Crying on my way home as I write this.... I have never had such a bad experience at a nail salon in my life. The person who did them was extremely rude and everything I said or asked her to fix she would just ignore me and continue to do what she was doing. Throughout the service I continued to say I wanted narrow stiletto nails and she said the best she could do was almond and the only way they could be how I wanted was if I got extra long nails. She then proceeded to rush through the appointment with no care on quality. The photos taken are as soon as I got into my car and this is also a brand new fresh set. The amount of errors and carelessness that went into this service is insane to me. The woman at the front desk who I believe was the manager was very nice and did try to help but at the end still charged me $52.53 as a discounted rate however with how badly done this new set was, I would expect to not be charged. The fact that I still was is astonishing to say the least. I came here to treat myself and left in tears, $52.53 down the drain, and nails that I am embarrassed to be seen with. I've never been this disappointed in a service in my life.

The salon delivered outstanding service with a clean environment, a welcoming atmosphere, and nail technicians Zoe and Kim were both gentle and prompt. After being away from getting pedicures this salon was a good choice.

I was told to leave mid service due to double booking

I've never been treated like this before in my life. They canceled my appointment 7 minutes before scheduled due to a mix up with another customer. I come in and wait 15 minutes before finally seeing Zoey and then another 15 because she was not ready. She also had an attitude the entire time. I didn't like the color for the base and asked if she could change before moving to the next step. She rolled her eyes and they told me that I'm taking too much time (which we started 30min late due to her being on her phone and talking to other nail techs) and there is another appointment for someone else soon and that I would need to switch with someone else. My set would've been done sooner if it wasn't for the slow service and terrible attitude. I was told that my appointment would be scheduled as extra long due to the specific design that I wanted which was all discussed before the appointment. They told me they didn't have the time and said they were not going to finish my nails. "Have a nice day" I will not be coming back. Do not come here if you don't want to leave with sticky unfinished nails. Update: David from another nail salon down the street took care of me and was amazing!! They took me in after the terrible experience from this place. And they have free coffee.

Very disappointed, especially for a $131.84 total. My manicure alone was $81. I was quoted $45 for a fill but charged $57, plus $10 for cat eye, $15 for French tip, and an added $5 for color removal, even though this was supposed to be a fill. The quality does not match the price. There are visible dust particles in the gel, uneven application, and a noticeable dip between the French tip and base. The pedicure was $47 for a basic pedicure with callus removal. The technician was nice and removed a few ingrowns, but the massage was essentially just lotion being rubbed on. For my mother's service, she was quoted $55, but once we arrived they tried to charge $61, then said it was due to a removal. After I questioned it, they said it would be cheaper if paid in cash and ultimately charged $57, which was only addressed after I had already paid for my service. The worst part was the rushed nail removal. After drilling, the gel was peeled off, which damages the natural nail. When this was brought up, the technician denied it and the manager asked me if I was "there," which felt dismissive and insulting. This was my first and last time here.

LUXE NAILS is very very busy. They prefer you have a reservation before you walk in, but they do still accept walk ins -- which is what we were. We waited quite a while before we could get service. We got seated in a massage chair. My chair was working. Hey! CLASSIC is the cheapest but since none of the first 6 color choices I made was available (all of them are out apparently) then I had to go with French Tip which is when I was informed that it would cost extra. Scrub and a hot towel massage are included with the pedicure. Clean cut and clean cuticles. My pedicurist works fast.

I had a wonderful experience at Luxe Nails today. The salon is clean, relaxing, and very welcoming. Rosa took amazing care of my feet , she was gentle, attentive, and did a fantastic job. My feet feel brand new! I also want to thank the manager, Linh, who as always made sure I got exactly what my feet needed and connected me with the right person. Their service and attention to detail are the reason I keep coming back. Highly recommend Luxe Nails, and if you can, ask for Rosa -- she's really that good!

Change of Prices and Service Sounds like a bunch of nonsense

I was coming here for months now. I recently went last month and their pedicure options changed. I can get almost all of these things in one pedicure with great service for $50-60 I just came here because it's close by my bfs house. I'd rather drive the extra 25 min than waste money here and not get a good basic pedicure. Overpriced and overhyped when you read what is actually included. Also don't call and book a pedicure at or passed 6 they will say yes to get you there and then have you wait til 6:30 to have a rushed appointment when they close at 7. they also charge you to use a debit card to pay.. and charge it as credit...illegal.

Made my appointment last night for 12:15, today. I got there and checked in at 12:10ish. I was informed that Zoey was running a bit behind. Ok no issue with that sometimes appts go over, no biggy. So they started my pedi, which was great. Then a gal came over and told me she would start the removal process for dip. Ok no big deal....until I soaked in that for 45 mins. The manager came over at one point to take off the product again to help. I don't mind waiting a bit..however I do mind when I make an appt and the person I asked for and made the appt with doesn't get to me until almost 50 mins after appt time. This wasn't Zoey's fault. Honestly I don't care whose fault it was. My appt time is mine. I expect the salon to honor it with the person I booked with. I'm a loyal customer. Do better. read more

I have been coming here for almost 3 years. I've always had a great experience. I have LOVED my nails every single time. Just recently. 4 days ago to be exact, I made an appointment for a dip powder set. I was assigned a tech I've never met before, I told her what I wanted but I wasn't specific and she also didn't confirm, so we both assumed... in the end, I liked my nails but I didn't love them. I knew they were a problem because the whole nail is ONLY dip powder and gel clear coat. I didn't even realize till she was almost done dipping the second hand. I learned my lesson in NEEDING to communicate exactly what I want, but again I've never had an issue before. Day 1 and that shit chipped off while I'm typing at work. Day 4 Christmas Morning the whole nail came off like nothing. I'm so disappointed, I don't have time to just come in and have them fix it. I'm sadly not coming back anymore. Shit sucks. $46+ and tip out the window. $46 for only dip and clear coat though is WILD to me. Update: End of day 4, allll my nails popped OFF! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! read more

Came here to get a full set, first time at this establishment. I called and requested any open appointments and they said to just walk in, I came in and there was one other person waiting. She was seated and then two other people came in after I signed in. They sat both of those people and then sat me. All other customers were offered a beverage. I was not. The technician proceeded to ask me what I wanted, and I said a short coffin light pink she did not offer me to look at the colors just decided for herself. She proceeds to do my nails very quickly and rushes through it not cutting the cuticles and when I ask if she will be doing the cuticle, she says it is an extra charge. Never have I gone to get a full set at any nail salon, and they did not cut my cuticles. That was very surprising to me. overall, I was not happy with my experience and don't feel like the service match the price. read more

This is my second visit to this salon. The first time I took my 3 girls for birthday manis/pedis and the service was amazing. They were super attentive to my girls and went above and beyond for them, especially the bday girl. Today I had Tammy and she was quick and efficient. She left my nails exactly like I wanted them and was very sweet and attentive. I have been to many salons and I have always left disappointed. Ladies, trust me and give this place a chance. I used to do nails so I was definitely surprised at how amazing my set came out. I did a simple short french set (but we all know French is far from simple) and she nailed it!!! Thank you Tammy! I don't usually write reviews. But people should know this place is a SCAM!!! I bought my three grandchildren gift cards $55 each for Christmas 2025 I took them last week to get pedicures and nails done when it came time to pay two out of the three gift card went through the owner said the third one had 0 balance I said that can't be Iv never been here before she asked to see the receipt I did not have it on me at the time. so I paid her the 55 and left. She told me to come back with the receipt so I did. I went in and gave her the gift card and the receipt after punching in whatever she was doing she then tells me this gift card was used in march 2024 WHAT the receipt literally says I purchased this gift card in 2025??? How could I've used it in 2024 if the receipt says I purchased the gift cards in 2025!! She then say whoever sold you this card here it was already used and there is nothing she can do about it... WHAT why do you have used cards left over from 2024 And selling clients used cards without checking them first. SCAM!!! Also she then said there is nothing she can do for us. you're the owner and you can't make it right.. read more

I booked in advance, showed up on time, and was still treated with complete disrespect and sarcasm. do not recommend. have had multiple bad experiences here and even received contact dermatitis. UPDATE: Upon them checking, they did see that I had in fact only received polish as they ask customers to check-in and make note of the services they are receiving. Anyway, since my year ago review, I have gone maybe 5 or so times due to being one of the only spots nearby open on Sundays. They ask for what I am looking to get done and I just say a gel manicure and EVERY SINGLE TIME, the owner/lady at the desk looks at my nails and she will "That's builder" and I'll say "No it's just a gel manicure" and she will proceed to look at me and my nails and ask to anaylze them which makes me feel so embarrassed because why would I lie if they are going to find out what I have once I sit? There was even a time where I had her look up my previous service to show that it was just a gel manicure and she didn't even apologize after being wrong. There is no reason to. The last time I went I was just over being interrogated when it is the same thing over and over again. read more

I came in today for the first time and I made an appointment with Mia. I saw a lot of good reviews for her artwork and I decided to come in for that. This salon was really nice inside and was well air conditioned, especially needed on this hot day. I got gel X nails today and I'm happy with how my design turned out. Mia was gentle when doing my nails and I appreciated that. Loved this experience! read more

The owner Lyn, is a very hard worker & very kind when I come in & welcoming. She's helped me & a couple times with removing my nails & very sweet. However, Celine I went to her about 4x & the 4th time I went to her I just asked kindly if she can not have my nails thick. She was very rude to me & I still say thank you afterwards but speaking to me as if I'm stupid. She doesn't take open criticism from a customer that is paying to walk out happy content with nails. Another lady she hovers & watches as Celine did my nails & laughing I think it's so rude. I went to someone els Vivian today, & I liked how she was doing, the shape is great and not thick like Celine has done. She was cool but then she wanted me to use a color that I didn't want. & the same lady that hovers she hovered again today. & was laughing at me to Vivian while Vivian grabbed the color that I WANTED, that I was paying for. The customer should always have the right to have a color they like & what they are comfortable with. These 2 women tell me that I am wrong & it's best to not be ignorant, to just simply satisfy the customer. I speak kindly & ask for what I Iike. Take the open criticism- don't be ignorant. & don't make customers feel uncomfortable. If a customer is telling you they don't want the color let them. If a customer is asking to see how it looks, be kind & helpful. Be patient. I would have given 5 stars as Lyn deserves it but Celine & Vivian do not deserve the stars. Be kind. I don't know the other lady's name that hovers but she really shouldn't do that & make customers uncomfortable...... read more

This nail salon is very busy and must have many happy customers. The vibe is busy, loud, and overwhelming with the odors a nail salon. The spa chairs seemed dirty and best up a bit. Stations are close to each other so I felt a bit claustrophobic inside. It did not feel relaxing. I was a first and last time customer today. I had a 6pm appointment that I was a few mins early for. I am going to a wedding tomorrow so the appointment was very important to me. My time was also important since I was coming from work. I was seated for my spa pedicure by the nice lady running the front desk after an approximate 15 min wait. She apologized for the wait. She placed a liner in the tub, a towel, and turned the hot water on and walked away. 15 mins later, I was just sitting there with my feet in warm water so I dried my feet and left. It has been a while since I scheduled mani/pedi service..like years. This experience was not a good one. I won't be scheduling here in the future. read more

This salon was so dirty I haven't seen one this bad. The lady working on my mother law nails, well her whole table and implements were so caked with dust and who knows what else. Her whole area was bad! Her files were used and the band on her drills was used! I did nails for 35 years and I took pride in sanitation of everything I used on a client. Never used a file or anything else on a different person! Just disgusting . If I were you I would think twice before using this salon! read more

However, they offered two generous solutions to choose from to rectify the matter, and I'm pleased to say the situation is now fully resolved. ** I'm writing this review on behalf of my daughter, who visited Soleil Lash about a week and a half ago for a lash lift and tint for her prom. When she arrived, it was immediately concerning that the staff seemed unsure about who would be performing her service. There was visible scrambling to find someone available, which didn't inspire much confidence from the start. Once a technician was assigned, it became clear during the appointment that she was still in training, as other staff members were guiding her through the process step by step. My daughter is shy and didn't feel comfortable speaking up at the time, so when asked, she said everything looked "okay." However, once she got home, it was obvious that the results were far from acceptable. Her lashes were not tinted at all, and the lift was extremely uneven--one eye was maybe 50% lifted, while the other showed little to no change. For an $85 service, I would expect a professional and consistent result. It's disappointing to feel like customers are being used as practice without transparency. If someone is still learning, that should be clearly communicated ahead of time, not discovered during the service. Overall, this was a frustrating experience and unfortunately a waste of money, especially for something as important as prom.

Have been going here for two years now, but I don't think I will be coming back. Before this design I showed the nail tech two different inspo pics of what I might want (not the ones shown in the picture, different designs), she confidently told me she can do both, my first inspo picture was a cheetah print french tip, in the inspo picture it was a brownish yellow as the base, she pulls out this mustard yellow color and starts drawing the french tip and I tell her it's not the right color, she then pulls out all the different nail color and told me to pick myself, you're the nail tech? Shouldn't you be able to find the right shade, I start looking myself and couldn't find the right color so we decided to do another design-aura nails, in the inspo pic the nail base color is pink, but instead of repainting the color she just starts doing the design and daps glitter in the middle of my nail, the inspo picture was not glittery and it was just done with nail color polish, then she starts speaking Viet to the person in the front desk, and she comes over to me and tells me to make up my mind. I show the front desk my nail side by side compared to the inspo pic and asked her if it looks the same, then she proceeds to tell me it's suppose to just look similar.... and says yes with confidence. Since she can't do any designs properly I told her just to do regular white french tips, and she still manages to mess up...My nails look so bulky and the french tips just suck. I paid 70$ plus a 20% tip for this. read more

I've been coming here since Grand Opening and I just love LUXE NAILS !! My nails come out beautiful every time I make an appointment. I also appreciate how I always feel like a star when I'm there. Have you ever asked for champagne, if not you should! They also have pastries sometimes! My one main key of concern when I go to get my nails done is having a relaxing space, and their space is soo beautiful! The techs are talented and so nice! They are very professional and the musics good too. They always use new tools at my appointments and When I get my pedicures I almost fall asleep during the massage because it's feels so nice. ‍ I just enjoy it and I feel so relaxed after. My favorite service is always acrylic nails..so if you like those types of nails this place has you covered with options galore. But Lately, Gel -X has been my new service, and Im loving it . (I'd give a specific person to ask for but they're all so good at giving great service I think anyone you book with there you'll be ok). I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this nail salon. I booked an appointment for a manicure at 4 PM, but just 15 minutes before my scheduled time, I received a call informing me that someone else had taken my spot. When I expressed my confusion, they claimed it was my fault for not confirming the appointment--something I had never been asked to do. I never received any confirmation text or call prior to the appointment, so I was understandably taken aback. To make matters worse, they tried to accommodate me by offering a slot at 4:30 PM with the nail tech I had requested. The problem? The tech was already working on someone else's nails at 4, so there was no way they'd be able to give me the attention I needed in the allotted time. It just seemed like they were hoping I'd wait around and waste my time. Overall, the lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and poor handling of the situation left me very disappointed. I expected much better service from a salon that clearly doesn't value its clients' time. I won't be returning. read more

1st time visiting this nail salon & I definitely will not be returning. My gel pedicure experience was good, Sandy provided a good service. However, my gel manicure experience was disappointing. Diane started by removing my old gel polish with the filing drill, at 1st I thought she'd remove the top layer and then soak--as it should be--I was wrong. She filed all the polish off leaving the nails so incredibly thin and fragile. The service felt so forced, like doing the bare minimum was asking for too much. When Diane was "cutting my cuticles" she failed to use any cuticle softener, I could feel the tugging & pulling of my skin and she would only go in on the edges, it felt like a very lazy approach. I was very uncomfortable and unhappy with the manner in with my nails were being treated that I decided to cut the service before she applied polish. I left with NO cuticles cut, despite the step being "completed" & with some of my old polish still visibly there, but I paid the price of a complete manicure... read more

In the beginning of February, I went to go get a full set and a pedicure. Reading the reviews they looked really good so I tried it out for my first time when I went into the location. The customer service was amazing. I got a pedicure and it was the most expensive one which I believe is $40. And the thing that I was really concerned about my pain was to get the callus taken off and to the ingrown removed. My ingrown were still in there I don't think she took anything out or tried to. The woman was very nice, but she was too gentle after two hours of having my toes done. They began to chip and looking closely it look like they smeared off as far as that I rate the pedicure a 4/10 I would not recommend it as far as my full set I was really in love with the way they came out. The woman was very nice. I went in with a reference photo and it blew my mind when the way they came out. I read it a 10 out of 10 and I would go back for another full set read more

I'm like Marilyn d., I've been a loyal customer with the Tech Diane. I wanted something that will keep my nails long and strong and from splitting and they informed me to get dip powder and I ask if my nails would become thin and they said no. At the beginning she did a good job, and some of the other ladies there are very polite and a joy to meet. But after awhile she became to relax and doing my nails became less and less beautiful to me. The last time she did them on my right hand the same nail lifted always and I brought it to her attention and she copped and attitude with me, I always tipped her very good, and I don't think they should have their Tech ask a customer to tip them with cash I was using a CC for payment. This is second time I came here for the pedicure service. The first time I had Lynda, she is very patient and gentle, my ingrown nails also gone. This time I came back and I saw her was busy, then I had other technicians did my feet. Unfortunately, This technician was too rush, my cuticle not looked good and I was not be able to relax at all. I kind of remember her name but I don't want to mention here. Maybe because the holiday is coming, and shop gets busier. Not sure if I want to come back or not. I got my nails done on December 18th, 2024 for the holidays and they just now started coming off on January 16th, 2025. They have lasted me so long and my nail artist did such a good job to make sure everything was symmetrical and even. My nails were in very bad shape when I went in(brittle, thin and very very short due to me picking at them) and my artist made sure to put down extra acrylic and glue to make them sturdy. Been here twice and I'm hooked! When it comes to dip nails, Zoe does an awesome job. I appreciate that she is attentive, asks what I prefer and she stays away from overfilling my nails.
