Most uncomfortable mani pedi I've received. Environment : not the cleanest. The towels that they used were very stained and harsh on the skin. I'm pretty sure they used kitchen towels at one point. Tools were not properly sanitized ... just quickly rinsed and re packaged. Service : my gel mani came out fine but my pedicure is very uneven and splotchy. One of the girls touched the polish before it was dry so they had to redo it... still streaky. I booked a deluxe spa pedicure and it was basically a variety of creams applied to my foot. No foot massage, no callous removal. Vibe: one of the girls was very chatty and invaded my personal space several times. I made clear signs that I wanted to just enjoy my massage but she continued to show me pictures of herself. I definitely did not appreciate her playfully swatting the pillow on my lap ( I'm 7 months pregnant...) several times. When I went to pay, she directly asked me " how do you want to tip?" And made a face when i made my selection ( keep in mind, half my reservation was paid for on ClassPass..) read more

The gel manicure has weird small bumps on it. The gel nail polish also was easily getting scratches by day 2. The pedicure also was painful and she was digging into my nail. Overall would not recommend. Rated 2 stars instead of 1 because staff was friendly. read more

This was my first time here , I have passed the location for several years now and the only reason I decided to try this salon was because the place I normally f Go was packed at 2 pm on a Saturday and had a 20 minute wait. I was going somewhere so was pressed for time so my fault. First impression when I walked in , nothing to say, very boring and old looking inside . Had some music on the TV that was about to put me to sleep . Not 1 person inside except me, Eileen was who did my pedicure , she was sweet . I feel like the cost is about average . I had gel polish that needed to be removed , no charge . However , I chose Deluxe Spa Pedicure * Aromatherapy Spa Serum * Callus Blaster Treatment With Warm Towel * Sugar Scrub Exfoliation * 5 Minutes Hot Lotion & Hot Stone Massage $33 Then that's where they added $15 for gel polish ! Flies were flying all around , landing on me and Eileen . Front door was open , it was a bit warm inside this day . It was weird to be in a salon all by myself , maybe this is a sign to not go back ? I did think Eileen did a good job , price was fair but inside was a turn off , and the flies were distracting, I had to keep waving them off for the hour I was there . I think I will stick with my other Nail Salon and make an appointment next time !! read more

Still in love with this salon. I was able to book a same-day appointment but they take walk-ins too. Lynn did my acrylic + dip manicure & Vivian did my pink gel pedicure (I get the deluxe for the massage & sugar/salts). She is amazing, as is Lynn. Lynn is highly specialized in acrylics. The salon has a TON of colours available. I wanted to review again to add pictures from my most recent trip. Lynn is the best. I've been coming here for a couple months now and she's always doing me right. For the first time my nails are actually growing! Before I've never been able to get them longer than my finger. She takes her time and she does a great job making sure everything looks great. I love this place 10/10! I definitely recommend! You guys do not come here It's so bad They had a woman that doesn't have knowledge to do any of this do my nails Sorry for the foot pic but look how bad it is!!! She didn't do half the things regular places do She was not qualified to do it I asked for her license and they lied that she does have it and didn't show me She was one of the lady's daughters and it sounded like she was teaching her as she was doing my nails!! This is my go to place to get my nails done ! Lynn is the person that always does my nails and I would not go to anyone else. She doesn't hustle you like other places do and she actually takes her time to perfect what she does. I love how detailed she is in perfecting the shape of the nail I want . Other places I go to always somehow scrape me with the machine but here that NEVER happens. They have a bunch of gel colors you can choose from and a bunch of different designs . I haven't tried the dip powder yet but that is also offered here. read more

S So darn happy they are open me and my wife needed a pedi so darn bad. I was so so happy to get me toes done. I felt very safe that they took precautions to be safe. Wife got her hands and feet done was nice see how safe it was done. Plenty of parking. Limited in space we made a appointment which I think was best cause then there was not toaby people inside. read more

We will never be back. Walked into an empty dirty salon. Flies all over the place and dingy looking place. The gal that did my pedicure and manicure probably did the worst job that I've ever had. I could've had a better job done by my eight year old. My wife's was just as bad. We will never be back. read more

Not busy at all .. I tan at rockstar tan next to them so I figured I would give it a try .. nails came out ok .. I'm going to have to fix one .. pedi was good .. I got a full set and pedicure gel .. nothing special and the total was $90 to me this is a bit high for no designs or special requests other then gel coat .. what does everyone else think .. nice people.. three stars due to having to fix my own nail and the price.. read more

I really don't care that nails tech talk to each other but I don't appreciate it when they talk about me! I wanted a reg. Mani and pedi but didn't see any colors that I like so I said no polish. I had already cut my nails before deciding that I wanted a pedicure so there was no nails for her to cut. She told her cowork that she didn't see the point in me coming in. No polish and no nail trimming just file. Well her coworker said do she just wants her cuticle taken care of. The woman doing my toes said no I'm only cutting a little bit . Beside the rude comments the tools were dirty. She poured them out of the bag and tucked it away to reuse. The buffer and file was used! They both had color stains on them! And she used and large file to scrub my feet.... WTF. save your money and don't go here... read more

My sister and I have always passed by this nail salon, but never gave it much attention until we both decided we needed an impromptu mani/pedi. The staff at Persimmon Nail Salon was very welcoming and friendly. They sat us right away and helped us get situated without issue. However, the reason for my low-star review is because the quality of my sisters manicure was subpar. I don't recall who did my sisters manicure, but unfortunately the way that her nails were filed/cut and the overall finish of the gel manicure wasn't what we expected and we had to go to another nail salon to fix it. read more

Got my nails done a week ago! It was a nude color, but the color has turned dirty because the clear gel they put over it didn't cover my whole nail and the polish was old. I have not the best of nail salon experiences and all I can say is LYNN AND ELIZABETH HAVE CHANGED THAT FOR ME! By far the best experience in a nail salon I have ever had. Very sanitary, efficient, quick and not to mention my nails look spectacular!!! I will never stray from this place!!! *DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH* After trying my fair share of nail salons I'm ecstatic to find this place! It isn't the closest BUT worth the drive. It seems to be recently updated/remodeled so as far as ambiance two thumbs up. I'm kind of picky when it comes to a "good" set of nails. I had a graduation to attend and wanted to look and feel good. Not only was the staff super friendly BUT they did an awesome job!! My nails came out natural looking and exactly as I asked for. Best of all they didn't take forever to do a 5 star job. I was so pleased I went back the next day (when I had some extra time) and got pampered with a pedicure that lived up to the quality of the full set the day before. I will DEFINITELY be returning to try out some of the other services!! read more

Should have known from how empty the place was. I was the only one there on a Friday afternoon. Got a gel manicure, and the lady proceeded to pull at my cuticles without putting any softener or oil on them first. $36 for a basic gel manicure, pricey. I then proceeded to use their advertise check in special for first time customers and was immediately told I had to provide a 5 star review first... makes me completely distrust their overall rating. I indicated if that was the case I was paying full price as that is not what their coupon indicated. The girl started yelling for her mom when I refused to review. read more

I wont be coming back... It was my first time coming here and I asked for a pedicure. They seemed nice at first but after saying no to a mani and just a pedi they seemed a little irritated. I asked for the water to be a little warmer as it was pretty cold and the lady turned on the hot water and walked away and by the time she got back the water was scalding and I had my feet out of the water. When she cut my cuticles she was way too rough and i asked if she could be a little bit more gentle but she seemed irritated at me asking her this. She continued to be rough and after about 3 times of asking her again to be gentle she stopped. She knew i wasnt happy, so at the end she tried to lighten it up with convo and a smile but at this point, i just wanted the pedicure to be over. While paying this front desgirl asked why i didnt get a manicure and made a comment how i should have because i needed it. Very rude. I will be getting a mani but definitely not from there. I paid for the service, left zero tip and got out of there. read more

I FINALLY found my place ! I went in today (Sunday ) around 3:30, it was quiet and peaceful . They offered me a water and they were all very polite and helped each other . They lady who did my pedicure was amazing ! I think her name is tam hi (I could be wrong) but she was so sweet and did such a great job ! I got the $45 pedicure with an additional massage , it felt amazing . She didn't rush at all and she rubbed my feet and legs with hot stones , I'm so happy I found this place ! My daughter's nail technician was unfriendly and completely disengaged, which is the last thing you want when trying to provide a child with a fun experience. While my technician seemed fine at the time, the quality of the manicure was poor, and the polish began chipping within just a few days. Most concerning, however, is that three days after my pedicure, I am dealing with a painful, throbbing, and inflamed infection on my big toe. I am currently unable to wear closed-toe shoes and am having to perform multiple Epsom salt soaks to try and manage the swelling. I contacted the salon to express these concerns, and while the manager has asked me to come in so she can examine the toe, I am wary of returning to a place that caused this injury in the first place. I wanted to share this so others are aware of the lack of professionalism and the potential health risks at this establishment.
