I had a great experience with Lynn. She took me as a walk-in with no wait. I needed my acrylics removed plus a gel manicure. One of my acrylics was lifting and extremely painful when pressed, and when I mentioned this to her, she was extra careful when removing it by holding the nail down and filing gently. It turns out that my pain was from a broken nail halfway up the nail plate which made me nervous to continue with gel (I don't get my nails done frequently). Lynn was very reassuring and did a great job reinforcing the nail with dip and I assume some strengthening polish, plus gave me advice on when she thinks it will grow out long enough to cut it and get rid of the split. I wasn't in any pain and my nails look great! I was so nervous because I know some nail techs can be rough, but I left so relieved. Price was fair as well - $40 for acrylics removal and a fresh gel coat that I'm happy with. They only accept cash tips though so plan accordingly. read more

Service is not like before. I got a pedicure and the service was so short and nail care was crap! I paid extra for callous remover and come to find out she was using cuticle softener. And I told her I seen what she's using and she said no, it's callous remover when the bottle clearly said cuticle softener. None of the dry skin even came off! Cut my sisters finger while doing manicure and both shades on hands and feet are wrong. My sister wanted acrylic nails and then proceeded to say no you can't do acrylic nails. I've been going here consistently for 6 years and usually will walk in and be seen by who is available. My nails last for a few weeks with acrylic, gel or powder with no chips or breaks. I bring a photo of what I want and they match it wonderfully. I do make appointments with Lisa for special occasions and for waxing. They were very nice, but manicure and pedicure were not great unfortunately. They did not have the first 3 colors that I chose, then the 4th color was completely different on my toes and fingers, which I politely pointed out. This used to be my favorite nail salon but I think I have just gone for the last time. The last few times I went, my manicures and pedicures were extremely short with very minimal nail care - just a trim and file and straight to polish. This last experience I had, I was one of two customers in the building and my service was still rushed and the gel began peeling later that night. I went in the next day to have them fix the nail that was peeling off but by the end of the work week, all my gel was peeling and almost completely gone. Really disappointed and not sure what happened to this salon but hopefully they can return to the quality it used to be for the amount of money that goes into a nail trip. I come here regularly, and this time Molly was on vacation, and Dan had a previous appointment. I decided to give Lisa a try for my manicure, and a random gal for my pedicure. I must admit, having a regular manicure and pedicure person is the best. They don't ask you a lot of questions, and they know exactly what you want. I've had Lisa in the past when Molly was away, as she does a good job. She's not Molly of course, and I am satisfied with her work. She's not as consistent. She does great coloring, where my nails look natural, but she painted one of my nails "curve", which is noticable she did a funky paint job. Grade: B-/ C+ I never got the name of my pedicurist, but she was an older lady with glasses. She must not realize I was a regular customer, and gave me the 20 questions: are you married, do you have kids, do you live nearby... Small chitchat but very annoying. How I wish that Dan was not booked! The pedicurist did a good job. The foot massage she gave me was so relaxing. Kudos to that!! I wish I did get her name, but I will always stick with Dan regardless of his schedule. Grade B- because of the good massage but -1 for her annoying questions. This place is not bad. It's like any other place where there are good and bad workers. Today I tried people I normally do not use. I made an appt with Daniel for me & my mom last week. This is the very first time after the pandemic that my mama has ventured out for a mani/pedi (in 2 years)! She really needed help with her toe nails. No pedi for 2 years left them in bad shape. I've been cutting them for her, but these ladies & Daniel worked miracles today! ... and I'm not even talking about the nails. They were so welcoming & fun & made our special day so wonderful & a great memory for my mom who is now 81 years old! As a surprise my sister stopped in & Daniel accommodated her just wanting a foot massage. We were all able to sit next to each other & catch up! It's was a most lovely afternoon!! 5:45 on Sunday. They close at 7. My normal nail spot was closed so I decided to come by to see if this place was any good. I should have just waited one more week. It was not busy at all. All I wanted was a gel manicure for my natural nails. My nail lady was pleasant but the work I left with was anything but. I took these the day after. I didn't work so there was no way I could have chipped them. They're lumpy and bubbled at the end. They have a ton of air bubbles as well. I'm devastated. I got a gift cert to this shop, it's not my normal spot, and I won't be returning. I went with my cousin and we both left unhappy . They weren't THAT busy and we were rushed through our entire service . My arm massage was about 30 seconds long- for both arms. My gel manicure is sloppy, the bottom just bleeding over onto my skin, which she tried to file off my skin afterwards (it hurt and did no good). I got my nails done Saturday, it is only Tues and TWO of my nails are chipped. Maybe I got the wrong person, but I am woefully disappointed. Genuinely speaking, I love this place. I've been going here to get manicures and pedicures since I was little, and they have never disappointed me! I had finished getting my hair done next door to this place and I thought, it's so busy so it must be good! I walked in and got myself seated in a chair after 10 minutes of waiting. All I needed was a pedicure (which costs $18). Once the girl called me over to sit down, I noticed she had just rinsed the tub out with water and did not sanitize it at all. I was just grossed out from this point and wanted to the girl to just finish quick. The massage you get was a big joke. It was like "what massage?" after she just rubbed lotion down my legs and that's it. The girl just kept pushing me to do all these things. All I wanted to do is get out quick, so does she really expect me to sit around to get extra work done on my toes? I think not. It's like if you say no to all their offers, they pay less attention to you. Terrible customer service. They have limited descent colors of OPI or China Glaze. Everything else seemed so cheap. Once, I was done, seriously the girl was talking away with another worker and I was waiting there for a bit for someone to take the money. Seriously, you're gonna make me wait to PAY you too? Uh, overall, just a nasty experience and I certainly do not recommend this place as their sanitization practices just speaks for itself. read more

I recently started coming here to get my nails done because it is convenient for my commute. I can say that I am hooked and torn because I have another place that I have been going to for years that I love as well. They have a really large selection of gel nails. I had it done before but this place is expert at gels. For me it is worth the extra money for longer lasting polish. I can easily go three weeks and they still look great but I prefer to keep my every two week appointment slot. I've had my nails done by a few of the girls there and no bad experiences but my favorite is Kim for nails, she is a master at designs and Cindy for pedicures. I referred two of my friends and they are hooked too. I can tell you that I have been getting my nails done religiously for over 20 years, unfortunately a habit that I picked up when I was young and I have never stopped so I do know a good mani/pedi and I will definately keep coming back here. read more

This has taught me a real lesson. I will never go back. When she was almost done, I Asked the lady, "why are my nails all bumpy and grainy" this time I only wanted polish. She took off my the polish she had just put on and sanded with the electric sander ( by the way she went deep a few times, so much so I said it hurt). And when she was done with my manicure my nails still looked awful! I had to be somewhere but I told her it didn't look right, she said it was because of the polish that I had brought to use. My friend had gifted it to me and hers looks awesome, Hmm, I left and I was asked by friends that day what happened to my nails? They looked terrible. I realized that she had not used Acetone to remove the gel from before, she only tried to remove it my sanding. A total Unprofessional. I've been here before, had other people attend to me, it's been ok but after this I will never suggest it, I learned that the fact they are so close to home, is zero reason to go back. The lady who attended to me sanded my nails, never soaked to remove the gel, my nails looked so bad, bumpy and grainy. She blamed it on the polish I had brought in. She nicked my nails leaving groves, painful too. Im lucky that I have an acetone steamer and was able to remove everything myself( very messy and time involved). I applied polish myself, the grainy look is no longer but the groves from the sander are still there. I will never return. Update: I called and let them know what happened. Professionail has a great location and it was easy to get us all in for a walk in pedicure. However, the communication was super challenging with the technicians. We weren't sure when the foot tubs were ready for us, where we were to sit, who was working on us. There was only one type of pedicure (well, I didn't see a menu of options) and I didn't even know the price of it. There was constant upselling of items I didn't want but we ended up not getting charged for them so I guess it was a win-lose? We were in and out quickly and my pedi is still holding up 5 days later. However, I did see leftover clear coat on the skin of my big toe that should have been removed. Okay nail salon but I doubt I'll be back. read more

I normally go to another nail salon but i decided to walk in and give this place a try since I was walking around the area. I couldn't believe what a AMAZING job Terry did on my nails today! I said i wanted something different and happy summer feels. So I asked her if she had any metallics because i never tried it... so i came up with doing a ombré with a metallic coat over it! Omg it came out beyond amazing! It was so fun because she said i was the first to try it at their salon! It came out behind perfect! It's like a beautiful unicorn thank you Terry!!! Poor gel removal. I paid to have my gel removed and asked for regular polish. The technician did not thoroughly remove my gel manicure, so I have obvious chunks of gel under my coat of regular polish on almost every nail. It looks terrible, chunky, and bumpy. I wish I had gone elsewhere. read more
