I moved to this area not long ago and was looking for a new nail shop to go because my old nail spot sold their shop (I miss them so much). I made an appointment here and came in, they were available at the time of my appointment which was great. When I went to sit in the chair I did sense an attitude from the lady who did my feet (she had short blonde hair). When I put my foot in the water I told her it was too hot and requested more cold water and she just looked at me, then tested the water with her hand and added more cold water but didn't say a word to me. Usually I'd get an apology or some sort of response. *side note: another lady came in after me and mentioned her water was too hot and the nail lady smiled at her and apologized. On to the nails, I asked for square for both hands and feet. My feet came out terrible! I didn't notice until I left the shop. I do wear glasses and I accidentally left them at home. There's an air bubble on my left big toe and the right big toe has an indentation and the polish isn't neat at all. Pros: On time appointment and price. Cons: Customer service and attention to detail (these are most important to me) Long story short I will not be going back. read more

Love the way my nails turned out! I asked for subtle pink nails with chrome powder and they still looked great even weeks after. My nail tech was very friendly and helpful. I was indecisive with which color to pick and she patiently tried on colors to help me decide. She was professional and I had a great experience. Very relaxed environment and they had a team of four ladies working and while I was there about 8 people came in and they handled the influx so well! My sisters and mother and I came to get manicures the Thursday before my Saturday wedding. I didn't want to do anything fancy, so I just got a manicure with peach-colored polish. In the middle of the manicure, I regretted not getting a gel manicure instead, and began worrying that my nails would chip before the wedding. But they didn't! In fact, it's since been 11 days and my nails are still passable; the polish on one finger of my dominant hand began to visibly chip only on the 7th day. I type a lot for work, cook and clean a lot at home, and I'm not a nail perfectionist, so this is fine by me. My sisters got cute, Insta-inspired nail art, which their manicurists did enthusiastically and with helpful suggestions on colors. Theirs turned out really well, with tiny flower details and French tips in different pastel colors instead of white. I'll try to find pics. In terms of logistics, everything went well. My sister had made an appointment, we got started soon after arriving, and there were no hiccups. They take Venmo, which is great because you can pay with your phone instead of digging around for your wallet and risking your freshly-painted nails. Parking is a little annoying because it's in the same plaza as Costco, so there are a lot of grouchy shoppers fighting over spots. The bright side is that it's tucked in a corner, and therefore a little further away from the Costco entrance than shoppers prefer to park. In terms of vibe, also great. The layout was good because my sisters and I got to sit next to each other; my mom was at a table off to the side, but this worked out for us because my mom loves to talk, and had a good time chatting with her manicurist. My sisters and I liked our manicurists, too. They were so funny and light-hearted and friendly. They were so sweet that this will probably be my go-to nail salon, even though I live about 10 miles away. read more

The service was absolutely amazing. The packages are great, the massages were well done, and the inside layout of the salon is so clean and comfortable. The two women who did my manicure and pedicure were kind. Having said that, the gel removal was too abrasive. My nails are normally strong and healthy because I don't get them done often. The nail tech used the drill at a super harsh setting to remove my gel nail polish, leaving my nails brittle. Two nails have already come off. Another nail salon I go to soaks the gel polish for almost 10-15 minutes, gently scraping off the gel as much as possible each time to protect the nail. I hope this salon can do that too in the future. For $70 for a gel manicure & pedicure, I'm a little sad, but that's the risk in trying out new spots. Best of luck to them! We came here because we had heard good things on yelp and from friends, and we were not disappointed! We didn't have an appointment, but it didn't matter. They were able to take us anyway. The ambiance was great! The whole salon was very clean, friendly, and well-decorated. The options and pricing is very clearly laid out on a menu they give as soon as you sit down. Also, they have great color options that feel very trendy. The basic pedicure came with hotel towels and stones. Anne did my pedicure. She was quick and her work was clean and neat, although, I know that the other artists are at the same caliber. My only warning is to be careful getting something not on the menu. Is it not standard to cut cuticles anymore? All the manicure/pedicure options include cuticle care but the tech didn't trim my cuticles at all even though she had the cuticle trimmer out. I don't usually watch them like a hawk so I didn't notice until after she painted them. Strange because my first time here, the tech did everything! Love me a good pedicure. $35 with 10 min massage and hot stone, count me in. Nail tech was gentle which I appreciated. They turn on the timer for the massage. This is good because sometimes I swear they end the massage faster. Clean, new equipment, massage chairs, cute decor. AC was on which is a plus because some nail salons only turn on fans. I showed them a inspo photo and they did exactly what I asked for so that was a 5/5 but the only reason I didn't give the 5 stars is because iv had experience before where salons add charges out of no where so I asked prices every step of the way and once I got the total in the front they added 7$ that they never told me and I let them know why didn't they tell me and they acted like they didn't know English all of a sudden but I let it go paid the extra charges. At the end of the day I loved my nails I just wish they where more transparent with the charges or acknowledged they where wrong for not telling me it was going too be more money . read more

They have so many nail colors and they'll do whatever you want in design! The gel nail lasts about 1.5 months for toes and nearly 3 weeks on hands before your nails start looking ratchet.
