I never ever write yelp reviews but I felt like I had to this time. I usually go to another salon but this one was walking distance and I wanted to give it a try Completely regret. I initially wanted to get a fill and a pedicure. As soon as I walk in everyone is asleep the whole place looks not well kept up but I just really needed a pedicure so I decided to stay just for that I had made an appointment and I didn't want to be rude Defiantly did not trust them with my finger nails The nail tech doing my toes was super sweet and was making sure I was comfortable and did an amazing job on my feet no problem with her The problem was this man I will post photos of him being absolutely disgusting. (The owner) When I was soaking my feet he was in the salon eating nuts licking his fingers walking around barefoot then went to a chair with out washing his hands decides to just pick at his feet in front of me mind you his feet were sooo dirty !! Thennnn grabs a cart and tools that may be used on others customers and keeps picking!!! Also walked by be picking his nose nasty!!! Never again will I go to this nail salon. I only came here because my usual salon was closed and decided to give this place a try. I asked for chrome nude nails and showed them a clear photo reference. They assured me they could do it--but the result was completely different from what I asked for. When I expressed my concerns, one of the staff members stood up and yelled at me, saying they couldn't match what was in the picture. I ended up switching to a simple French tip instead. When the nail tech was about to seal the top coat, I had to ask him to apply a second layer because the tips were so sheer. Once I left the salon, I noticed the tips weren't even painted properly--they looked rushed and uneven. Despite all this, they still had the nerve to ask for a tip (I still tipped). I don't appreciate being yelled at or told something can be done when it clearly can't. On top of that, the salon is not clean--it's dusty and not somewhere I'd recommend for a relaxing self-care day. I do not recommend this place. read more

I'm VERY particular about my nails. I have big hands (Tall Girlie) so I like my nails to be thin, narrow and look very natural. Lena knows exactly what I want and delivers every time. She's quick but attentive to detail. Skilled at her craft. Her husband does nails as well but Lena knows me so I only go to her. Very reasonable prices. Both fill and pedicure (gel) for under $100. Pedicures are great. I love one tech specifically but can't remember her name but all do a good job I just am (again) very particular and prefer the sweet older lady. Healed my toenail fungus I've been battling for two years with the product she gave me which is a huge win. It's not the fanciest place aesthetically but I prefer nail quality to anything else. Before you go, here's what to expect: - Inconsistent quality - Even with reference photos, my nail shapes didn't match from hand to hand. Both times I've visited, the quality of the polish/gel has been inconsistent. - Poor hygiene - Thick layers of acrylic/nail dust everywhere. When I sat down, my chair and drink holders were covered in nail/acrylic dust and hadn't been properly wiped down. I watched the male tech dip his dirty hands from another client into my foot spa water, contaminating it as I was still using my spa. He was not willing to get up and get a bowl of water for his station and used my foot spa bowl which was closer to him than the bathroom sink. On the same visit, a female tech drenched her gloved hands in another woman's used foot spa, promised to change gloves before touching me, and never did - then handled my hands with those same gloves. - Crowded and chaotic - Because the seating is so tight, you're literally in the blast radius of any nail and acrylic clippings. Nail dust floats through the air like war smoke, and acrylic nails being clipped off fly like shrapnel; two even struck me in the head (thankfully I had a hat on). The staff is trying to make a living, but you're trading convenience for questionable cleanliness practices and inconsistent results. With the cramped seating and unsanitary conditions, it honestly felt less like a relaxing salon and more like a makeshift triage tent for the nail girlies where you take what you can get just to get through & survive. Although, I won't be a customer here again - If you decide to visit, bring a face mask, some protective gear, and a lot of patience. read more

I got my nails done 2 days ago and a nail was already cracking so I came in today with my 12 month old baby , thinking they'd happily fix it since it was their mistake. They weren't friendly , said I'd have to wait 2-3 hours . Are you kidding me?! With a baby? Any other salon would have accommodated in between other clients knowing it was their mistake and I have a small baby with me. I last minute decided to get my nails done and immediately called around 5:45 pm to see if they had an availability before closing at 7:30 pm. The woman let me know I can come in at 7:00 pm (yay!) and quoted me $35 for a dip manicure. I arrived and had to wait for about 10 mins but during that time another nail tech took off my current nail polish... at the front door which I thought was a little weird because there was a chair available at his station. They don't have a wide selection of colors for dip unfortunately but I was able to find this cool orange red. The lady who did my nails was polite, she did cut my cuticle a little but she apologized. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Staff is so RUDE!! I had a few broken nails and needed to get them fixed. At first they were making excuses like "we're so busy" and the salon was empty. I asked them what time is free to come back at and they said "you can come back at 7 if you want" but they close at 7:30. It was 4pm. Then they said "we might not have the right color for you" which to I replied that I was fine with because I didn't expect them to. Then they said "Why don't you just go back to where you got them done?" I told them that wasn't an option for me and they said "just go back to where you got them done so they can fix them." So then I told them "so you just don't want to do them then? It's not that you're busy right?" And she said "We are going to charge you full price (for a full set) if we fix those few nails that are broken." Like what??? SO RUDE!! They literally refused to fix my nails, they decided from the beginning I was not worth their time. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Worst customer service ever. Their salon also looked very dirty. It was my first time there. BUT I went to Nail Studio down the block and they helped me out No Questions Asked! They were so nice and their salon was very clean. They did a FANTASTIC job fixing my nails, they look better than how they originally were. I recommend going to NAIL STUDIO instead if you're ever debating. read more
