Eileen is amazing- if you're looking for real natural looking lashes that blend with your eyes and lash line/texture come here! Even with added volume the way she places different lengths blends well. I've seen her work on both of my friends who go to her. Their results is what made me want to try them myself. The best way to describe the style is they almost look like they're you're own lashes but with just a little more! If you text her through the number listed here on yelp she'll respond. Her sessions are appointment only. Her studio is also clean and the service bed is comfy. I dozed off both times i visited lol. Unfortunately I had to remove my lashes early because I have really sensitive eyes (I've had extensions one other time before which ended up being a worse experience). I think my eyes / lash line are easily irritated with materials that are placed on for long periods of time. The short time I did have them on I loved them! I recently came here to get a pedi & gel mani. I called in advance to make sure they were available, and I was lucky to get it scheduled on the same day. This place is located in a pretty dead business plaza. There are plenty of parking spots. I was greeted by the manicurist, and she started with taking off my previous gel on my nails. She was very gentle with filing the top coat off the gel, which I appreciated. After my nails were cleaned, we proceeded to the pedi area. FYI - there are no water buckets for your feet here. However, I felt that my feet felt clean afterward. She even did a callous removal application. There are plenty of color to choose from, and I was most excited about the brands that were available. You can use polish from Chanel, Tom Ford, Jin Soon, and YSL. My nails are also beautiful. I love that she was able to make my nails look exactly the way I had imagined. Getting ready before my vacation and they were able to take me same day even I called 20mins before arriving. I don't get my nails done frequently so I was kind of embarrass to show my nails. Good job on the mani/pedi gel color application, but not $105 worthy. And the lack of customer service was not worthy of a tip but I was nice and left one anyway. I don't care to pay a high price if the customer service is good but the girl who helped did not say 1 word to me in the 2 hrs I was there. Didn't even have complimentary water, I don't think she ever even looked up at my face... I will Never go back to that place, not even if their nail art is nice. What I got for a $50 pedicure: 1) a super hot wet towel on my feet (never soaked in water), 2)callus scrub (left my feet worse!), 2) cuticle cut, 3) nails clipped/filed, and 4)gel polish with a silver plastic heart in the center of the big toe nail. What I got for a $55 manicure: 1) hot wet towel on my hands, 2) cuticle cut, 3) nails filed, 4) lotion and 5) gel color with design. read more

I came here for just a gel manicure with design. The person that did my nails was amazing! She was super attentive and very detailed. I already had a design in mind but I was unsure of what colors to do, if I should add a matte finish, and what stickers/gems to put on. The manicurist was really patient and tested the colors with me. I couldn't be happier with my nails. Most definitely will be back. After reading the great reviews of Magic Lash & Nail Studio I decided to check them out. I called and Eileen answered and answered all of my questions about eyelash extensions. We set an appointment for Saturday to get my eyelash extensions, manicure & pedicure. I came in and was greeted by Eileen. She informed me that I can pick the curve, thickness, length and type of eyelashes I want. I told her I wasn't sure what to do and asked her to do what she thinks will look best. The whole process was quick and painless. I was nervous because I did have eyelash extensions before and had a horrible experience, but Eileen made it an enjoyable experience! I am so happy that I did it and will come back every 3 weeks to maintain it :) After I got my manicure/pedicure from Hari and I could not be any happier. She was so friendly and showed me 100+ photos of designs. From there I found exactly what I wanted and Hari spent almost 2 hours on my toes & nails! She definitely strives for perfection because I could not find 1 little thing wrong with my nails. I've been searching for a new nail salon that was close to home for over 2 years since my office relocated and my favorite spot by the old office is no longer convenient. Well after a long, exhausting and disappointing search, the wait is ovah! This place is everything! Clean, professional, friendly and amazingly talented staff. I recently treated myself to lash extensions, a gel mani and gel pedi and oh what a treat! I can't wait to go back! Update: 1 month later I went back to touch up my lashes which had slowly fallen out over 4 weeks but still looked pretty darn good. Changed up the shape a bit this time and just love them!!! I used to get my nails done religiously every 2.5 weeks for the past 2 years. After trying dozens of salons and even being a long time regular at one, Magic Lash & Nail Studio, has become my new FAVORITE. If you want to go for a treat or splurge a little on your nails, this is the go to place. The space is clean, no smell of nasty chemicals, and they are super attentive. They use primarily Japanese products. You can choose what kind of extra sparkly goodies you want to add. They use swarovski crystals! A gel mani is $50. A little pricey, but they don't charge you for french or gradient. And they might do some nail art on a finger or two if you ask nicely. Please note that appointments are a MUST! My favorite nail experience! The space is very cozy, which I appreciate so much. I hate getting my nails done because I don't find it relaxing to sit in a room with a bunch of other people glaring at each other and a bunch of technicians talking to each other from across the room. Here, it's basically just you and the nail tech, Hari! Very calming! Hari is very sweet & gentle but gets the job done. My nails have never looked better. Because it's just Hari, do set aside time (1.5 hour for a simple pedi & gel mani). I don't think it was a long experience but if you're used to places that rush, you might want to consider that. Also it's not exactly like a typical mani/pedi experience. They don't soak your hands & feet in water & there are other very minor things they do different, in a good way! Personally I preferred Hari's methods to typical nail salons I've visited. This was truly the most pleasant nail experience I've ever had. I am never going anywhere else for my nails! read more

I have been getting eyelash extensions done for several months now from Eileen. She is amazing! I love my lashes every single time and they last relatively long. For your first time, she will ask you what kind of style you want. Afterwards she'll advise if it'll complement your eye shape or not. She is very knowledgeable and will let you know what to do and what not to do. Don't be afraid to ask her anything! She's very nice and really sweet. The place used to only provide eyelash extensions but they have expanded recently! I will definitely try out their gel nails next time! First time getting a design on my nails. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and it turned out way better than the picture! The picture doesn't do it justice, it is very detailed. They took their time to make sure it was perfect/detailed and was willing to stay after closing. Its quite pricey but would definitely come back for more nail art. Some would say they love how natural it looks compared to other places where you may ene up looking with too thick/heavy lashes that doesnt look good with your eye shape. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!!! Great results!!!! Thank you, Eileen for my eyelash extensions! (I have gotten eyelash extensions 2x before I saw her. One experience was great, one was horrible.) Eileen was warm and kind. I immediately liked her. The experience was so great, I fell asleep both times I saw her. (I have a refill appointment next week!!! $60 for the refill, because I am seeing her before the 4 week period of my original application.) I am unsure how long the appointments were, since I fell asleep and would just wake up to WONDERFUL EYELASHES. They stay on for a very long time. I got them when I was going on vacation, and they stayed put, even through swimming in the ocean and hiking in very humid spots. I HIGHLY recommend Eileen. CASH ONLY. I had recently moved to the area and found this place on Yelp. I made an appt and Hari was my technician. I showed her a Pinterest photo of what I wanted and she executed it perfectly! I snapchatted a photo of my nails to my girlfriends and they all demanded to know where I had gotten them done! The salon is very clean and cute. Def best place to get lashes and nails in OC area. When it comes to lashes I'm very very picky since my eyes are very sensitive to foreign stuffs. Pass 3 yrs I used to go this place in LA but now it just too much drive for me. So I was desperate to find right lash place. and here it is! the interiors are flawless, clean and quiet. and the employees are so friendly and nice. They really know how to treat a customer! Got mine done by Eileen and she finished really fast, maybe in 45mins? I prefer really short and thin lashes and she did great job with mine. no discomfort whatsoever! oh but it hurts little when she removed the tape after she finished. I just got my lashes done by Minhee today. I absolutely love them!!! I've been getting my lashes done for 4 years now without a break and have gone to several different places in the Buena Park area and I've got to say that Minhee's work tops them all. She takes into consideration your eye shape and places different lengths of lashes to different areas of your eyes to "dress up" and accentuate your eyes. I was reluctant to try a new place but so glad I found this place. Don't let the quantity of yelp reviews deter u from this place... I'm concerned the Botox might be even expired or diluted incorrectly. They claim they only use "BOTOX" brand. I did my forehead here as well. Terrible results. I want my $$ back. You can see my smile before.. to now. The only reason they continue to get away with this is because no one takes legal action .

Deborah already informed me the initial session was to see how the color would take since I had laser removal done prior. Most of the work would be done in this touch up session. It was nice to see Chloe and meet Grace (translator). She took a look at my brows, started the numbing process, and drew some design lines prior to start. This session took well about 2+ hours and some change. Chloe was extremely detailed in making sure everything looked great. My right brow was the one that had less old ink post laser removal so she made this side a bit dark so both sides would match when it fades and heals with time. She kept the thicker brows that I wanted with a softer arch. Poor Chloe's hands were getting all cramped up after my session. I appreciated her hard work in making beautiful brows for me. Grace informed me of the after care instructions and said she probably won't see me back for a couple of years. She always made sure I was feeling okay in terms of potential pain or discomfort as well as the temperature of the room. I tend to run hot, so I really appreciated that she asked me and turned on the A/C during the procedure. My skin is very oily so it had an issue with color retention. I had to get a re-touch within a month for best results and when some areas faded a bit after a few weeks, Chloe was very kind and offered to do another re-touch for free. I was very impressed by the customer service, professionalism, and how flexible she was! If you're looking for a place to get your eyebrows done, this is the place! Chloe will take care of you and the person who helps translate for her is also very sweet and helpful! You will be in good hands here. She said I should have contacted the salon before purchasing the Groupon because they would have honored the Groupon price directly with them. (See my screenshots) I don't understand why a business would advertise on Groupon and then make customers feel like they made a mistake. Requiring a deposit is no problem. Many businesses do that. The problem was the bad communication and the way they make customers feel like we had done something wrong for following the advertised booking process. Ridiculous. I was here for nails and the customer service is very nice normally, but I feel IT IS FAKE (just PRETEND). They will make you feel comfortable, talk to you, and etc, but they will talk behind your back. Dishonest, not sincerely truly about customer service. I took my time to choose the nail pattern, color, and design and I felt like I was being rushed. In addition, when I kept telling them that I wanted to add certain decorations, she told me "oh, that will look tacky." Because like any other Korean place, they wanted to HURRY UP FOR NEXT APPOINTMENT SO THEY CAN GET MORE MONEY WITHIN SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. Then, I was of course NOT HAPPY with the result of my nails. Then, I called to re-do (at this point I didn't care about paying more money or what not). This IS THE POINT WHERE I GET GROSSED OUT. THE KOREAN LADY OWNER SAID: "oh, you should of have told the nail stylist when you were doing your nails with her" I TOLD HER "I DID AND she said IT WOULD LOOK TACKY" to hurry me up so she can go onto the next customer. So, she said I can drop by the next day so I did for re-do from different nail lady. She was nice, but when I asked for additional decorations and that I would pay while she was talking to the manager/owner Korean lady, the owner lady said "ANYWAY, WE WILL TALK AFTER YOU'RE DONE." and that nail person started LAUGHING. WHAT THE F**K!!!!!!!! KOREAN NAIL LADIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM STILL SITTING THERE HEARING EVERYTHING COME ON!!!!!!!!!! ARE YOU MONKEYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She was sooo rough when it came down to removing the polish and cleaning and cutting the cuticles. One of my cuticles started bleeding a lot and she just used the dust to stop the bleeding but did not apologize once. I let it go. But after getting home, I noticed my cuticles and fingers were so tender and red. I decided to let time heal but it's been a week and my right thumb is still swollen and tender. It's painful to touch. I told the owner and Ellen and after some back and forth, they finally did apologize. However it left kind of a sour taste in my mouth because it just seemed like they brushed it off thinking 10 percent off the next appointment would really make up for the pain I'm having in my finger. Not sure if I will come back. The owner asked me to try another artist but how do I prevent this from happening a third time?

They also have eyelash extension services as well. The whole process took about 3 hours. I checked in ~12:50 and left around 4:00. The nail technicians both took extra care for me! Today was my 7th visit and I can't say things are better. They had my name down as someone else and after 6 visits of me mentioning this today was the day I decided I won't ever return. When I arrived she had me sit and wait for 15 mins. I had an appointment at 3pm. As you can see I'm typing this at 3:32pm so I didn't stay. She couldn't find my records and asked me to go through my phone to find a reminder text (which I delete things bc I need the memory on my phone) which at this point now I'm frustrated. I am unable to find it and I begin to look through my deleted messages when I stop and say wait I don't have it. I explain to her that every time I come on they call me by a different name and I've asked for that to be corrected (it never was) so she finally finds me and is telling me she has the records but at this point I'm not comfortable laying down for an hour with her working on me after 15 mins of arguing with me over if I've ever been there; shifting blame on others who didn't update my name; and all this happening while there are other patrons. Needless to say when she asked me if I want to do it or not (legitimately how she asked me) I decided to leave and this is the video I took as I was leaving because she snatched the cover on the bed I was laying on showing she was upset (all the while speaking in her native language under her breath which after translating she was saying: "How is this my fault ‍" To the owner Jasmin, Do Better!
