So I always have high expectations if I am paying someone to do my eyelashes. Leo is a great eyelash technician and by far my favorite technician iv been to. He is professional, gentle, and listens to what I want exactly. Something I appreciate is that when he finishes he allows me to look at them and let him know if I am unhappy and he will fix them with no problem at all. Typically he does them perfectly the first time but like I mentioned before I like my eyelashes very particular and they need to be uniform and feel comfortable before I leave. Thank you so much to Leo for his patience and great customer service. I will only go to him for my eyelashes. I do not trust anyone else because he set my expectations even higher now.

Seriously I try this place again because it's close to my house but I just can't get a good experience with them. When they first opened up I came to check it out then bc of my real lashes falling out I stopped coming here and drove all the way to Newport Beach (Japanese studied techniques that help with lash regrowth) but do to the travel time I decided to give this place another try. Today was my 7th visit and I can't say things are better. They had my name down as someone else and after 6 visits of me mentioning this today was the day I decided I won't ever return. When I arrived she had me sit and wait for 15 mins. I had an appointment at 3pm. As you can see I'm typing this at 3:32pm so I didn't stay. She couldn't find my records and asked me to go through my phone to find a reminder text (which I delete things bc I need the memory on my phone) which at this point now I'm frustrated. I am unable to find it and I begin to look through my deleted messages when I stop and say wait I don't have it. I explain to her that every time I come on they call me by a different name and I've asked for that to be corrected (it never was) so she finally finds me and is telling me she has the records but at this point I'm not comfortable laying down for an hour with her working on me after 15 mins of arguing with me over if I've ever been there; shifting blame on others who didn't update my name; and all this happening while there are other patrons. Needless to say when she asked me if I want to do it or not (legitimately how she asked me) I decided to leave and this is the video I took as I was leaving because she snatched the cover on the bed I was laying on showing she was upset (all the while speaking in her native language under her breath which after translating she was saying: "How is this my fault ‍" To the owner Jasmin, Do Better!

Its a very low brown building right next to some type of auto place. Tires or something like Daniel Goodyear? I recommend Jill to get your lashes done professionally. She doesnt rush. For brows I had Dora do a Microblade removal that I had done in another place, Dora has been helping me correct my brow shape and color, also I had a brow tint and both services have been perfect, Dora is also super sweet and patient and listens to exactly what I want my brows to look like and makes it happen.
