I love this nail place, it's so convenient for me it's right across the street from my work. The quality of service is great. I have seen different nail techs and they are do an amazing job. They have so many colors and different styles to choose from.
I moved to this area not long ago and was looking for a new nail shop to go because my old nail spot sold their shop (I miss them so much). I made an appointment here and came in, they were available at the time of my appointment which was great. When I went to sit in the chair I did sense an attitude from the lady who did my feet (she had short blonde hair). When I put my foot in the water I told her it was too hot and requested more cold water and she just looked at me, then tested the water with her hand and added more cold water but didn't say a word to me. Usually I'd get an apology or some sort of response. *side note: another lady came in after me and mentioned her water was too hot and the nail lady smiled at her and apologized. On to the nails, I asked for square for both hands and feet. My feet came out terrible! I didn't notice until I left the shop. I do wear glasses and I accidentally left them at home. There's an air bubble on my left big toe and the right big toe has an indentation and the polish isn't neat at all. Pros: On time appointment and price. Cons: Customer service and attention to detail (these are most important to me) Long story short I will not be going back.
Another phenomenal job done by Miss Kim! She turned my sky blue marble themed nail concept into a reality haha! I got them done as Gel-X extensions (as I always do). Came with my roommates today!! It was very quiet and relaxed for a Saturday morning, super big thank you to Kim again for the lovely job on my nails
2nd time visiting this nail salon Hours 9am to 7pm Monday to Saturday Located in the Costco shopping plaza next to bobatastic Plenty of parking around the area Walk in or appt accepted 6 spa chairs available and about 6 manicure stations Music plays in the background Being able to choose colors by looks at samples was helpful Gel manicure 30 The spa pedicure I opted to do a package with callous removal scrub and massage - Attentive to detail when detailing in the mani pedicure (shaping cuticle trimming cleaning) - pleasant interaction with the manicurist or enjoy the quiet - Only con was the massage for the pedicure lacked as she was distracted talking to her peer so really get much of a massage -Hand and wrist was pleasant, good pressure applied - hot stones nice touch but maybe didn't get the full experience due to the distracted individual Cash Zelle venmo accepted Overall a Place to return for and a nice treat too self

Very relaxed environment and they had a team of four ladies working and while I was there about 8 people came in and they handled the influx so well! I showed them a pic of what I wanted and they delivered my nail tech was Lee she did so well, initially I was seated at someone else's station and they let me know Lee would be a better fit for what I wanted and I appreciate this honesty and customer care, will come back!
K&T nails I have trusted with my heart!! They do such an amazing job with whatever I ask of them and they are always so kind and encouraging when I come in to try something new. They have even done my wedding nails and taken care of me with all of my special events, love them so much and will always come to them with my nail needs :)
Had an appointment today since they are becoming too busy. I just didn't like the way i was called out ??? Oh did you have an appointment?? Umm yes, for my self and my daughter!!! Then making me feel like I am there all the time???!!! First of all I needed a nail fixed and then a fill. Oh ok yes I should of left..... and taken my business else where I know. But we stayed. Just made me feel like they didn't want my business soo I won't be returning. I come to relax not to be called out. Just my experience today... in front of my daughter, totally uncalled for/ anyway we liked our nails even tho they didn't do what my daughter actually wanted.
Back to say how much I adore this salon! I came back pretty recently due to a couple nails chipping off (completely my fault, i wasn't careful with them) and they took me in and repaired it-- no questions asked! Miss Tammy was absolutely delightful and kind, especially because I couldn't chat as much as I usually do due to a medical procedure I went to prior. She fixed up my nail and made it look good as new with builder gel, and even stronger so I didn't make the same mistake again Thank you always K&T Nails!
My sisters and mother and I came to get manicures the Thursday before my Saturday wedding. I didn't want to do anything fancy, so I just got a manicure with peach-colored polish. In the middle of the manicure, I regretted not getting a gel manicure instead, and began worrying that my nails would chip before the wedding. But they didn't! In fact, it's since been 11 days and my nails are still passable; the polish on one finger of my dominant hand began to visibly chip only on the 7th day. I type a lot for work, cook and clean a lot at home, and I'm not a nail perfectionist, so this is fine by me. My sisters got cute, Insta-inspired nail art, which their manicurists did enthusiastically and with helpful suggestions on colors. Theirs turned out really well, with tiny flower details and French tips in different pastel colors instead of white. I'll try to find pics. In terms of logistics, everything went well. My sister had made an appointment, we got started soon after arriving, and there were no hiccups. They take Venmo, which is great because you can pay with your phone instead of digging around for your wallet and risking your freshly-painted nails. Parking is a little annoying because it's in the same plaza as Costco, so there are a lot of grouchy shoppers fighting over spots. The bright side is that it's tucked in a corner, and therefore a little further away from the Costco entrance than shoppers prefer to park. In terms of vibe, also great. The layout was good because my sisters and I got to sit next to each other; my mom was at a table off to the side, but this worked out for us because my mom loves to talk, and had a good time chatting with her manicurist. My sisters and I liked our manicurists, too. They were so funny and light-hearted and friendly. They were so sweet that this will probably be my go-to nail salon, even though I live about 10 miles away.
The service was absolutely amazing. The packages are great, the massages were well done, and the inside layout of the salon is so clean and comfortable. The two women who did my manicure and pedicure were kind. Having said that, the gel removal was too abrasive. My nails are normally strong and healthy because I don't get them done often. The nail tech used the drill at a super harsh setting to remove my gel nail polish, leaving my nails brittle. Two nails have already come off. Another nail salon I go to soaks the gel polish for almost 10-15 minutes, gently scraping off the gel as much as possible each time to protect the nail. I hope this salon can do that too in the future. For $70 for a gel manicure & pedicure, I'm a little sad, but that's the risk in trying out new spots. Best of luck to them! (Also please expand color options!)
Good customer service, nail technician was nice and asked if the pressure was okay during the massage. Adhered to my requests. I noticed the oil for my hands wasn't hot, but the menu states "hot oil".
I recently tried this nail salon and I'm highly satisfied and recommend this business. Ann did an Awesome job on my nails and Vin gave me a very good pedicure and I'm a very picky person when it comes to these types of services.
I walked into K&T nails looking for a nail salon on my route home from work. I have been here several times now and am pleased with their location, prices and service. An overall good experience! I have only had pedicures here and have seen different technicians every time and they have all done a great job. $28 for a basic pedicure that includes a two minute massage with hot stone & warm towel and massage chairs. Walk ins welcome; however you may have a short wait if they are busy. Worth the wait and service! read more

I loved my experience here. The lady who did my nails, I believe it is Ly, did my nails on Mon 10/23 at 6 pm. I'm saying all that because I'm hoping the manager gets her a raise or some praise. She was so kind and gave me huge smiles throughout the whole time. I'm very satisfied with the result but also very happy with how Ly treated me! I went in for a full set with no appointment and was greeted and assisted immediately. The salon was very clean and nicely decorated and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I have loved coming back for all my nail needs and my daughter loves it here!! Ladies are clean and professional. They don't try to push services on clients. They have so many nail colors and they'll do whatever you want in design! The gel nail lasts about 1.5 months for toes and nearly 3 weeks on hands before your nails start looking ratchet. No chipping at all! I also broke a nail in half and my tech was able to make it look regular again!! Wooo!! read more

Beautifully done by Kim. My nails are oily so they tend to strip off quickly. It's been over 3 weeks and my nails are still intact as if they were done yesterday. Love the fact that I didn't have to tell her and she knows exactly what to do. Would definitely go back to her. read more
