Smh So its been exactly 7 days from the refill and i contact them bc on 5th day in 1 eye i notice like 3 lashes facing another direction so its making a noticeable gap. I asked how this can be fixed and they said it just a 1 week refill which is $55. Wow really? To look at 1 eye with maybe replacing 3-4lashes? Theres no flexibility here. After spending around $200 with tip in 1 month and not satisfied...I wasted my time and money. So i cancelled my next appt which was made prior and i wont be coming back. She was super detailed, curling each lash carefully, and even added keratin to protect them. I've done lash lifts in Korea before, but this is honestly the best result I've ever had. I was referred to Mandy by a friend and never been so impressed and happy with eyelash extensions before! I used to refill every 2 weeks with my previous lash girl and with Mandy I barely had any lash fall out and now refill every 3 weeks! She's extremely attentive and thorough. My lashes look more natural and dramatic at the same time which is hard to do. Parking lot is very busy as there's some popular coffee shops and in n out so I would come 10 minutes early to look for parking.
