I want to preface by saying I've gotten lash extensions on and off over the past couple of years, and decided to treat myself for my graduation photos. I had seen great reviews about this place, so I went ahead and booked an appointment with Rainie. I wanted a more natural set, and we decided on a 2D look. She was very detailed in showing me the different lash lengths I could choose from, which I appreciated. I had called earlier in the day to let them know I might be about 10 minutes late and told them I completely understood if they needed to reschedule me. However, they assured me it was no problem and to just head over. I ended up only being a couple minutes late, and we started right away. I originally came in for their $75 classic set special, but since we went with a 2D set, the total came out to $95. During the appointment, I did feel like things were a bit rushed, and I didn't get a great chance to fully look at my lashes before leaving. After I got home, I noticed my eyes didn't fully match and there were different lash lengths on each side. While brushing through my lashes, I also realized one of the extensions had accidentally been glued to my bottom lashes. I called the salon back, and to their credit, they were very accommodating and got me in the next day to fix everything. Rainie was super kind throughout the whole process and genuinely tried to work with me to achieve the look I wanted. Unfortunately, after only 3 days, I started noticing major gaps in my lash extensions, which has never happened to me before. I also noticed some extensions were attached to multiple natural lashes rather than properly isolated, which concerned me because I know that can potentially damage natural lashes over time. I made sure to cleanse my lashes daily with a soft brush, so I don't think aftercare was the issue. Overall, the final set was cute, but I really wish the retention had been better and lasted long enough for me to at least get a fill. read more

My daughter's lashes came out all wonky. The person tried to explain that it was my daughter's lashes that was the problem. Okay.. if she had explain to my daughter BEFORE she tried to make a quick buck, my daughter wouldn't have gotten them. What upset us was they try to brush it off as if they explained it to us beforehand which they clearly didn't, we would of had second thoughts. They charge you more than the best places in LA I used to get my lashes. If you're new to lash extensions this place is average but if you know your lashes, don't patronize this establishment. She was fast and she kept it efficient. $115 I believe to get these or $150 but they were free and she gave me gas money to participate. Other people were getting their lashes done as well. I love the cute atmosphere and I love how intimate it was in there! Overall, lashes are very addicting. I don't get them often to keep my natural lashes safe. However 3.5 stars! Parking right outside! I changed from 5 stars to 3.5 stars*** be aware that they do warm up food while there, and the food can be smelled in the atmosphere so that wasn't the best to experience as well as food on breathe and being told I was 15 mins late so she couldn't do the lash set I wanted but she ended up doing it and telling me at the end! Oh and she just texted me asking to take this down. I said no, it's not right to sugar coat and I was nice the whole time so let's just be honest here. LENGTH MATTERS First time coming here! The girls are very sweet and gentle when applying lashes. I knocked out a few times lol. Lydia did mine and she did an ok job. When she asked if I wanted the natural look I said no I wanted more of a fuller look. I got the mink 2D medium volume lashes and when she asked what length I didn't know so she put a few to my eyes and I chose one that I thought was right but when I opened my eyes it was TOO LONG (it was size 15). Plus I think she did the same size the entire lid through which to me is an amateur move as my other lash girl always blends different sizes so that it's not too long in the inner corners. Right now it's poking my eye! Luckily she's going to see me to fix them. I appreciate that. They've been open for only 3 months and I can tell by their customer service they care about us.
