The young lady who did my pedi seems sweet but did a terrible job, when she was painting my toes I was noticing she's missing the sides Of my toenails and when I pointed it out to her, she seems a annoyed, when she repainted the sides she pit on the disposable slippers on me when I asked is she's going to out the top coat she mumbled to the other lady and she translated saying that She already did but I was watching her the whole time and she skipped top coat part. Late review but I came here to get my nails done the same day I was leaving for Vegas. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the staff and they were so sweet. I did a walk in at opening and they got to work so quickly. They really took their time to make sure my nails were perfect, along with my pedicure as well. Everything was so precise. I've gotten my nails done at multiple places before but this place does an amazing job. They make sure that everything is up to the highest standard. My nails were so perfect and if it weren't for my job, I would come here all the time! I even brought my bf to get a pedicure here after we came back from Vegas and he absolutely loved it! The staff were also amazing. I usually don't like talking as much during a service because I really enjoy my time relaxing, but the staff were so sweet and talking to them really reminded me of my family. They made me feel so welcomed and so at home. The pricing point was slightly a bit more than the other places I've been to, however their work really match up to their pricing. Don't get me wrong, everyone was SUPER nice. It's clean and quiet probably because I went in midweek. I had the lavender pedicure and I'll say the technician really took her time. I'm not used to sittting for a pedi for 2 hours. But my concern is that she cut my big toe while trimming my cuticles. As soon as it happened I winced and she knew it but I let her finish. The alcohol she used at one point really stung. It wasn't until after I paid and walked to my car that the pain really started to bother me. I took this photo of my toe as soon as I got home. During the pedicure my technician was talking to a friend who sat nearby and so I feel like she was distracted while working on me. Normally I wouldn't write a bad review but seeing this was my first and last visit I feel like others should be careful. If you come here maybe see the owner, Tyler or the other male tech. Both were working while I was there and neither was distracted while working. Everyone was NICE but my female tech (dont know her name, she's older and petite) did a number on my big toe which is still hurting 6 hours after my visit. Not a happy customer read more

I came to this nail salon to get my birthday manicure & pedicure done and I was delighted! I wanted a really beautiful manicure set and I found an inspirational set on Pinterest. I originally go to a fairly new opened salon but i feel like they specialize on more simplistic sets since it is a new place. I vigorously searched through Yelp pages looking for a nail salon that could create a set a was going for when I stumbled across Tyler Nails Spa. Their pictures looked convincing and it was only 8 minutes away from my home ! (So convenient) I messaged them through Yelp although it would've been easier to call but they replied promptly and so generously. I asked to make an appointment and they took care of me. The day of my appointment I ran into a minor inconvenience that would make me late for my appointment. I quickly called and asked if my appointment could be pushed back 30 minutes and they quickly accommodated me! Upon arriving they gave me a cold water bottle and seated me quickly. They nail techs that helped me out were Peter and Shawn/Sean (sorry if I misspelled!) Peter gave me the best pedicure massage I have ever received, I was sooooo relaxed and he took his time and was super friendly and made conversation! Shawn did my manicure and perfectly executed what I envisioned. Two other ladies were there I believe Bailey & Layla, which introduced themselves even though they were helping others out which I thought was very nice and adorable. The person who took them off was gentle don't get me wrong, but it took forever, and left a layer of acrylic still on, and don't even get me started on the shape he left me with. Everyone was nice and the ladies doing my nails took their time, but they didn't give me what I asked for. I showed them the photo for reference many times -- almond nail, nude ombré. Instead they give me a coffin shape nail with a pink ombré. It was way too pink and I am not a fan of the shape. Also it was pretty expensive at $90 + tip. The lady who did my gel manicure basically half-assed everything. She made my cuticle bleed and honestly a 3 year old could paint your nails better than this lady can. I have gel on my fingers and on top of my cuticles. She was rushing through the entire thing and she was not gentle at all. It hurt! I've gone to so many people and I have yet to pay anywhere but here that completely cleans your nails. I did their deluxe pedicure and I just felt so much better on such a tired day. The colors are exceptionally accurate. The quality of the gel color is so good and not thick which I love. They give you a nice fresh cold water bottle when you walk in and are just attentive. To some my nails are basic but the cleaning and detail they paid attention to bringing them back to feminine looking hands was just amazing. I will happily be returning for all my future nail needs. The staff are very friendly. They serve you water once you take your seat for your pedicure/manicure. They take their time to clean and do your nails - which I really like. They are not like other nail salons who are always in a rush to finish your mani/pedi. The service is superb! I highly recommend their lavender spa manicure and pedicure. I came in for a new set of acrylics. I had picture references and they said they were able to do it for me. Everyone was nice. When he was removing my nails he used one or the plastics tips to flick off my old acrylics and it hurt pretty bad on my pinky nail. He moves to the next nail and at that point i ask if he can soak and drill them off because i couldn't handle the pain. He told me to leave my pinky nail out bc the nail was lifted and it would burn. He finishes nails and they're very pretty don't get me wrong it's just what i wanted. I go to pay and the lady writes down that it's 90$ and plus 5 for "top". That was more than i expected but i was late for a dinner party so i just paid and left. My mistake was not asking how much it would be before. I tell my friend how much i paid and she calls and asks how much it is for an acrylics set they said 40$ she asks them why i was charged 90 and they damaged my nail. They tell us to come in for a refund. We go to the salon and they give me 10$ back in cash for the damaged nail. I asked why it was 90$ and he wrote down that it as 50 for the nails+length, 20 for the two design nails, and 20 for the holographic. I paid 95 i just think i was overpriced. read more

I thought I was getting a nice spa day and enjoyed the process of getting my nails done for the first time in a year. However when I went to take off my acrylics, it turned gummy and disgusting. Which is a sure sign of use of MMA. This stuff is illegal for a reason. Disgusted with this salon. I am filing a complaint with the California government for use of MMA. I am so angry. For 1 manicure, a lavender gel pedicure, and a manicure with a full set and acrylics and gel polish I spent $143. Never going here again. read more
