Marcy is the BEST!!!! Iv been seeing Marcy for eyebrow waxing for over a year now... maybe two years... and my brows always look on point. Get ready for the long story.... or jump to the end for a quick summary Let me start at the beginning... Iv always had thick eyebrows.. but after years and years of threading my brows where thin, and on my last threading session the girl left one of my brows so thin and uneven I cried all the way home, I cried my self to sleep, I cried for weeks.... I'm crying right now just remember the feeling. From that day on I was determined to find a professional eyebrow artist. So I let them grow out for 6 long months. I went back to waxing with the fear that the wax was going to be harsh on my skin since I have vitalligo. I tried one wax lady and wasn't impressed, tried another wax lady 2 months later and same.. every few months I would try a new wax artist till one day my friend recommended this place at the mall.... so I made an appointment and got my brows done by Marcy and I LOVED THEM.!!! and cherry on top she was so friendly and knowledgeable. She talked me through the process and explained my brow shape and all. The wax was gentle, my skin wasn't even red after. I got so many compliments from coworkers to strangers. I was hooked.!!! I dont wear any makeup and now that we have to wear our covid mask all the time, my brows are my face. The best investment ever. Long story short... hahah Marcy is the best eyebrow artist out there!!! Wherever Marcy goes im following because she's worth it!!!

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would!! I got microbladed over two years ago which left me traumatized to have anyone else touch my brows. Long story short she DIDN'T follow my natural brow shape, and left me with two tails. Then in comes Marcy the miracle worker! She was responsive, sweet, and very honest with me. She told me exactly what she was going to do before she did it, and what I would need to do going forward. Needless to say I haven't felt this comfortable with my brows in a very long time. Marcy is the best at eyebrows and keeps my lashes looking nicely curled. I get them lifted since they are very straight and she always makes sure to cautiously do them and they look so pretty. After a month of researching and reviewing different locations, I came across Immortale Beauty. Marcy responded promptly to my message and worked with MY schedule. The facility is accessible with plenty of parking. The first thing I noticed when arriving was how clean and good it smelled. Marcy was very professional and patient. I'm so glad I took a chance on this service. I was skeptical at first knowing my thinning and sparse eyebrows will probably benefit more from Microblading but I was pleasantly surprised! I first met Marcy at the Anastasia brow bar when I was out shopping at the Brea Mall and fell in love with my brows that I continued to go to her and I live in the LBC! First time at Immortal Beauty with Marcy, I received brow lamination service. As it was my first time I was a little worried about the end result as I've seen some less than desirable turnouts on Instagram and other social platforms. Regardless I decided to look around and see if I could fine anyone I could trust with my brows and that's how I came across Immortal Beauty. Upon reading Marcy's background as an esthetician, makeup artist and brow specialist Anastasia I was more than comfortable with trusting her with my eyebrows. Happy to say I was not wrong. From the start she talked me through the process, how it was supposed to feel, to how she finds the perfect shape for my brows. Marcy was absolutely wonderful and truly is an expert. She also gave me tips to help me maintain my brow to get the most out of the treatment. She also gave me suggestions on different products for my eyebrows. I will surely be going back in eight weeks for my next treatment. I love my full eyebrows. She was so sweet and told me that my appointment would only be a consultation because I had zero eyebrows to work with and told me "HIDE YOUR TWEEZERS FOR 6 weeks!" We all know how important eyebrows are and how hard it is to find someone who appreciates that. One wrong move and it can take months to grow out! It's also extremely frustrating when you find someone you like and next time, they're gone. That's why I'm soo grateful to have found Marcy! I'm thrilled that my color stayed vibrant and maintained its ashy brown shade throughout the two years. Previously, my brows were micro-bladed by a different artist, and they ended up lightening significantly in less than a year and turning reddish (bottom photo)! I booked the custom facial, and it was such a relaxing experience. They exfoliated my skin, did red light therapy, and several other treatments (I honestly had my eyes closed most of the time because I was so relaxed!).
