Crying on my way home as I write this.... I have never had such a bad experience at a nail salon in my life. The person who did them was extremely rude and everything I said or asked her to fix she would just ignore me and continue to do what she was doing. Throughout the service I continued to say I wanted narrow stiletto nails and she said the best she could do was almond and the only way they could be how I wanted was if I got extra long nails. She then proceeded to rush through the appointment with no care on quality. The photos taken are as soon as I got into my car and this is also a brand new fresh set. The amount of errors and carelessness that went into this service is insane to me. The woman at the front desk who I believe was the manager was very nice and did try to help but at the end still charged me $52.53 as a discounted rate however with how badly done this new set was, I would expect to not be charged. The fact that I still was is astonishing to say the least. I came here to treat myself and left in tears, $52.53 down the drain, and nails that I am embarrassed to be seen with. I've never been this disappointed in a service in my life.

The salon delivered outstanding service with a clean environment, a welcoming atmosphere, and nail technicians Zoe and Kim were both gentle and prompt. After being away from getting pedicures this salon was a good choice.

I was told to leave mid service due to double booking

I've never been treated like this before in my life. They canceled my appointment 7 minutes before scheduled due to a mix up with another customer. I come in and wait 15 minutes before finally seeing Zoey and then another 15 because she was not ready. She also had an attitude the entire time. I didn't like the color for the base and asked if she could change before moving to the next step. She rolled her eyes and they told me that I'm taking too much time (which we started 30min late due to her being on her phone and talking to other nail techs) and there is another appointment for someone else soon and that I would need to switch with someone else. My set would've been done sooner if it wasn't for the slow service and terrible attitude. I was told that my appointment would be scheduled as extra long due to the specific design that I wanted which was all discussed before the appointment. They told me they didn't have the time and said they were not going to finish my nails. "Have a nice day" I will not be coming back. Do not come here if you don't want to leave with sticky unfinished nails. Update: David from another nail salon down the street took care of me and was amazing!! They took me in after the terrible experience from this place. And they have free coffee.

Very disappointed, especially for a $131.84 total. My manicure alone was $81. I was quoted $45 for a fill but charged $57, plus $10 for cat eye, $15 for French tip, and an added $5 for color removal, even though this was supposed to be a fill. The quality does not match the price. There are visible dust particles in the gel, uneven application, and a noticeable dip between the French tip and base. The pedicure was $47 for a basic pedicure with callus removal. The technician was nice and removed a few ingrowns, but the massage was essentially just lotion being rubbed on. For my mother's service, she was quoted $55, but once we arrived they tried to charge $61, then said it was due to a removal. After I questioned it, they said it would be cheaper if paid in cash and ultimately charged $57, which was only addressed after I had already paid for my service. The worst part was the rushed nail removal. After drilling, the gel was peeled off, which damages the natural nail. When this was brought up, the technician denied it and the manager asked me if I was "there," which felt dismissive and insulting. This was my first and last time here.

LUXE NAILS is very very busy. They prefer you have a reservation before you walk in, but they do still accept walk ins -- which is what we were. We waited quite a while before we could get service. We got seated in a massage chair. My chair was working. Hey! CLASSIC is the cheapest but since none of the first 6 color choices I made was available (all of them are out apparently) then I had to go with French Tip which is when I was informed that it would cost extra. Scrub and a hot towel massage are included with the pedicure. Clean cut and clean cuticles. My pedicurist works fast.

I had a wonderful experience at Luxe Nails today. The salon is clean, relaxing, and very welcoming. Rosa took amazing care of my feet , she was gentle, attentive, and did a fantastic job. My feet feel brand new! I also want to thank the manager, Linh, who as always made sure I got exactly what my feet needed and connected me with the right person. Their service and attention to detail are the reason I keep coming back. Highly recommend Luxe Nails, and if you can, ask for Rosa -- she's really that good!

Change of Prices and Service Sounds like a bunch of nonsense

I was coming here for months now. I recently went last month and their pedicure options changed. I can get almost all of these things in one pedicure with great service for $50-60 I just came here because it's close by my bfs house. I'd rather drive the extra 25 min than waste money here and not get a good basic pedicure. Overpriced and overhyped when you read what is actually included. Also don't call and book a pedicure at or passed 6 they will say yes to get you there and then have you wait til 6:30 to have a rushed appointment when they close at 7. they also charge you to use a debit card to pay.. and charge it as credit...illegal.

Luxe is very luxurious. It is one of the prettiest salons I've ever seen. When I walked in, a lady was hanging up decorations for Lunar New Year. The floral walls are so detailed and aesthetically pleasing. But don't think that because it looks high end that the prices will be sky high. They're actually affordable. Kylie was so quick and efficient. Can't believe she was done in an hour. I showed her the picture of what I wanted and she recreated it with my suggested modifications. I was very satisfied. This place is my most favorite place to go to for a mani/pedi because you are always well taken care of! I highly recommend making an appointment because they're always busy. I got a gel pedicure & 2 days later i noticed a crack on my big toe. I have been looking for a while to find a good place for a pedicure. Today I went and tried this place out and got a callus removal and I am so impressed! Kim took her time and really provided a good quality service. I have gotten this service at so many places, but never felt a difference until this place. The place is also really cute. I've driven past many times decided to just try it cuz I was in desperate need of a gel mani before new years. I didn't have an appointment and even though they were really busy I waited less than 5 mins to get helped. It was very clean and luxe looking inside. I didn't get the name of the girl who did my gel mani but she did a great job. Really cleaned up my cuticles nice. I will def come back for gel X cuz I wanna see how they do when designs. Price wise I don't think it was bad. I would say it's about the same price as other nail salons in the area. One thing to note is BRING CASH. They didn't mention it but when I was waiting I noticed they had a sign that said "the prices listed are for cash only. It's an extra 3% to pay with card" read more

This was my 3rd time to this salon. I came here because my last salon that I was a faithful to for 5 years, service got worse. I am a picky customer but I don't think that's an issue when you're there to pay for something you want. FYI most of the ladies talk smack on the clients while looking at them, they are not very friendly or talkative with you, yes the place is pretty but it's deceiving. My first service with Amy was great. She was very patient and understanding. Her work was very nice and she was very kind. My 2nd service was rude and tried to charge me for "cut down" after I said "no just file". She gave me attitude because I misunderstood a specific "gel" that I wanted. My 3rd service was with Holly who was also rude. This time I picked a color that I didn't know would be sheer. She had started with 2 coats so I told her it looked very light and if she could add a darker color ontop so it would be more noticeable. She huffed and puffed then started removing all of the gel polish after I already told her, just to add 1 coat of a darker shade. She then was pushing/flinging my fingers to the side after polishing each nail, she was painting them super fast not even paying attention to my skin, and then she was having me switch hands before the dryer timer was even close to being done. I noticed while sitting to do my pedicure that the gel was already peeling off my real nails and she also got polish on my fingers and didn't care to clean it off. I told the manager I didn't appreciate her attitude and her sloppy work. She asked me to come back the next day to fix them, she was nice and understanding at that moment. The next day I came back I showed her a picture on my phone of what I wanted and she said ok and sat me down. As I was choosing my color for my nail art (flowers for 2 nails) my nail girl got up to talk to the manager. They both came back and the manager said to me " sorry but my girl said she doesn't think she can do that design". Mind you I was already making small talk with the girl and she said she usually does designs. So the manager has the nerve to ask me "is that ok if she does just purple because she can't do that". I said "yup that's fine" (me being sarcastic because I was pissed they're making an excuse to not do the designs because I didn't pay for them the day before.) so I decided to ask if I could pay so she could still do the designs and she said the same thing no because she didn't think she can do it like the picture. I told her "it's fine!" Once the manager walked away I made small talk with the nail tech, she was very nice and understanding and it didn't seem to be her problem she was just following orders which tells me the manager told her not to do them, which also made sense being she already told me she usually does designs. I still gave the poor girl a tip for fixing the previous girls mistake and for her honesty. The manager told me when I was walking out to go find a salon that does BASIC flower daisy's and if I wanted help finding a place. I said nope I'm good thanks and this would be the last time I come back here!! read more

Went to get my nails done, showed them a picture of what I wanted, they said they can do no problem. Came time for color matching and she pulled out 3 greens that were not even close to a dark/blueish green. I ended up saying yes to one of the darker greens. She started to paint my nails, not the dark green I chose, but a bright shamrock green. Once starting to paint my nails she did not ask once if I liked the color, she painted all nails on hands before asking me if I liked. To which I did NOT like or agree to. So I said I actually do not like the color, I want to be more closer to the picture reference/ a darker green compared to the shamrock green. Which she said she was finished with painting the nails which was not true because she didn't put topcoat and or put the gems that were required. The male cashier came over to see what' was happening to which I repeated myself. He asked "did you not see the colors and did you not agree to the one she painted on your hands" I said I did see the colors and agreed to the one she painted on but I really did not like that color and wanted something different. He then started to argue with me about me not speaking up before and how she's already finished painting the nails. I said I'll pay for the nails that she did if they're not willing to fix to which he said we'll find a color for you. He actually went to go pull out several different palates of colors which were not shown to me before hand and actually found a color that matched the picture but apparently they did not have that color. Paid $83 for nails I hated. Will not go back again and they have terrible customer service. Go to rainbow nails instead! (Next door) @the owner...she did not show me several colors of green she showed me 3 different kinds when they clearly has way more options to choose. Again every nail salon I've been to has painted one nail and asked if I like the color, she rushed into painting all nails, as well both her and the cash register were arguing with me. If that's how you guys do customer service good luck! read more

Luxe nails always does a perfect job. I keep coming back and telling all my friends, THIS is the place that always does it right. Thank you to the whole staff for being so stellar and doing such beautiful work. It's not easy to find time to do self care so it means a lot being a customer to a place that cares about quality and their clients. The vibe is so cute, little plants and neon signs, very sweet aesthetic. The nail technicians are incredible. They ask to see a picture and nail it on the first go every time. I never feel awkward or uncomfortable. Everyone is very friendly, polite, and helpful. Thank you all for what you do to help us feel cared for and beautiful. Great salon. Kira is the best! I needed a fill, it had been almost a month and my nails hadn't lifted at all. Usually by the second week, at least one nail has lifted. So I went to get a fill, but they were too grown out I needed a new set. Kira was on vacation, so the tech that helped me had the hardest time getting these nails off! They were so strong! Lol.. I'm one of their detailed "picky" clients and tried a new person named for my feet, named Sandy. I coat all toes with acrylic and like them shaped square square (no rounding) I told her in the beginning and didn't have to say/ correct anything. In addition she advised they were lifting and suggested remove and recoating (new set) everything is perfect! read more

I loved my nails Mia was so helpful and communicative. Jessica on the other hand- not the best- she wouldn't listen to my daughters color choice- a pale/light green, it looked like white and kept insisting that after 4 layers it should be mint green. It wasn't true. Instead of fixing her mistake, she talked back and was being rude. Unfortunately we won't be back. The manager on the front desk is rushing, not considerate either. read more

This review is for Helen at Luxe nails. She and the shop went above and beyond for me. I am very thankful. I can't use gel top coat due to allergic reactions. Luxe Management went to get a special topcoat for me to put over my powder dip. I am very happy with my nails. Helen does a very good job. She is also a sweetheart. She has a new customer here. I'm not one to get my nail done often but Im considering to it more often now. I decided to get my nails done for my birthday and I haven't had the best nail tech but this place is amazing. They were very understanding and tried to make me as comfortable as possible. My nails look amazing my feet look amazing. Definitely coming back. I went in nervous. One of my acrylics was lifting and extremely painful when pressed, and when I mentioned this to her, she was extra careful when removing it by holding the nail down and filing gently. It turns out that my pain was from a broken nail halfway up the nail plate which made me nervous to continue with gel (I don't get my nails done frequently). Lynn was very reassuring and did a great job reinforcing the nail with dip and I assume some strengthening polish, plus gave me advice on when she thinks it will grow out long enough to cut it and get rid of the split. I wasn't in any pain and my nails look great! I was so nervous because I know some nail techs can be rough, but I left so relieved. Price was fair as well - $40 for acrylics removal and a fresh gel coat that I'm happy with. They only accept cash tips though so plan accordingly.

The owners, David and Molly, are so friendly and accommodating and truly make you feel like an old friend every time you come in for an appointment. I've also had pedicures here and have zero complaints. Molly is my go to when it comes to my nails, but she's in high demand, so I've had other nail techs do my nails as well and I've never had a bad experience. Consistent, quality work every time.

She didn't want to fix it 3) very hard and rough with hands. Two girls finished with some cuts. One of them had cuts on 4 fingers. I will not mention the rest as this should be enough to show not to come to this place. Painful acrylic nails and a long wait was $45 each. As the receipt got printed and I was about to write tip, the lady was staring so intently at how much I was giving.

Have been going here for two years now, but I don't think I will be coming back. Before this design I showed the nail tech two different inspo pics of what I might want (not the ones shown in the picture, different designs), she confidently told me she can do both, my first inspo picture was a cheetah print french tip, in the inspo picture it was a brownish yellow as the base, she pulls out this mustard yellow color and starts drawing the french tip and I tell her it's not the right color, she then pulls out all the different nail color and told me to pick myself, you're the nail tech? Shouldn't you be able to find the right shade, I start looking myself and couldn't find the right color so we decided to do another design-aura nails, in the inspo pic the nail base color is pink, but instead of repainting the color she just starts doing the design and daps glitter in the middle of my nail, the inspo picture was not glittery and it was just done with nail color polish, then she starts speaking Viet to the person in the front desk, and she comes over to me and tells me to make up my mind. I show the front desk my nail side by side compared to the inspo pic and asked her if it looks the same, then she proceeds to tell me it's suppose to just look similar.... and says yes with confidence. Since she can't do any designs properly I told her just to do regular white french tips, and she still manages to mess up...My nails look so bulky and the french tips just suck. I paid 70$ plus a 20% tip for this. read more

I've been coming here since Grand Opening and I just love LUXE NAILS !! My nails come out beautiful every time I make an appointment. I also appreciate how I always feel like a star when I'm there. Have you ever asked for champagne, if not you should! They also have pastries sometimes! My one main key of concern when I go to get my nails done is having a relaxing space, and their space is soo beautiful! The techs are talented and so nice! They are very professional and the musics good too. They always use new tools at my appointments and When I get my pedicures I almost fall asleep during the massage because it's feels so nice. ‍ I just enjoy it and I feel so relaxed after. My favorite service is always acrylic nails..so if you like those types of nails this place has you covered with options galore. But Lately, Gel -X has been my new service, and Im loving it . (I'd give a specific person to ask for but they're all so good at giving great service I think anyone you book with there you'll be ok). I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this nail salon. I booked an appointment for a manicure at 4 PM, but just 15 minutes before my scheduled time, I received a call informing me that someone else had taken my spot. When I expressed my confusion, they claimed it was my fault for not confirming the appointment--something I had never been asked to do. I never received any confirmation text or call prior to the appointment, so I was understandably taken aback. To make matters worse, they tried to accommodate me by offering a slot at 4:30 PM with the nail tech I had requested. The problem? The tech was already working on someone else's nails at 4, so there was no way they'd be able to give me the attention I needed in the allotted time. It just seemed like they were hoping I'd wait around and waste my time. Overall, the lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and poor handling of the situation left me very disappointed. I expected much better service from a salon that clearly doesn't value its clients' time. I won't be returning. read more

1st time visiting this nail salon & I definitely will not be returning. My gel pedicure experience was good, Sandy provided a good service. However, my gel manicure experience was disappointing. Diane started by removing my old gel polish with the filing drill, at 1st I thought she'd remove the top layer and then soak--as it should be--I was wrong. She filed all the polish off leaving the nails so incredibly thin and fragile. The service felt so forced, like doing the bare minimum was asking for too much. When Diane was "cutting my cuticles" she failed to use any cuticle softener, I could feel the tugging & pulling of my skin and she would only go in on the edges, it felt like a very lazy approach. I was very uncomfortable and unhappy with the manner in with my nails were being treated that I decided to cut the service before she applied polish. I left with NO cuticles cut, despite the step being "completed" & with some of my old polish still visibly there, but I paid the price of a complete manicure... read more

In the beginning of February, I went to go get a full set and a pedicure. Reading the reviews they looked really good so I tried it out for my first time when I went into the location. The customer service was amazing. I got a pedicure and it was the most expensive one which I believe is $40. And the thing that I was really concerned about my pain was to get the callus taken off and to the ingrown removed. My ingrown were still in there I don't think she took anything out or tried to. The woman was very nice, but she was too gentle after two hours of having my toes done. They began to chip and looking closely it look like they smeared off as far as that I rate the pedicure a 4/10 I would not recommend it as far as my full set I was really in love with the way they came out. The woman was very nice. I went in with a reference photo and it blew my mind when the way they came out. I read it a 10 out of 10 and I would go back for another full set read more

I'm like Marilyn d., I've been a loyal customer with the Tech Diane. I wanted something that will keep my nails long and strong and from splitting and they informed me to get dip powder and I ask if my nails would become thin and they said no. At the beginning she did a good job, and some of the other ladies there are very polite and a joy to meet. But after awhile she became to relax and doing my nails became less and less beautiful to me. The last time she did them on my right hand the same nail lifted always and I brought it to her attention and she copped and attitude with me, I always tipped her very good, and I don't think they should have their Tech ask a customer to tip them with cash I was using a CC for payment. When a customer let them know about their nails they should listen and not get and attitude. I will not be using their service again. read more

This is second time I came here for the pedicure service. The first time I had Lynda, she is very patient and gentle, my ingrown nails also gone. This time I came back and I saw her was busy, then I had other technicians did my feet. Unfortunately, This technician was too rush, my cuticle not looked good and I was not be able to relax at all. I kind of remember her name but I don't want to mention here. Maybe because the holiday is coming, and shop gets busier. Not sure if I want to come back or not. Hopefully the owner will see this comment and find the way to improve their services soon. read more

worse place to go I went in with my mother in law for the first time and they nail tech cut the corner of my fingers really bad and not only did they mess up on my nails but on my mother in law they gave her the wrong shape of nails and when she had told the tech the lady said that she can't fix it cause she will charge her extra but why if the nail tech was the one who messed up. for my nails my of my fingers are in pain we're she cut me terrible service. read more

I got my nails done on December 18th, 2024 for the holidays and they just now started coming off on January 16th, 2025. They have lasted me so long and my nail artist did such a good job to make sure everything was symmetrical and even. My nails were in very bad shape when I went in(brittle, thin and very very short due to me picking at them) and my artist made sure to put down extra acrylic and glue to make them sturdy. Been here twice and I'm hooked! When it comes to dip nails, Zoe does an awesome job. I appreciate that she is attentive, asks what I prefer and she stays away from overfilling my nails. My last set lasted nearly 2 months! Great place to get trendy nail designs, and the atmosphere has been friendly both times. This place is used to one of my favorite place. However, I feel like the quality of service is not as good as before. I think because they hire a lot of new technicians and they dont get trained enough like old technicians. My mom and me stoped by yesterday for pedicures, I very disappointed , My cuticles were red and bleeding, the color is not evenly, and it was only 30 mins for deluxe pedicures. I had a disappointing experience at this nail salon. I felt uncomfortable because the staff was judging my nails and talking amongst themselves about me in a way that made me feel self-conscious.
