Before this salon, I went to many different shops because other salons would make my acrylic thick and crooked. Ever since I found this shop, I am completely satisfied with my nails. They look natural and professional! I have had Tammy and Jessica do my nails, along with some other technicians who have all been good. Today, Jessica did a wonderful job on my brittle nails that I was embarrassed of! She was so nice, and so is the woman who runs the shop up front (owner). Please give this salon a try! If I could give a 0 star, I would. My daughter and I have been coming to this nail salon twice a week like clockwork since they first opened. We've been loyal customers for a long time, which makes this experience even more disappointing. We made an appointment for 9:00 AM and arrived 10 minutes early. We were among the first people there and were seated right away. They began my pedicure, and my daughter sat in the chair next to me waiting for her manicure and pedicure. However, after we sat down, about 10 other people came in for pedicures. Every single one of them was seated and helped before my daughter. The staff expected the same technician who was doing my pedicure to also do both my daughter's manicure and pedicure, even though we had an appointment. Meanwhile, everyone else who walked in after us was being helped by separate technicians. It was extremely frustrating and unfair. I had been a loyal client here for quite some time and always requested Zoey because I trusted her work. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very disappointing. I paid $40 for a gem design, and four gems fell off within 12 hours. At that price point, I expected the design to last. I returned to have them fixed, and while she repaired them, her demeanor was noticeably rude and unwelcoming. What was most surprising was that as I was leaving, the owner approached me and told me I would need to find another nail tech within the salon because Zoey felt pressured and believed she could not meet my expectations, allegedly due to her running behind schedule. I was caught off guard, as I have never complained, been rude, or treated anyone disrespectfully. I simply returned to have a service corrected that did not hold up. Being dismissed by management as a loyal and respectful client was both unexpected and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Crying on my way home as I write this.... I have never had such a bad experience at a nail salon in my life. The person who did them was extremely rude and everything I said or asked her to fix she would just ignore me and continue to do what she was doing. Throughout the service I continued to say I wanted narrow stiletto nails and she said the best she could do was almond and the only way they could be how I wanted was if I got extra long nails. She then proceeded to rush through the appointment with no care on quality. The photos taken are as soon as I got into my car and this is also a brand new fresh set. The amount of errors and carelessness that went into this service is insane to me. The woman at the front desk who I believe was the manager was very nice and did try to help but at the end still charged me $52.53 as a discounted rate however with how badly done this new set was, I would expect to not be charged. The fact that I still was is astonishing to say the least. I came here to treat myself and left in tears, $52.53 down the drain, and nails that I am embarrassed to be seen with. I've been coming to this nail spa for a while, but my most recent visit was really frustrating and reflects a bigger issue with how they manage appointments. Making an appointment here feels almost pointless because they consistently run late. I scheduled time for both a pedicure and Gel-X nails, expecting the services to be done together as planned. Instead, my pedicure was nearly finished before anyone even tried to start my nails. By that point, I had other commitments and couldn't stay longer. I asked if I could step out and return within an hour to finish, and the response I got from the man running the shop was dismissive and had a noticeable attitude. He told me, "you can try in an hour, but I was ready for you now." That completely misses the point -- I was ready at my scheduled appointment time, which the salon agreed to. It's disappointing because the quality of work can be good, but customer service and time management have really gone downhill. If you're going to offer appointments, they should actually mean something. Respecting clients' time should be a basic part of the experience. read more

Very disappointed, especially for a $131.84 total. My manicure alone was $81. I was quoted $45 for a fill but charged $57, plus $10 for cat eye, $15 for French tip, and an added $5 for color removal, even though this was supposed to be a fill. The quality does not match the price. There are visible dust particles in the gel, uneven application, and a noticeable dip between the French tip and base. The pedicure was $47 for a basic pedicure with callus removal. The technician was nice and removed a few ingrowns, but the massage was essentially just lotion being rubbed on. For my mother's service, she was quoted $55, but once we arrived they tried to charge $61, then said it was due to a removal. After I questioned it, they said it would be cheaper if paid in cash and ultimately charged $57, which was only addressed after I had already paid for my service. The worst part was the rushed nail removal. After drilling, the gel was peeled off, which damages the natural nail. When this was brought up, the technician denied it and the manager asked me if I was "there," which felt dismissive and insulting. This was my first and last time here. read more

We got seated in a massage chair. My chair was working. Hey! CLASSIC is the cheapest but since none of the first 6 color choices I made was available (all of them are out apparently) then I had to go with French Tip which is when I was informed that it would cost extra. As I'm sitting here, it's now been well over an hour since my appointment and I haven't been called. It's pretty busy, and they keep taking walk ins first!!! I was coming here for months now. I recently went last month and their pedicure options changed. I can get almost all of these things in one pedicure with great service for $50-60 I just came here because it's close by my bfs house. I'd rather drive the extra 25 min than waste money here and not get a good basic pedicure. Overpriced and overhyped when you read what is actually included. Also don't call and book a pedicure at or passed 6 they will say yes to get you there and then have you wait til 6:30 to have a rushed appointment when they close at 7. they also charge you to use a debit card to pay.. and charge it as credit...illegal. read more

The shape was flawless, the cateye design was stunning, and to top it all off, she finished everything (including the design!) in just 1 hour and 10 minutes. I didn't have an appointment but called ahead, and the lady who answered was very kind and welcomed me as a walk-in. When I arrived, I was immediately impressed -- the salon is clean, beautifully decorated, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. I only waited about five minutes before being seated for my pedicure, and it was honestly one of the best experiences I've had. At first I was nervous & I trusted the process & they ended up cute. Close to the inspo pic with the color being slightly off but still cute. The shocker was the price, I paid close to 100 dollars & they charged almost 3 dollars to use a debit card. I was already paid when I noticed that & they did offer to revise the cost but it was already charged so I just let it go. Had I known that they charged a fee I would have paid cash. I did tip cash because I know it's just easier to do so. The mom friend that recommended me told me she paid about the same for her nails & they were way more intricate & had totally different designs on each nail so I was shocked that mine that weren't as complicated cost just the same. I arrived at 9 when they opened and the worker said I would wait 20 minutes. 45 minutes pass and someone who arrived about 15-20 minutes after me gets seated. When I asked the worker why she got helped before me she said it's because she had an appointment however I heard the customer say she didn't have an appointment when she first came in. She then proceeds to tell me there are other people ahead of me that had appointments. I understand they're busy and that's not an issue. The issue is giving someone a wait time that is nothing close to the actual wait time. It's extremely disrespectful to waste a customers time. read more

At first she did black dots; after my daughter asked for red instead, instead of removing the black she just painted red over it and ignored the polka dots on the thumbs altogether. Then when I went to pay, the front desk told me the gift card had a $0 balance. I bought that gift card for my daughter for Christmas and we had never been to this salon before, so I don't understand how it could be empty. I have been coming here for years and today is the last time I come here due to the lack of professionalism from the owner and lack of care from the lady that did my mother's nails. The owner yelled at my mother and I in front of everyone after I told her I would pay with card instead of cash. The owner pressures clients to pay cash and even pays for the atm fee to avoid card payments. The lady that did my mother's pedicure was great but the lady who did her acrylic set tried to cut corners by not doing any nail prep so when I brought it up to her multiple times she kept saying later later so I finally asked the owner to clarify to her what the services I requested and she became defensive saying they never do any nail prep and that I didn't request it which I did as soon as we came in and was asked what we wanted done. After a horrible service, being yelled at in front of everyone, being pressured to pay cash and yelled at for putting away my cash to pay with card because the price was the same as cash (she gives a discount to pay cash) I will not come back here. We truly enjoyed coming here when the other ladies are around but the owner needs to work on her customer service and stop pressuring clients to pay cash. After reading other reviews, if you are a client, speak up if you are not satisfied because the prices are expensive and you should get what you pay for. Also, after checking my mother's nails we are seeing that a nail is lifting, the surface is uneven. The pedicure came out great so I am thankful for that. And before the owner replies with some ignorant response like she does with the others, yes we will be going to another salon. read more

I've been here more times than I can count and there's a good reason for that. It's because they're amazing! I usually book my appointments online which makes it so easy and convenient. Every single one of their nail techs are so good that I'll usually book the appointment with no preference. Right when you enter the shop, it's vibrant, fun, and uplifting, just as a nail shop should be! The owner is the sweetest lady ever. I typically come here for a gel mani pedi. It takes about an hour because they'll have two people working on you simultaneously. Pricing wise, I think they're super fair and maybe even on the affordable side. I do want to start off with saying that the establishment is so nice and the girls are respectful and super welcoming. I do not like the quality of the service that I received I went in for a Mani and Pedi both with gel x. I love the shape that I received, and it was exactly what I wanted for my mani. I shared the color I wanted for my nails with an inspo picture and since I wasn't able to find the color myself, I asked the nail tech if she knew a color that would resemble the pic I presented, and I trusted her, but unfortunately, the end result was not what I wanted, and I did not have time for this to be fixed so I took it like a champ because I knew I can get it fixed elsewhere. When it came to my pedi I know not a lot of places do gel x on toes but I got this because my toe nails break off and I would like to have nice toes so that's what I requested and again I love the style and the color this nail tech was able to deliver what I wanted unfortunately she failed to check in with me regarding the length size so now I have uncomfortably long toenails For $140 I feel that both nail techs should be more attentive when it comes to detail and giving the client what they want and having that open communication if the first nail tech was having a hard time or needed more guidance in regards to the color she should've just gone to another nail tech and asked for assistance or told me that they aren't able to have a better color match to the inspo pic I shared when it came to the second nail tech again just having that open communication with the client to be able to deliver what they want read more

Made my appointment last night for 12:15, today. I got there and checked in at 12:10ish. I was informed that Zoey was running a bit behind. Ok no issue with that sometimes appts go over, no biggy. So they started my pedi, which was great. Then a gal came over and told me she would start the removal process for dip. Ok no big deal....until I soaked in that for 45 mins. The manager came over at one point to take off the product again to help. I don't mind waiting a bit..however I do mind when I make an appt and the person I asked for and made the appt with doesn't get to me until almost 50 mins after appt time. This wasn't Zoey's fault. Honestly I don't care whose fault it was. My appt time is mine. I expect the salon to honor it with the person I booked with. I'm a loyal customer. Do better. read more

I have been coming here for almost 3 years. I've always had a great experience. I have LOVED my nails every single time. Just recently. 4 days ago to be exact, I made an appointment for a dip powder set. I was assigned a tech I've never met before, I told her what I wanted but I wasn't specific and she also didn't confirm, so we both assumed... in the end, I liked my nails but I didn't love them. I knew they were a problem because the whole nail is ONLY dip powder and gel clear coat. I didn't even realize till she was almost done dipping the second hand. I learned my lesson in NEEDING to communicate exactly what I want, but again I've never had an issue before. Day 1 and that shit chipped off while I'm typing at work. Day 4 Christmas Morning the whole nail came off like nothing. I'm so disappointed, I don't have time to just come in and have them fix it. I'm sadly not coming back anymore. Shit sucks. $46+ and tip out the window. $46 for only dip and clear coat though is WILD to me. Update: End of day 4, allll my nails popped OFF! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! read more
