I've been coming to Jessica since August 2014, so almost 3 years now. I'm just as happy with her now, as my first day getting lash extensions. Why the updated review? As a yelper, I post updates to places that I visit, to let others know if the quality went downhill or not. I'm pleased to say that my eyelashes are still great and I get compliments from many ladies all the time. My latest compliment was from a nail salon in San Pedro who also does eyelashes. Kudos to Jessica for getting compliments from her own peers. Jessica is a one woman show. She is located in the Phenix Salons and she operates from one of those little shops. There's no secretary, so if you call, send her a text too. Don't be pissed off if she fails to get back to you in 10 minutes. She probably is with a client. Simply send a reminder. If you are a first timer, Jessica is a great place to start. She walks you through the process, and will try to find a length suitable for your lifestyle. Since I get mine done every 3-4 weeks, I try to have a practical length. If I go away for vacation, I get the fluffy, but not too glamorous look. Either way, Jessica is great about making my lashes look natural. Thumbs up to Jessica. She does not work every day, so if you do get an appointment, you won't be disappointed. read more

I have been going to so many eyelash extension shops for over 3 years now and i finally found Jessica, the best!!!! She is truly a hidden secret! Which I love, but she deserve more as she is very talented. Here is my summary: 1. SHE IS Very gentle - love this because when it comes to my eyes I don't want fast insensitive hands on me. 2. SHE takes her time. She gives you as long as you need but typically books you for 1.5 hours!!! Amazing most places rush you in 45 min. ( no way full) 3. SHE is very caring. Makes sure you are comfortable and happy with your results. 4. HER Full set and fill prices are better from most places and she does a better job. 5. Quality - the glue is amazing the lashes are thick. You get full lashes and great lengths that last! 6. Location is not fancy but that is why her prices are low. But still clean and comfortable. Oh my gosh! Jessica is the most amazing girl for eyelash extensions and Hair! I am a little older and had gotten to the point (come on ladies you know what I'm saying). You couldn't see my eyelashes they were thinning out a lot. So I went to Jessica and Oh my goodness, I'm telling you, you can see my eyes now. They are opened up, no more putting on mascara ( which took forever to do). I am so extremely happy with my new lashes and dhe did such a good job, you hardly know they are on. I had never had this service done before, I can't compare it to anyone else if it was good or bad. I come here and I assume it was a decent job ( I wasn't amazed) after I started to my research and she is over priced for synthetic lashes ( She charge me $120) I don't mind paying for it, if the quality is there. Over all I was content with my lashes and even tried to go back for a fill which is $55. I tried texting her 2 times and never received a return call or text. That's very poor customer service in this ladies part and poor work ethic. My tip to you is do your research and go to a bigger salon. read more

Jessica is amazing, and the salon is so clean! I've never gotten my lashes done before going to Jessica and she is my go to. We usually chat a little in the beginning and then I take a nap while she works on my lashes. The prices are affordable and lashes last forever! Mine lasts almost 4 weeks! She's sweet, professional, and really good at what she does. My lashes can't possibly look any better than they do after seeing her. They look so full and natural! The first time I got it done I wasn't used to them, but that quickly went away after a few days. Not to mention I get compliments on my lashes almost every day from different people! They are always shocked when I tell them they're fake. I will be getting lashes for the the rest of my life, I can't tell you how good it feels to wake up without having to put mascara on and worry about the smudges. I have been here twice so far and Jessica is awesome! She definitely knows what she is doing and you will look great when you leave! I have done eyelash extensions at other places and they always seem to fall out soon and a lot of them.. The first time I got them done here, the lashes stayed in a long time before falling out!
