure it'll look right". Top coat on now. Absolutely terrible. You can see where the red wasn't blended. You can literally see lines. They could have just told her they couldn't do it. Two hours later and the "fix" (by manager) looks the same. Let me know if you can find the "fixed" nails. Long story short client was going to be late to her party. $70 refund asked for and they said "okay, we give you half but we need to cut the nails off". Like , really?? Sooooo, i got called to apply pressure because they wouldn't give her refund back. Refund given after a few minutes and the manager laughing and talking to the other employees. Their client was very embarrassed and unhappy with the service and the nails. I'm sure they'll review as well. read more

Cons: generic nail polish-- "not brand name, like Opi" -ladies seemed disinterested in their jobs, did not do a thorough job of cutting, cleaning nails and nail beds -barely scrubbed my feet, which I said earlier were in desperate need!!
