Absolutely disappointed in the client service provided by Andrea. Upon seeing the excellent reviews and through word of mouth I was willing to drive ALL THE WAY from Laguna Beach to Brea. I get there are some things that are out of our control but it should always be handled professionally, especially when a client is paying for services. Since there was an accident I called earlier (which she didn't pick up the first time) at 11:00AM to tell her my situation of where I was driving from and there was an accident. I was more than willing to move my time and even wait to whatever time she had available. I was 10 minutes away and she said if I wasn't there in 5 minutes she would not take me and i would be charged. I told her I was only 10 minutes away, seriously couldn't even be bothered to wait another 5. I understand she was busy and had other clients but she didn't take into account my situation which is where I find it unprofessional . I had been looking for an eyebrow artist for awhile and Im happy to say I finally found her. What I appreciated is Andrea listened to what I was trying to accomplish, she took her time while explain what she was doing and why. I came to her after messing my eyebrows up by laminating them. My specific eyebrows didn't do well with lamination and I was left with areas that looked sparse. I literally had little expectation coming in because I knew it would take time to get them back to what I liked. Well to my absolute and pleasant surprise Andrea worked her magic. I am so happy with my lash extensions! Drea did an amazing job, I will definitely be back. I told her I was looking for more of a dramatic look for coachella over the weekend. She made recommendations based on my eye shape and my preferences and ended up doing a wispy "L" shape lash. They turned out perfect!
