Attention: I got a gel-x manicure here in the first week of November, when my nails were in poor shape after a horrible press-on nail experience, & they stayed on for TWO MONTHS. Only one nail naturally fell off (leaving an extremely healthy nail behind) at the very end of December. Came here right before NYE & got a soft gel manicure on my REAL nails for the first time in years...!!!!!!! Michelle did my gel-x manicure in Nov. She was extremely precise & attentive, bc my nails were in really bad shape. The gel-x experience allowed my natural nail beds to completely heal & I had nail growth like never before (never happened like this w acrylics.) I was beyond impressed that the nails even stayed on for 8 weeks. Eddie did my soft gel manicure on my actual real nails that had grown long enough for me to not want extensions. My nails are finally healthy!!! I adore having super long nails, but I want to see how long my natural nails can grow & whether they'll be strong. This is so exciting for me! He is very knowledgeable of the nail industry & we laughed about the horrors of press-on nails. Never again. He also let me choose the show on the tv via streaming services, so I just chilled & watched one of my favourite tv shows :) The pedicure was done by Cindy, who was a great masseuse as well! I chose a playful pink for my toes & a more muted soft pink for my nails. Eddie asked if it was okay that the colour had shimmer & I said of course! But it's this attention to detail that makes this place so elegant and of high quality. The massage chairs are so comfortable, & I'm writing this from the also comfortable "waiting area" chairs while my mother gets a French soft gel short manicure! They have 1 bathroom for patrons. Surprisingly, on a Friday, it wasn't busy (and maybe I know why now) so I received the full attention of the technician and I still didn't have the best experience. I originally booked an appointment with Eddie for a full set, but he recommended Gel X instead. I've had Gel X before and didn't have the best experience every time, I felt a burning sensation under the light, and the removal process left my nails damaged. I shared my concerns with Eddie, and he took the time to explain the benefits and reassured me that we could stop at any point if I felt discomfort. To my surprise, this was the first time I had absolutely no discomfort at all! Eddie was extremely attentive, checking in with me throughout the process. My nails turned out perfect cuticles cleaned, shape even, and attention to detail was top-tier. I was so impressed that I booked another appointment for a new set and a pedicure. I was a little nervous about the Gel X removal, but it was the best removal process I've ever had. Instead of aggressively filing everything off, they carefully filed down the top layer before soaking them off, which took a little longer but protected my natural nails. That's one of the benefits of Gel X it acts as a barrier, so your nails stay strong, unlike acrylics that leave them weak and bendy. My second set of nails exceeded my expectations once again, and the pedicure? One of the best I've ever had! I opted for the most expensive pedicure, and it was worth every penny so relaxing and enjoyable. I'm beyond happy to have found a nail salon that genuinely cares about the quality of their work. Tried this place for my first time since my usual spot was busy and got cat eye nails done with narrow almond nail shape! They are so nice there, explaining everything thoroughly and making their recommendations while giving me time to decide on my style color etc they did an amazing job on achieving the nail shape I want bc I like to keep mine as short as possible while having the narrow almond shape and they achieved that spot on. Only con is they are pricey. This was $65 (I did dip powder with cat eye/gel on top) whereas at my other place I pay $50 for the same service. I've been here several times and everytime I come here, I feel like home, Its very relaxing, friendly people. Great customer service, very clean, neat and of course professional. They listened to all of your needs and recommend what's best for your nails. I recommend schedule an appointment as sometimes it can be extremely crowded. I've been hoping around a few shops for sometime now lol. But I think this is the best I've found so far. They have alot of color options and the salon is clean. My only complaint is the parking which can be difficult since it's limited but thats out of their control. Eddie started my nails and Cindy finished them. Both were very nice and I love the results! First time visiting this salon. The woman doing my manicure was nice and welcoming. The man who was doing my pedicure did a horrific job. I asked for a french pedicure and he barely shaped or cleaned up my nails and the way he applied nail polish was very sloppy and uneven. He hadn't even completely removed the nail polish I had prior before applying the new polish and you could still see it underneath the polish he put over it. When I asked for it to be fixed he was rude, and said I was picky, I don't think a paying customer who is unhappy at your lazily done job is "picky". The other woman "Cindy" who was working took over the service and immediately apologized and asked me a lot of questions in order to be able to correct the man's terrible job. The man went to go relax at a chair near mine and stayed on his phone, leaving Cindy to fix his work. She did an amazing job at fixing the pedicure and she was very kind and professional. Her work was amazing and i very much appreciate her trying to make the experience better but I will not be returning due to the man's unprofessional and rude behavior. read more

I had old acrylic on my toe that I had asked to be removed and redone. Instead they filed the nail and the old acrylic came off and they just glued it back on and then the other toe they used a gel x nail. They used both glue and dip powder to get the nails to stay. It wasn't a great experience and I left with my toes feeling raw. read more
