I have had microblading eyebrows and lash lift/tint done by Elena. She is fabulous and always does a remarkable job. I had my brows microbladed in Nov and still look amazing. I understand we all have different skin types and it lasts longer or shorter on different people-but mine still look great-my problem is my gray brows are showing. Microblading is a mini tattoo and doesn't color the hair. My lash lift/tint is going on 6 weeks and still look good with mascara. I came to do a fill on my eye lashes, I was helped by I can't remembered her name, however when you go in You know the spots where you need fill specially when you get your lashes all the time. My eyelashes started falling off the next day. I texted the lady, and sent her a pic of my eyelashes. She comes back to me with you did a refill probably the old lashes are coming off, I said no I know the spots you filled, where I didn't have any eyelashes. She said it will be $65! When I had paid her $100 dls 2 days prior. I said no problem you won't take responsibility this is the last time, I use your services. I can't believe the scam of business she's running, charging so much money after the fact I was just there. Making me feel like I'm some type of scammer, lying about her work. This place is not professional! My wife went to get her lashes done and came home with them messed up, they said they would fix them for free and didn't. They also did not inform her that she has a specific time frame in which they would be eligible to be fixed for free. Wasted gas going all the way to brea. And to top it off the lady that was supposed to do her lashes approached her while she was in the parking lit while my wife was in her vehicle to yell at her about the review she left. I found this salon on Groupon because I wanted a scalp analysis and treatment for my dandruff. Elaina (spelling?) made my experience incredibly relaxing and comfortable. She showed me pictures of inflammation on my scalp before and after the treatment. Noticeable difference! Plus she had really comfortable beds, blankets and robes for me to wear. Just to be clear, I had the same lash tech for over a year, and the salon closed after the pandemic, which I said in my initial review and to her during the consultation. I tried another salon two times and my eyes were burning, so I looked for another salon, which is when I found this place. Also, I don't have sensitive eyes. The tape was so tight that I couldn't keep my eyes closed to keep the glue out. If you don't believe my previous reviews, the way she is responding is evidence of how she responded when I was lying on her table, and why would I yell at someone when I am in the vulnerable position required for lash extensions? I've never had anything done to my lashes so I didn't really know what to expect. What I didn't expect was to have a great nap while my lashes were pampered with a lift and a tint. Not gonna lie, I was a little nervous having someone work so closely next to my eyeballs but under Linda's very experienced hands and care, I fell asleep and woke up to freshly curled and tinted lashes. I have super short and stubby lashes which means Linda didn't have a lot to work with. And yet, voila! There's still a curl to them and it looks like I used a curler on them.
