UPDATE!!! The owner called my mobile number and checked on me. I appreciate their customer support. I've been to Luxe Nail Salon before and generally like the salon, but unfortunately, my experience with Megan this time was just average. During my gel pedicure, the massage felt very repetitive, as she kept massaging the same area of my feet, as if rubbing it raw. She also repeatedly looked at the timer and her watch and was yawning throughout the service, which made me feel like she was tired and ready to finish. At one point, another client was talking loudly on her phone. Megan seemed annoyed by it and tried to engage me in the annoyance, but I chose to just brush it off and enjoy my service. My manicure with clear polish also felt rushed. Unfortunately, the gel polish on my right pinky toe has already come off, and I don't have the time to go back to have it fixed. Despite the experience, I still left a good tip because I appreciate the effort and wanted to be fair. I do like Luxe Nail Salon and would consider returning, but I hope the quality and attention to detail are more consistent. The owner is insanely rude. Not on just one instance, but every time I have been there. I've watched her treat her employees very poorly. I stopped coming here for a few months because of how behind they run and they constantly call me to ask me to come later than my appointment and still make me wait. I decided to come back because I missed my pedicures with Rosa, who is the best and amazing at her job. At 9:42AM, the owner calls me asking to come at 5:30 instead of 5, so I said ok. I show up at 5:30 and she told me it's gonna be another 15 minutes or so, which already was annoying. She came up to me again after to tell me Rosa is running behind so I told her that I feel their system is overbooking her techs because this happens every single time, and she disagreed and said Rosa is slow and its her fault and that she sucks. I told her she should not be talking about her employees like that because its extremely disrespectful & unprofessional because Rosa makes her money. She responded "Rosa doesn't make me money, she's too slow". I could not believe how rude she was being. Without her techs, she would have no business. She is always rushing everyone, and you can read multiple reviews how various people felt their services were rushed. She's just greedy & money hungry. Most of the time I come in, someone's getting into it with the owner. She takes zero accountability. She also got upset and was yelling in the middle of the salon about me, which if you ask me is quite unprofessional. She was yelling at Rosa the whole time, and Rosa approached me to apologize, but I let her know its not her fault at all and how amazing she is. The owner then stormed by yelling at Rosa to tell her "tell her its your fault not mine". She also kept screaming in the salon how they close at 6, and I'm lucky, but SHE called me to move my appointment to later. She also told me I couldn't make appointments there anymore, but that doesn't offend me, I don't want my money going to her pockets. I already stopped going there for a long time because of how she runs her salon. We've been loyal customers for a long time, which makes this experience even more disappointing. We made an appointment for 9:00 AM and arrived 10 minutes early. We were among the first people there and were seated right away. They began my pedicure, and my daughter sat in the chair next to me waiting for her manicure and pedicure. However, after we sat down, about 10 other people came in for pedicures. Every single one of them was seated and helped before my daughter. The staff expected the same technician who was doing my pedicure to also do both my daughter's manicure and pedicure, even though we had an appointment. Meanwhile, everyone else who walked in after us was being helped by separate technicians. It was extremely frustrating and unfair. I understand that your trying to sell products or service but he told her he only want a buff shine top coat 3 times and each time she insisted on a clear gel coat. It got to the point where I had to tell her from across the salon that he does not need get toe nails. She then approached me with the snarkiest attitude and said " so you want buff shine, but gel would last longer" IDC if it last longer if he wasn't getting buff shine he would be getting nothing at all. He doesn't need gel he does not need it to last long and I have already told this lady at this point 4 times that he just needs a buff shine. On top of that now she wants to approach me with an attitude? Absolutely not. Her service itself was a 1/5 stars as well. She cut his toes uneven and barely gave whatever that massage was, seemed like she was just petting his leg. LUXE NAILS is very very busy. They prefer you have a reservation before you walk in, but they do still accept walk ins -- which is what we were. We waited quite a while before we could get service. We got seated in a massage chair. My chair was working. Hey! CLASSIC is the cheapest but since none of the first 6 color choices I made was available (all of them are out apparently) then I had to go with French Tip which is when I was informed that it would cost extra. Scrub and a hot towel massage are included with the pedicure. Clean cut and clean cuticles. My pedicurist works fast. read more

Very disappointed, especially for a $131.84 total. My manicure alone was $81. I was quoted $45 for a fill but charged $57, plus $10 for cat eye, $15 for French tip, and an added $5 for color removal, even though this was supposed to be a fill. The quality does not match the price. There are visible dust particles in the gel, uneven application, and a noticeable dip between the French tip and base. The pedicure was $47 for a basic pedicure with callus removal. The technician was nice and removed a few ingrowns, but the massage was essentially just lotion being rubbed on. For my mother's service, she was quoted $55, but once we arrived they tried to charge $61, then said it was due to a removal. After I questioned it, they said it would be cheaper if paid in cash and ultimately charged $57, which was only addressed after I had already paid for my service. The worst part was the rushed nail removal. After drilling, the gel was peeled off, which damages the natural nail. When this was brought up, the technician denied it and the manager asked me if I was "there," which felt dismissive and insulting. This was my first and last time here. read more

Crying on my way home as I write this.... I have never had such a bad experience at a nail salon in my life. The person who did them was extremely rude and everything I said or asked her to fix she would just ignore me and continue to do what she was doing. Throughout the service I continued to say I wanted narrow stiletto nails and she said the best she could do was almond and the only way they could be how I wanted was if I got extra long nails. She then proceeded to rush through the appointment with no care on quality. The photos taken are as soon as I got into my car and this is also a brand new fresh set. The amount of errors and carelessness that went into this service is insane to me. The woman at the front desk who I believe was the manager was very nice and did try to help but at the end still charged me $52.53 as a discounted rate however with how badly done this new set was, I would expect to not be charged. The fact that I still was is astonishing to say the least. I came here to treat myself and left in tears, $52.53 down the drain, and nails that I am embarrassed to be seen with. I can get almost all of these things in one pedicure with great service for $50-60 I just came here because it's close by my bfs house. I'd rather drive the extra 25 min than waste money here and not get a good basic pedicure. Overpriced and overhyped when you read what is actually included. I had been a loyal client here for quite some time and always requested Zoey because I trusted her work. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very disappointing. I paid $40 for a gem design, and four gems fell off within 12 hours. At that price point, I expected the design to last. I returned to have them fixed, and while she repaired them, her demeanor was noticeably rude and unwelcoming. What was most surprising was that as I was leaving, the owner approached me and told me I would need to find another nail tech within the salon because Zoey felt pressured and believed she could not meet my expectations, allegedly due to her running behind schedule. The shape was flawless, the cateye design was stunning, and to top it all off, she finished everything (including the design!) in just 1 hour and 10 minutes. I've never been treated like this before in my life. They canceled my appointment 7 minutes before scheduled due to a mix up with another customer. I come in and wait 15 minutes before finally seeing Zoey and then another 15 because she was not ready. She also had an attitude the entire time. I didn't like the color for the base and asked if she could change before moving to the next step. She rolled her eyes and they told me that I'm taking too much time (which we started 30min late due to her being on her phone and talking to other nail techs) and there is another appointment for someone else soon and that I would need to switch with someone else. My set would've been done sooner if it wasn't for the slow service and terrible attitude. I was told that my appointment would be scheduled as extra long due to the specific design that I wanted which was all discussed before the appointment. They told me they didn't have the time and said they were not going to finish my nails. "Have a nice day" I will not be coming back. I didn't have an appointment but called ahead, and the lady who answered was very kind and welcomed me as a walk-in. When I arrived, I was immediately impressed -- the salon is clean, beautifully decorated, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. I only waited about five minutes before being seated for my pedicure, and it was honestly one of the best experiences I've had. Stopped into this location after a recommendation from a mom friend of mine, she had the most gorgeous fun & unique 3D nails I had ever seen & I knew I had to stop in here because the price was so amazing for what she got. I dropped by after doing some shopping in the area & showed them the design I wanted. I opted to get tortoiseshell nails & showed Vivian my inspo pictures. She was super sweet & picked the colors as close as she could. At first I was nervous & I trusted the process & they ended up cute. Close to the inspo pic with the color being slightly off but still cute. The shocker was the price, I paid close to 100 dollars & they charged almost 3 dollars to use a debit card. I was already paid when I noticed that & they did offer to revise the cost but it was already charged so I just let it go. Had I known that they charged a fee I would have paid cash. I did tip cash because I know it's just easier to do so. The mom friend that recommended me told me she paid about the same for her nails & they were way more intricate & had totally different designs on each nail so I was shocked that mine that weren't as complicated cost just the same. Prior to scheduling, I text messaged Luxe Nails a clear reference photo of the curved acrylic nails (C-curve shape) I wanted to verify if they could do them. They explicitly confirmed via text that they could, so I booked the appointment. Upon arriving on June 9, 2026, I verbally re-confirmed with staff before the service began, and they again confidently assured me they could complete the request. ​Once the technician started, it was evident they lacked the technical capacity to execute the style. When I pointed out the application was entirely incorrect, the staff didn't take accountability or apologize. Instead, they tried to pressure me into generic alternative styles they knew how to do. I held them to our prior agreement, stating I only came in because of their explicit text confirmation. ​Rather than professionally remedying the mistake, the staff and on-duty manager became aggressively hostile. The manager escalated the situation, refused to finish my service, and left my nails structurally incomplete with only raw plastic tips attached and a single nail overlayed. She openly ordered me to "get out" and told me to "never come back". Not sure if it was racially motivated or just plain rude and unprofessional. I've been coming to this nail spa for a while, but my most recent visit was really frustrating and reflects a bigger issue with how they manage appointments. Making an appointment here feels almost pointless because they consistently run late. I scheduled time for both a pedicure and Gel-X nails, expecting the services to be done together as planned. Instead, my pedicure was nearly finished before anyone even tried to start my nails. By that point, I had other commitments and couldn't stay longer. I asked if I could step out and return within an hour to finish, and the response I got from the man running the shop was dismissive and had a noticeable attitude. He told me, "you can try in an hour, but I was ready for you now." That completely misses the point -- I was ready at my scheduled appointment time, which the salon agreed to. It's disappointing because the quality of work can be good, but customer service and time management have really gone downhill.
