The staff is friendly, professional, and really takes their time to make sure you're comfortable. I especially have to rave about CICI -- she is AMAZING. Her gel builder manicures are next level. She is so detail-oriented and truly talented at shaping and structure, making my nails look beautiful. You can tell she really cares about quality and takes pride in what she does. Not only is she skilled, but she's also sweet, patient, and makes the whole appointment feel relaxing and fun. I've gotten so many compliments on my nails since seeing her. They look natural and professional! I have had Tammy and Jessica do my nails, along with some other technicians who have all been good. Today, Jessica did a wonderful job on my brittle nails that I was embarrassed of! She was so nice, and so is the woman who runs the shop up front (owner). Please give this salon a try! We've been loyal customers for a long time, which makes this experience even more disappointing. We made an appointment for 9:00 AM and arrived 10 minutes early. We were among the first people there and were seated right away. They began my pedicure, and my daughter sat in the chair next to me waiting for her manicure and pedicure. However, after we sat down, about 10 other people came in for pedicures. Every single one of them was seated and helped before my daughter. The staff expected the same technician who was doing my pedicure to also do both my daughter's manicure and pedicure, even though we had an appointment. Meanwhile, everyone else who walked in after us was being helped by separate technicians. It was extremely frustrating and unfair. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time we've experienced poor service here recently. Because of that, we won't be returning.

The owners, David and Molly, are so friendly and accommodating and truly make you feel like an old friend every time you come in for an appointment. I've also had pedicures here and have zero complaints. Molly is my go to when it comes to my nails, but she's in high demand, so I've had other nail techs do my nails as well and I've never had a bad experience. Consistent, quality work every time.
