I went to Yeon to get the eyeliner tattoo. I went with the winged eyeliner and though my upper eyelids were slighlty swollen the next morning (which is to be expected), I'm already loving my lids! Yeon was extremely patient and meticulous when she was drawing the eyeliner, making sure it was exactly the look I wanted. The tattoo process was not as painful as I had expected - Yeon made sure to apply and reapply the numbing cream and kept asking how I was doing and if I felt any pain or discomfort. The session was supposed to be two hours but we went over because Yeon was intent on making sure we both were 100% satisfied. Yeon did an amazing job on my lash lift. I have had lash extensions before, but find them costly and cumbersome to maintain (having to be careful when taking showers, shampooing them, and them moving out of place). Since I have straight Asian lashes, I was concerned my lash lift would look similar to my regular lashes without mascara and be a waste of money. To my surprise, the lash lift looks like I have very light lash extensions! But I like them more than how lash extensions look because of how natural they look. I think the tinting also helps makes them more visible and similar to lash extensions. It seems like some places only do a lift without tinting. It's been a month since I got my lash lift and while some lashes are resorting to my natural lash and getting straight again, about 60% of my lashes are still curled. Keep in mind you will lose extra lashes having a perm so if your lashes are super brittle and weak, I am not sure if I would recommend a lash lift. But what you can do is strengthen and grow them through a serum first (usually doesn't take too long) and then you should be good to go. Yeon recommended me a castor oil serum (very cheap - about $8) on Amazon and I have been applying that in the morning and evening daily. I think it actually helped my lash perm longer which really gives a "lash extension" look. She was pleasant in our interactions and how she worked on my lashes. Her studio was also very clean, calm and comfortable. I really recommend her service and can't wait to get my lashes done again! read more

I just love Yeon! I found her on Yelp!!! This poor girl had a big project with my brows. She wanted to see my brows prior to my first session, and I am glad she did. My brows were literally half inch in discrepancy, so Yeon had to basically draw me a new brow. I did not end up getting the one month touch up because my eyebrows looked so good after just one session. Instead, I went back after 9 months for my "touch up". I probably could've waited until the one year mark, but I started going back into the office couple of times a week and I wanted to minimize my morning routine as much as possible. I am just as satisfied and continue to be impressed with Yeon's skills and attention to detail. During the same session, I also got the lash lift. Wow. Just wow. First, the cost is almost half of what it costs in Irvine. Second, I have never had lash lift last more than 4-6 weeks (even keratin). It's been over 2 months and they are still going strong!
