This review is so long overdue. I've been going to Jina for my lash extensions since September. She used to be located in La Palma which was way closer to my house, but when she moved to fullerton, I knew it was worth it to make the 20-min drive over. I have been to many lash places and usually end up looking for new places after one or two sessions, but after my first session with Jina, I knew I found my go-to lash person. Jina makes my eyes look so natural and she always takes the time to ensure that my lashes look perfect! Also, my eyes are super sensitive since I have bad allergies, but my eyes don't get irritated. I really appreciate that she is very flexible with appointments and that she sends me reminder texts when my refill time comes up. I also started getting basic skincare treatment starting October because my skin was getting very dry. With Jina's help, I feel like my skin has gotten brighter and more moisturized. :) I love coming to Cinderella Lash + Skin because Jina is always so professional and friendly. Treat yo self! Jina was so amazing!! I havent done lashes since 5 years ago and back then I had a huge allergic reaction but this time I was perfectly fine and Im absolutely in love. Jina uses latex free glue which is alot more suitable for sensitive eyes. I let her know i need to fly back home so I wont be able to get a retouch so Jina made sure to fill in my lashes as much as she could so I can get the best results for a longer period of time. I debated posting this review because Jin A is super nice but I'm kinda mad/annoyed about an appointment I had this morning that I showed up to but Jin A did not. She apologized but I was afraid to get a rushed and badly done service. This morning I arrive to my appt and knock on the door but no answer. I texted her and called her but i had drove off by the the time I got a response and I wasn't going to get a rushed service. From previous visits I've had times where after a lash lift the curl on my left eye lashes have different curl shape than the right (or vice versa). Sometimes I let her know and it gets done better on my next visit but effort should be put every time not when something is brought up. Again she's super nice and apologized but need to be more organized because I wouldn't want to show up for no reason for future appts and lose extra sleep time. read more

It was a nice and friendly experience It's really quiet and the whole process was so soothing that I actually fell asleep while getting the lashes done (: I've gotten lash extensions before but it was way too heavy and made my eyes look tired and droopy; I would definitely recommend going here ESPECIALLY for those who are worried that the lash extensions would not be suitable for Asian eyes! She genuinely knows what fits best for Asian eyes and on top of that, this place is affordable!! I have been to many many many lash extension places and this place is my favorite! It takes one hour thirty minutes and I only need the basic classic style length extensions, nothing too fancy and it comes out to 50 dollars, excluding tip. My eyes also tend to be very sensitive so Jin A has accommodated me with the types of different lashes as well, while still achieving the look I wanted (brown and black lashes mixed). The price, service, and with covid regulations kept up to date, I loved everything about it. And the end result is amazing! read more

Ms. Jina is super sweet and helpful! I love that my lashes always come out so natural. I was worried about my lashes looking too overdone and heavy, as I am not a fan of the super full, false lash look when it comes to extensions. Ms.Jina does a great job every time with my lashes and she can adjust the fullness and length to whatever you prefer. I always have a great, relaxing experience here and always end up falling asleep on her table. I loved my current lash lady, but moved to fullerton so wanted to find someone closer since I just had a baby (my other was 30-40min away). Started researching for lash extensions on Yelp. Requested an app via text in AM for an app within the next 1-2 days (full set classic lashes). Jina got back to me within a few hours and had an app booked for 2 days later. (Very professional correspondence sending me address and a picture of location/building). On arrival, (wear mask) Jina greeted me, took off shoes, put on slippers, sanitized hands, filled out new client form, asked me what style I was looking for (cat eye, open eye ect). Told her I was looking for natural fullness/color and not length. I felt understood and that she felt comfortable with what I was looking to achieve. The table was comfortable with cushion for head and lower back, along with a heater on lower back and a blanket. There was calming music playing and it was only us in the room. I just recently started getting lash extensions, and Ms. Jina took so much time to explain what kind of lashes would give me the more natural lash look I was hoping for; and even talked to me about how to maintain the health of my lashes and eyes. She explained what she was doing throughout the entire process, and answered all the questions I had during our time together. She really took so much time in making sure I was happy with the end result-- you can definitely tell she really cares about her work because she puts so much time and care into it!
