I came in for a new set of acrylics. I had picture references and they said they were able to do it for me. Everyone was nice. When he was removing my nails he used one or the plastics tips to flick off my old acrylics and it hurt pretty bad on my pinky nail. He moves to the next nail and at that point i ask if he can soak and drill them off because i couldn't handle the pain. He told me to leave my pinky nail out bc the nail was lifted and it would burn. He finishes nails and they're very pretty don't get me wrong it's just what i wanted. I go to pay and the lady writes down that it's 90$ and plus 5 for "top". That was more than i expected but i was late for a dinner party so i just paid and left. My mistake was not asking how much it would be before. I tell my friend how much i paid and she calls and asks how much it is for an acrylics set they said 40$ she asks them why i was charged 90 and they damaged my nail. They tell us to come in for a refund. We go to the salon and they give me 10$ back in cash for the damaged nail. I asked why it was 90$ and he wrote down that it as 50 for the nails+length, 20 for the two design nails, and 20 for the holographic. I paid 95 i just think i was overpriced. read more

Absolutely in love with my fall nail. Sean/Tyler did an amazing job. He is quick but precise. I also got a lavender scrub pedicure which was amazing. The lady that did it took her time and did an amazing job. Also, all staff was friendly and welcoming and an added bonus was the ice cold bottle of water offered as soon as you are sat in the pedicure chair. I came here a couple times and was expecting to get simple gel nails like I always do, but my nail lady went above and beyond my expectations this time!!! Enough for me to write this review!!! She shaped my nails just the way I like them as well as adding amazing designs to them~ Just look at the details and precision of the snow flake she drew for me!!! You can definitely say I was in LOVE with how they turned out!!! Especially because they were perfect for the holiday season!!! DO NOT GET ACRYLICS HERE. This salon uses the illegal MMA acrylic instead of EMA. absolutely appalled. I thought I was getting a nice spa day and enjoyed the process of getting my nails done for the first time in a year. However when I went to take off my acrylics, it turned gummy and disgusting. Which is a sure sign of use of MMA. This stuff is illegal for a reason. Disgusted with this salon. I am filing a complaint with the California government for use of MMA. I am so angry. For 1 manicure, a lavender gel pedicure, and a manicure with a full set and acrylics and gel polish I spent $143. Never going here again. read more

I came here for the first time to do just a gel manicure and the results were so great! I love it! First of all, the staffs were really nice! I think it is a family owned business so one the family member didn't keep us waiting and gave us some water just in case. Tyler Sean did my french tip nails and it was so precise and accurate on how I wanted it. I was so surprised how well he did the little ribbons on my fingers. I'm always trying out new places because I want a place that shapes my nail accurately and symmetrically and also a place where they do designs really well and I think I found it! Was the only client when I arrived, showed a photo to a young lady she could not give me the price for what I wanted but kept asking a younger guy. We finally settled on price and design but while finishing up the girl says I didn't know you wanted that too. I tell her we agreed on the price and she says sorry it will be another 10$ mind you I already felt paying 70$ was a lot for something I'd get elsewhere for 50-55$ max and than she wanted to add another 10 bucks making my total 80$. I told her I wanted everything that was pictured in the beginning but she was still trying to get more money. So I did start to get frustrated and even said leave as is than the younger guy said it's ok we will do it for price that was originally said this gave me a yucky feeling but I said ok and let her finish. I even tipped her 10$ which I shouldn't have simply for her trying to lie and up charge me but what makes it even worse I had nails coming off within 3 days and I was on vacation so it was beyond annoying NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

May 4th was my first time coming back here since the pandemic started. The only thing that has changed was they lost the best pedicure person ever! Tuky gave the best pedicures, but unfortunately she moved. The owner of shop gives just as good pedicures though. This salon is the only salon where my gel manicure will last more than a month. Made an appointment for a full set and pedicure at 4:00 P.M. I arrived on time and was greeted by a friendly lady and young man working at the front desk. The kind lady took her time doing my pedicure and did a very good job; however, I was waiting practically two hours to get my manicure done. I kept getting told to wait 5 minutes and time just kept passing by. The client ahead of me kept changing her mind about the length of her nails and the way they were done but this type of mentality pushes behind other peoples' appointments. Appointments are made for the sole purpose of time management and scheduling. If you simply do not have the time, then do not schedule people or take the walk in. If there is an appointment set between you and the MANAGER, that should be honored. Personally, I should not have to wait for you to do my nails if there was an agreed time because what was the point of the appointment to begin with. I understand walk-ins are accepted but the time of others should also be considered. read more

i honestly wouldn't recommend this place. i've come here numerous times, every time i go back i remember why i stopped. tyler is very rude and becomes hostile if you critique his work. just a few days ago, i had gone. i booked a 9am appt which is something i normally do. i choose the earliest time because he takes very long. however, he's always late to his appt. i booked my 9am and he hadn't arrived until 930. we begin putting on the nails, i wanted them short because i'm a student so it's kind of difficult to get around with long nails. every time i asked him to go shorter he got more impatient, when i asked him to go shorter he didn't because he said he'd file them. i would say his strong suit is definitely the art aspect of doing nails, but not so much applying acrylic and shaping. my nails were crooked and i expressed that to him & he rose his voice at me and was clearly very flustered. my mom even looked at me like did that just happen? im not the type to be dramatic so i left it alone. some time passes and i asked if he could draw a simple heart on my moms nails because he is a great artist, he told me no, he would only do one of our nails. it's either her or me. the service finishes, he charged me 95$ for this set. i asked if i could be given a price breakdown, they kept ignoring my question and said it's 95$. he becomes flustered again & very hostile and writes on a sticky not 55$ for the full set and 40$ for designs. he didn't even have the audacity to tell me. he just wrote it on the sticky note and left. although he's great artist, he lacks in other areas. nail salons are for you to treat yourself and relax, i have no issues paying for services but i was most definitely overcharged but i would've looked past it if they'd been more polite and well mannered. im sure you could find a better salon, with better services & a great ambiance. here are the nails, feel free to let me know if you think they're worth 95$. not to mention, i had to file them & straighten them out. so they look a lot better. read more
