Sujita is my favorite and she does it quickly and without much pain. She's the lady in the first chair and usually people there are also waiting for her but the other two ladies here are also quite helpful and kind, they just move a little slower. Even though I'm balling on a budget now, Sujita still remembers me and it's always so fun to catch up even if my appointments are two months apart LOL

She offered hand sanitizer to me and also put some on herself at the beginning of the visit. I appreciate that cleanliness factor! 2. She is very attentive! As the game plan is discussed, she asks for your opinion and what your current brow routine is before she proceeds. 3. I requested she remove all the baby hairs/peach fuzz underneath my brows. My last brow artist didn't do a great job and I had to tweeze them at home. It's hard to spot them since I have very fine Asian hair, but Gita did an excellent and thorough job cleaning that area. She also uses different threads, some sharper than others which I found interesting. I appreciate her taking the time to measure and mark my brows to ensure good symmetry. 4. I have never been the one to add on services (especially when people try to upsell...), but I had such a pleasant experience and my brow area was so smooth that I requested my lips to be done if there was enough time before her next client. She immediately threaded that area for me. A little painful, though not her fault because I've never had threading done on my upper lip before. Gita never once tried to push for additional services and she is very kind. 5. Wonderful pricing and fantastic service, it makes sense that no other business has made me want to request more services beyond what I originally intended except for Gita here.

I can't say enough good things about Marcy. I highly recommend her--she does a truly beautiful job weather its wax or brow lamination. She took time to understand the look I wanted, mapped my brows to my features, and shaped with precision (no thinning!). The tint looks soft and natural, and my results last longer than anywhere else I've tried. The studio is super clean, tools are sanitized, and her touch is gentle--minimal redness and soothing gel at the end. If you've been searching for the brow person, this is her. read more
