I came in today to get a gel mani and pedi and it was so nice to see this business open. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating as usual. They have gone above and beyond to take all the necessary precautions to keep everyone safe. They have always done this even before COVID. When I came I was unsure how it would be to be outside getting my nails done, but it was actually really nice. The weather is beautiful and it was relaxing to get my nails done. My last review of this place wasn't so good, but It was def an isolated event and a one time thing. I have normally always had a great experience here. Nails are okay! Over priced in my opinion. Also I'm not sure if this has been a thing for others but I've noticed the quality of service in nail salons has gone down. They make it seem the customer is getting their nails done for free & not paying good money +tip for their service. I paid $60 for this, please treat your customers concerns with respect & if they don't like something or voice a concern perhaps try to listen instead of brushing them off & than speaking in your native tongue, In my opinion it is very rude. *update* I've updated my review, my gel polish on my toes and my nails started peeling within 2 days. I dont think I'll be coming back anytime soon. Spontaneously decided to get my nails done with a girlfriend on a Thursday. Stumbled upon Artistic nails through Yelp since their hours were until 7pm. We walked in around 6pm hoping they would still take 2 of us so late with no appointment and we were in luck! Everyone was friendly and we were sat very quickly. Unfortunately, there's no board with the list of services and the price. When you sit, they offer extra services for an extra price but it's hard to figure out what you'll be charged for initially. They keep their 'menu' of services on their carts with their supplies and only bring it out when needed. All in all, a well deserved relaxing experience after a long work week. read more

Just left and have never ever been angry after leaving a nail salon. This was my experience with Lisa. I got the pedicure first with gel removal and decided not to put color on. I said I wanted the paraffin and callus remover, no sugar scrub. She brought the sugar scrub and I repeated I didn't want it and she gave me a speal so I said okay. She was kind which is why I'm giving 3 stars and did her best with my feet. However, she then didn't do the paraffin, I was like whatever. Then the gel manicure, she does fine but my nails look a little clumpy. So she gives me the pricing and it's 70 dollars!! 35 for the "pedicure package" and 5 for gel removal, and then 30 for the gel manicure!!!! I usually spend a little more on a pedicure and acrylics with designs at other places. So I try to reason with Lisa because I didn't get color, that it should be 35 and she fights me on it. I tipped her 10 and they have lost me as a customer. Additionally, my friend has an ingrown toe nail and the nail tech said she couldn't help her, so my friend finished her package early and was charged $30 even though she didn't get color either. While I'm getting my manicure I literally hear another woman go "oh i have an ingrown toe nail" and not 2 minutes later I hear her go "oh you got it, thank you so much"!!!!! This place is overpriced, they raised their prices within the last 2 weeks or so as well. They lost 3 return customers today. read more

Came here with my cousin so she could get her eyebrows and lash extensions done. There were no prices listed for lash extensions so I wasn't even sure they were going to do them or not. The layout of the store was weird and there wasn't a receptionist or a clear person in charge. I was very confused. They have two options for lash extensions, either a bunch of sets of 3 out onto your lash line for $30 or individual for $70. We opted for the $30 since it was our fist time. My cousin got the medium length flared black. The lady doing her lashes, Mary, was very sweet and pretty good at what she was doing. She started asking us where we usually go to get our nails done and how much they charge and it was very uncomfortable. The lashes turned out okay, probably wouldn't come back for the $30 ones. And Mary did her eye brows too thing. It just wasn't an outstanding experience but the staff is friendly and everyone in the salon seemed happy with their services. So that's ok I guess. read more

I've been getting acrylics and a pedicure at Artistic Nails every two weeks for well over ten years now. Lena is my go-to girl. I've always had problems with acrylics lifting or cracking, but not since finding Lena. Never a problem and she hand paints the most beautiful designs on my nails. I got a gel manicure and within the hour of leaving, one of my fingers chipped. I went back the next day to have them fix it and they kept trying to just put more polish on the tip of my finger to make it look less crooked instead of just filing until I suggested just that. 5 days after that, my nail chipped again, and 3 days after that I had several more nails chip. I will never go back. While they were happy to fix the mistake, it kept happening which shows the poor quality. I had gel nails on for 3 weeks from another salon before this and never once did I get a chip, nonetheless it happening 3 times! read more

I came to this Nail Salon because I was driving by and had to get a pedicure in the morning. Basically, the lady who did my nail is LAZY. The water is cold. She spent maybe 25 minute doing my toenails (trimming, filing, cutting away dead skin, and putting on cuticle oil, nail polish, french tip) Spend another 5 minutes doing a horrible job removing the callus. I did not like how she was filing my toenails, she was too harsh and half the time she was filing my skin. Then, she spend 20 minutes giving me a leg massage (rubbing lotion and hot towel compress). I wouldn't mind at all of the leg massage if she did an OKAY job on my nails, which she did not. I came here to do my nails so they can look pretty, not getting a leg massage so my legs would look smoother. Shouldn't the lady focus more on how my nails look like rather than my legs?!? Major Complaint: She cut 7 out of 10 toenails crooked, then the french tip is uneven on each toe, some are thicker, some or thinner. There was no base coat. She did a clear coat on top of the french tip and that was it! I pointed out that my nails are crooked and she fixed one of them only. Charged me $20 for the pedi + $1 debit card charge. WHY?!? its not a credit card. I was so mad I didn't tip her. She frowned at me until I walked out. I never experienced anything like this at a Nail Salon. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN. read more

It's SO much cleaner than other nail salons in the area and the ladies are friendly. They clean EVERYTHING after each person. I usually get the spa pedicure, which is always solid. If I'm feeling splurge-y, I get the mani pedi combo which is a good deal considering what you get. I Don't even know where to start I'm so upset! This was my second time coming to this nail place because my friend got her nails done and they looked good, so I figured I would give it a shot. The first time was great and they made sure to try and keep me as a customer. But I went back 2 weeks later for a fill and a pedicure and it was horrible both the ladies that did my hands and feet cut me and my toe got infected and they pretended that I already had a cut on my toe. On top of it all I had to file my own toes because she didn't even bother to do it and I had to tell her to scrub my feet as they normally would when getting a pedicure.
