First and last time going Loved the people so kind but not the quality of the service for the price I paid. You be the judge of these and see if you go in yourselves. They don't do acrylics so I got the gel x on the send toe because it's a broken nail but literally fell of 3 days later for an extra $5.
I love my nails! The customer service is great and the ladies are so personable. I love that they care if I'm satisfied with the product and service. I will be coming here more often. Thank you Tina, Tammy, and Mary!
bestest customer service ever here!! I felt like I was having genuine conversations! And even though they were closing soon they still took their time to serve me. It also has a very cute calming vibe, I love how pretty the salon looks. I got gel manicure and she did 3-4 layers of the color on me and made sure it was perfect. 10/10!!
Chill Nail Spa is a TOTAL gem. The staff is incredibly sweet, welcoming, and genuinely cares about your experience. The salon is spotless, calming, and such a vibe the second you walk in. My nails? Obsessed. The attention to detail was unreal and my tech really took their time to make sure everything was flawless all thanks to Tina and the girls!!!! The design came out better than I even imagined. I never felt rushed and felt completely taken care of the whole time. If you want beautiful nails, amazing service, and a clean, cozy environment -- this is your place. I'm already planning my next visit

Don't get me wrong, everyone was SUPER nice. It's clean and quiet probably because I went in midweek. I had the lavender pedicure and I'll say the technician really took her time. I'm not used to sittting for a pedi for 2 hours. But my concern is that she cut my big toe while trimming my cuticles. As soon as it happened I winced and she knew it but I let her finish. The alcohol she used at one point really stung. It wasn't until after I paid and walked to my car that the pain really started to bother me. I took this photo of my toe as soon as I got home. During the pedicure my technician was talking to a friend who sat nearby and so I feel like she was distracted while working on me. Normally I wouldn't write a bad review but seeing this was my first and last visit I feel like others should be careful. If you come here maybe see the owner, Tyler or the other male tech. Both were working while I was there and neither was distracted while working. Everyone was NICE but my female tech (dont know her name, she's older and petite) did a number on my big toe which is still hurting 6 hours after my visit. Not a happy customer
Late review but I came here to get my nails done the same day I was leaving for Vegas. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the staff and they were so sweet. I did a walk in at opening and they got to work so quickly. They really took their time to make sure my nails were perfect, along with my pedicure as well. Everything was so precise. I've gotten my nails done at multiple places before but this place does an amazing job. They make sure that everything is up to the highest standard. My nails were so perfect and if it weren't for my job, I would come here all the time! I even brought my bf to get a pedicure here after we came back from Vegas and he absolutely loved it! The staff were also amazing. I usually don't like talking as much during a service because I really enjoy my time relaxing, but the staff were so sweet and talking to them really reminded me of my family. They made me feel so welcomed and so at home. The pricing point was slightly a bit more than the other places I've been to, however their work really match up to their pricing. I would definitely not mind paying for amount of work they put in. I would highly recommend.
I came to this nail salon to get my birthday manicure & pedicure done and I was delighted! I wanted a really beautiful manicure set and I found an inspirational set on Pinterest. I originally go to a fairly new opened salon but i feel like they specialize on more simplistic sets since it is a new place. I vigorously searched through Yelp pages looking for a nail salon that could create a set a was going for when I stumbled across Tyler Nails Spa. Their pictures looked convincing and it was only 8 minutes away from my home ! (So convenient) I messaged them through Yelp although it would've been easier to call but they replied promptly and so generously. I asked to make an appointment and they took care of me. The day of my appointment I ran into a minor inconvenience that would make me late for my appointment. I quickly called and asked if my appointment could be pushed back 30 minutes and they quickly accommodated me! Upon arriving they gave me a cold water bottle and seated me quickly. They nail techs that helped me out were Peter and Shawn/Sean (sorry if I misspelled!) Peter gave me the best pedicure massage I have ever received, I was sooooo relaxed and he took his time and was super friendly and made conversation! Shawn did my manicure and perfectly executed what I envisioned. Two other ladies were there I believe Bailey & Layla, which introduced themselves even though they were helping others out which I thought was very nice and adorable. I gave a generous tip because I was so pleased with my nails and I also received so many compliments I'd definitely come back.

I love this place! I initially found it randomly on Yelp and they always accept my last-minute appointments so quickly. Sean is my new favorite nail tech and I come here regularly now. He's so efficient and he shapes my nails soooo well. Everyone in the shop is so cute and nice and they always give me cold water. Oh and there's always really feel-good EDM music playing so I enjoy sitting there and relaxing. My sister saw my nails and she goes here now too! read more

Came here for the 1st time with my friend on her birthday & they treated us so well! The shop is very clean, nicely decorated, well lit, & there's LOTS of nail designs & colors to choose from! My friend & I both received wonderful service & noted their kindness, thoughtfulness, skill & thoroughness! They fixed one of her broken nails & I'm beyond happy with my nail shape! We were in & out quickly so that shows how skillful they are! She was proposed to later that day (!!) & received lots of compliments on her nails!! Sean is the BEST nail tech I've ever had. He's beyond sweet, always helping with whatever design I want since I'm always so indecisive lol. Hes sooooo good with nail art, shaping, making sure every nail is symmetrical to the point where I don't even compare each nail with the other to see if they're even because I trust him so much hahaha. I only have him do my nails. Periodttt I've been going here for 2 years now and each time, he never fails. Love ya Sean! read more

getting acrylics done here is always a 10/10 but getting my acrylics removed honestly was such a let down. The person who took them off was gentle don't get me wrong, but it took forever, and left a layer of acrylic still on, and don't even get me started on the shape he left me with. The whole experience from the beginning was fine, towards the end i was so over it. Literally cannot believe i have to fix it myself at home. read more

Everyone was nice and the ladies doing my nails took their time, but they didn't give me what I asked for. I showed them the photo for reference many times -- almond nail, nude ombré. Instead they give me a coffin shape nail with a pink ombré. It was way too pink and I am not a fan of the shape. Also it was pretty expensive at $90 + tip. It was my first time ever getting my nails done, let alone getting it done for my wedding that same day. I didn't feel pretty nor satisfied. I won't be returning. read more

I came here for the first time yesterday. I really love how Ivy did my nails. She was gentle, quick, & very nice. I always like to stick to my same solid color. However, she convinced me to do the ombré & I love it! I'm so happy I ended up coming here. & she also did a great job on my eyebrows. I'll definitely be returning. read more

I've officially found my go-to nail salon!! To be honest, I think this place deserves more than 5 stars. Everyone is so nice and friendly here, and they all do such a great job with what they do!! Sean, is probably one of the best nail techs out here in OC. I've been to many nail salons & went through so many nail techs but he was the only one that can work with my nail shape and make them look amazing! I have very thin nails that grow upwards and many nail techs make them look so weird. However, Sean makes them look absolutely great. Thank you again, Tyler Nails Spa! read more

I usually refrain from leaving bad comments, but this one is a must because it's simply not fair to have to pay for such bad work. It was my first and last time going to this place. The lady who did my gel manicure basically half-assed everything. She made my cuticle bleed and honestly a 3 year old could paint your nails better than this lady can. I have gel on my fingers and on top of my cuticles. She was rushing through the entire thing and she was not gentle at all. It hurt! Unfortunately, I did not get her name, but you should avoid getting work with her at all costs. I will say, the gentleman who did my pedicure did a great job. read more

I've been to many nail places but by far this place was incredible I'm so happy that I found this location Tyler who worked on my nails was very professional and very kind such a perfectionist and takes pride and his details of art in such a small frame thank you so much for making me happy I will definitely be back this was my first time and I was not disappointed. I'm in town visiting my soon to be family and my partner suggests we get our nails done. So I quickly looked up somewhere close to our place and there was Tyler Nails Spa. I was very impressed with the pictures on here and booked an appointment. These may be my favorite nails I've ever had. They did a flawless job! read more
