My first visit was for eyelash extensions with Jessie. It was amazing. My lashes are beautiful yet looks so natural. I then decided to come back to get the Nano Brows with Jenni! She has great skills, it wasn't painful, and I love it! The interior of the salon is so pretty, organized, and very clean. This will definitely be my usual spot from now on! I can't wait to go back!

I did a lot of research all over the Southern California area before choosing this place, and it did not disappoint at all. I was looking for natural, not over-exaggerated permanent makeup, and the results are absolutely perfect. My eyebrows, eyeliner, and lashes look soft, clean, and very natural, exactly what I wanted. The place itself is so relaxing, clean, and calming, which made the experience even better. Jessie and Jenni are truly professional, knowledgeable, and extremely detail-oriented. They took the time to listen and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I actually drive about an hour and a half (without traffic!) to come here, and it is 100% worth it. I tried this place out a few months ago because my regular place was becoming a bit of a drive, and I have no regrets! The lady (I forgot her name) was super friendly and had lots of photo examples to help me figure out what I wanted and took her time to clarify to ensure she understood what I wanted. Jenni does my lashes & does such a good gob that I don't "have to" go in every 3 wks. Her prices are reasonable and my lashes last-they rarely piece by piece come out/fall out...... I definitely recommend her for eyelashes... She does eyebrows also... Great customer service.!! read more

I used to be very apprehensive about lash extensions before coming to Brown Lashes and Beauty! I tried a few other places but was not happy with the lash extensions. They truly take the time to talk to you and ask you about your preferences. They also take care of my lashes, making sure that the style I choose will not damage my real lashes! These are the best eyelash extensions I have ever received! They are made from mink and last forever! I can typically go 5 weeks without coming back and they look great! I receive lots of compliments about how natural they look, which is what I like. The service is friendly, very responsive, very flexible with my schedule, and reasonably priced. This place is the best eyelash place I've been to by far. I've been doing eyelash extensions for over 15 years and I've been to numerous different eyelash places during those 15 years. Finally found a place that is more precise and careful with my lashes more than me. I never have to check if any lashes were missed, she always double checks for me. I had seen great reviews about this place, so I went ahead and booked an appointment with Rainie. I wanted a more natural set, and we decided on a 2D look. She was very detailed in showing me the different lash lengths I could choose from, which I appreciated. I had called earlier in the day to let them know I might be about 10 minutes late and told them I completely understood if they needed to reschedule me. However, they assured me it was no problem and to just head over. I ended up only being a couple minutes late, and we started right away. I originally came in for their $75 classic set special, but since we went with a 2D set, the total came out to $95. During the appointment, I did feel like things were a bit rushed, and I didn't get a great chance to fully look at my lashes before leaving. After I got home, I noticed my eyes didn't fully match and there were different lash lengths on each side. While brushing through my lashes, I also realized one of the extensions had accidentally been glued to my bottom lashes. I called the salon back, and to their credit, they were very accommodating and got me in the next day to fix everything. Rainie was super kind throughout the whole process and genuinely tried to work with me to achieve the look I wanted. Unfortunately, after only 3 days, I started noticing major gaps in my lash extensions, which has never happened to me before. I also noticed some extensions were attached to multiple natural lashes rather than properly isolated, which concerned me because I know that can potentially damage natural lashes over time. I made sure to cleanse my lashes daily with a soft brush, so I don't think aftercare was the issue. Overall, the final set was cute, but I really wish the retention had been better and lasted long enough for me to at least get a fill.

The peeling process was finished in just 3 days, and by the 4th day, they were fully healed with zero infection or swelling.
