Oh wow... where do I even begin... 1) called to make a reservation for 3. They said yes! I thought that meant 3 together at the same time. It turned out one lady doing all three one at a time. We went here unexpectedly and were accepted by the staff. We had to wait over one hour to get work started. The shop was decently furnished and was okay cleanliness wise. My attendant was patient with my feet as I haven't had a pedicure in 6-months. She worked diligently on my feet. She did a good job overall and worked with care. Do not come here. Wish I could give 0 stars. They will try to upsell you on a product they don't know how to use. Showed up at 11:15 to get a full set, I've been here twice before (to get a full set for the 1st time, then a fill.) Jaclyn usually takes a long time but they turn out fine. Not this time, never again. Instead of soaking off my current acrylics, she popped mine off with her fingernail. After saying ow, you're hurting me multiple times, she did not stop and proceeded to rip all of my nails off by hand (literally.) I ask her if she can at least shape them before putting tips on because I like them nicely shapen underneath. She says no. LOL I should have seen the red flags then. Then after discussing that I wanted acrylics, she proceeded to talk me into gelx nails. I said no thank you once, caved after the 2nd time. She starts to put the gelx nails on. My pinky is a tiny bit crooked but I'm not going to nitpick, I'm sure she will fix it. She gets to my middle finger and puts it on crooked, I ask her if she notices it's crooked and she goes oops! Let's try again. After curing it, she RIPS it off my finger and reglued it on. OW, first of all. 2nd of all, can you not use acetone like any sane person? You're tearing my nail beds apart. She puts it on one more time, and I swear it looks like the little hand is on the 2, it is worse than the first time.. I try to tell her it's crooked but she cures it again. Then I tell her, it's really bad. And that's when she admits that she is better at acrylics. GIRL I CAME HERE FOR ACRYLICS LETS DO THOSE! I'm not mad at this point, I just want my nails done for a date I have planned and I'm desperate at this point. I think she's going to soak off my gelx (wishful thinking) instead she literally cuts the crooked tip off, buffs down what she can on my middle finger & starts measuring acrylic tips over the gelx. I say hmmm you're putting acrylic over what you did in gelx? Once she says yes, I say it'll look lumpy please take it off first. She. Continues. To. Measure. The. Tips. AND STARTS TO GLUE THEM!!! I grab my bag and book it for the door, but not without her grabbing my hand and trying to keep me there! Had to yank it away and run out. An hour of my life wasted and I only had two nails and one ugly lump. Ended up crying at another nail salon, where they were all astonished that she did this to my nails, and they were afraid to even file my nails due to the fact that she filed them sooo thin that they were aching because they were so thin. I walked in to try to get a fill on an acrylic full set, & Jaclyn insisted that she could do it the next day. Here I am on time for my appointment, & I only see a non professional grade nail filer on her table. I let her work and did not assume, but my assumption was right. She could not fill my acrylic nails. I A few months later i tried again & walked in to get a pedicure, and jaclyn cut me. So I was in dire need of NYE nails so I had to give this place on more shot. First of all only three girls were working... None of whom I recognized but one, whom unfortunately I didn't know the name of or surely is have requested her. My nail tech basically decided for me she was going to do "ombre" with glitter. Not what I wanted but I rolled with it. I sat in misery for over an hour while she basically effed up my nails. I told her I didn't like it. You could see my naked nail under clear gel with file marks & then some ratchet pink glitter on the top. It looked like a kindergartener did them. I told her kindly I didn't like it & surely she redid them, with the colour I had originally chose & I told her just out the glitter on top the entire nail. Girl was SKIMPY with the glitter!! The heck??? My nails looked better when I did them myself in high school with 99cent Wet & Wild silver glitter. I was nicked several times - once where I bled so naturally I freaked out with what had happened to me in the past but I can at least say I didn't get any infection as it has been over a week now. Yay. Nevertheless they look okay from afar, but this is the end of my patience for this place. My business I will take elsewhere. I sure do miss my original nail tech, Nicky. Wish I knew where she'd gone. RIP a professional relationship we'd had since 2014. I went in for a gel removal because my usual nail salon didn't have an appointment open until May and this salon was near my house. The woman was very sweet, but she did not do the best job. I had to say "ow" and pull my fingers away because she would file too much/too deep? My nails started burning. Also on one nail she filed way too much on the surface so it took off a layer of my nail (you could kind of see it in the picture). I asked them why and they said service fee. I asked them why again and they didn't have an answer. Not a big deal due to the small amount. Walked-in for a mani-pedi $29, got callus scrub $5 and buff and shine $5. Tracy (her apron says Tracy) did my manicure and buff and shine. It sucked! Lazy - used equipment to buff and shine, then used the shining bar. Her massage sucks. She wears gloves so when getting the massage you get the friction from it. The shine you get is from the oil she puts on, when you take it off, the real buff not so shining at all! She forgot to buff my other hand when I pointed it to her and she slapped my hand. Wendy (her name tag says Wendy) did my pedicure, nothing spectacular or made it impressive. Furniture is worn and you are practically sitting on the hard surface. I do like the funny show they have on. Also, they don't allow you to put tip on the card - so if you don't have cash make sure you bring some for tipping. My first and never going to come back! Save yourself the time and money. Got dip gel nails and my nails are streaky and lumpy. Nails are not filed evenly and they didn't even use a cuticle cutter to trim my cuticles. They are not gentle while filing and have cut me multiple times and now my fingernails are aching and stinging. All their tools look unsanitized and straight up looks dirty like they haven't been cleaned in awhile. Gross. Go elsewhere. read more

Everyone is nice. The lady doing my pedicure was super nice and so was the man doing my manicure. I came in for gel manicure and a regular pedi. Per the standard, the lady offered to upgrade for a massage and a hot stone to total $33 but I declined. I did accept her offer for the callous remover. The man doing my gel nail manicure didn't bother to ask for the upgrade. He nicked my thumb and it bled a little. But hey, accidents happen, it's just not something anyone would be happy about. No apology on his end even though I'm pretty sure he knew I felt it and HELLO, blood is right there! The callus remover wasn't very effective, in fact I feel that my feet were a bit rougher than when I came in. End result and the edges of my manicure is messy. First time not going with Emily and I highly REGRET it. I got Jenni. She's very sweet and nice but after my nails dried I noticed 8 nail beds looked sunken in and had a black line. I was very sweet in asking her if she thought I should change the polish since it seemed like the polish was the problem not the technician. She just smiled and added another layer of top coat. Did NOTHING for the problem took my money and gave me my change and walked away. Might I asked the salon was Empty besides my self getting a plain manicure and one other girl getting a pedi. There were 4 technicians in the back hanging out which shows how slow it was. On one nail there was even polish on my skin. I went here today I arrived at about 6 it was empty I picked a color and was seated in the pedicure chair right away Wendy started the water was cold I asked her to make it warm she let become scolding hot I was burned and there was steam coming out of the foot tub. I let her continue I went in for a pedicure and gel manicure still no one had started on my hands. When Wendy was cutting the cuticle she made me bleed from my toes so now I was burnt and cut. It took Wendy a whole hour on my toes after being burnt and cut she couldn't even duke or cut down my toe nails to make them even. It's now 7pm and they are closed there's some sort of problem with a charging a $12 tip on the previous customer but the machine ran out of paper and that nail tech started yelling at Jaclyn the lady that had just now after waiting an entire hour for started on my hands. They start yelling and screaming at each other in I think Vietnamese while Jaclyn was arguing and yelling with this other employee she was getting rough with me doing my hands kept hurting me she took a long time it took over an hour. I spent over 2 hours there received bad customer service and service in general was cut burned and stabbed with the tools she even got crazy with the nail file I left and my gel nails are stuck to my skin ‍ . I been there before it's overpriced but they are capable of doing a good job but today was the absolute worst I've ever had and can't recommend anyone else going here I used to bring my friends here not anymore !!! read more

WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD. PLEASE READ THIs. This is my first yelp complaint EVER. I'm not one to complain about bad service being that I work in customer service, but I have never experienced anything like this before. I got to the nail salon at 2:30. Jacklyn asked me go come back at 3:00 because she was doing someone's nails. I came back at 3:20 and she was still doing the same woman's nails. So I had and waited for another 10 minutes. She began to work on my nails and I told her I like the sides thick and not narrow. She began to clean my cuticles and immediately cut me. I know that that can happen time to time so I didn't say anything. But then it persisted to happen on other fingers. Halfway through a mother and her children came in. The mom was looking to get her sons black heads removed because they offered that service. She asked me to wait for 5 minutes so she can go work on him. Keep in mind I was the only person there getting my nails done and there were 3 other workers not working. I told her I couldn't wait because I had plans and I had to go. She had already been doing my nails for an hour at this point. So she continued to work on my nails. In the meantime one of the mothers daughters was sitting on a chair next to me and the chair bumped into a glass vase the salon had that was sitting on a little table it fell over and broke. The little girl seemed startled and scared and I asked if everything was okay just to make sure no one was hurt. Not even the workers asked the little girl if she was okay. The mom explain to them that the vase wasn't sitting in a safe place because it was so low to the floor anybody could've walked by and bumped it. It wasn't a little girls fault. They didn't say anything to her and they just cleaned it. Then when I was finished with my nails I told them I disliked them and that my nails didn't match I was bleeding and it looked like somebody put on a big glob and it wasn't filed down. I told him I don't ever complain but I was really unhappy with my nails and I didn't want to pay the $40 they were charging me because I would have to go somewhere else now to have them fixed. Jacklyn would not stop grabbing my hands several times trying to work on them I asked her to please stop and that I didn't want her to continuing to touch my hands. She continued to grab them I stood up and said I have to go I do not like my nails I will pay $15 or $20 or I will tip you but I will not pay the $40.Then she started yelling at me telling me that she was going to fix them telling me how hard she worked telling me that I need to sit back down. Then some guy there who I think is her son started yelling at me as well telling me that I have to pay the $40 and he was blocking the door so I couldn't leave. This went on for almost 10 minutes. The mother and her kids just sat there and watched. I looked at the mother and made a comment saying this is ridiculous what am I supposed to do? The mom chimed in and said I don't want to be in the middle of this but if she is unhappy maybe you guys should give her a better discount than just $10 off she clearly doesn't like her nails. They told her no and then they started yelling at her saying that the mothers owes the salon new vase. At that point the whole situation became hostile the nail people were yelling at the both of us making inappropriate comments saying things like we're ridiculous. I've never seen a business be so unprofessional. I wish I would have looked at the poor reviews before going there. I've never been yelled at by a someone I am paying I could not believe that any of that happened. The fact that Jacklyn and her son were arguing with me instead of trying to understand why I was unhappy was mind blowing. I left there shaking and very disappointed! read more

I have been going to this place for years. All the woman there are very sweet and willing to do anything you need as long as you ask and communicate. I've noticed with too many of the reviews here and with experiences at the shop that people forget to properly communicate exactly what they want when the ladies are doing their nails. If you don't tell them you don't like something while they are doing it or want your nails to be a little thicker or less thick or more pointy, how will they ever know? They are there to provide what you want and need as long as it's doable. Jaclyn and Kathy provide an amazing job with acrylics. I even got my mom into coming here. So if you go here, you will get amazing service, just remember to communicate what you want especially when they are doing your nails. They are very friendly too if you strike up a conversation. I can't express how happy I am to have a place d like this. I've had so many bad experiences st other nail salons and this place makes up for it. I suggest to make an appt though. This was my second time coming the first times I still wasn't happy with my new set of nails I let it pass I thought maybe it just wasn't my day I came back on 4/28/21 and it was the worst ever jacklyn I believe her name is the First Lady first desk... she cut my cuticles I mean ABOVE my cuticles with the drill she was really harsh she didn't care. And not only that my nails turned out really boldly and thick... the acrylic wasn't even set on my really nail correctly she missed the sides and not only that when I was getting my deluxe pedi the lady doing it, she put the cuticle remover under my foot like it should be but then she spread it all around the top of my foot... if you don't know it's only to be applied under the foot because the chemicals it has is really strong for our skin... so when that happened I mentioned to her my foot was burning... I was ignored twice... I told her again and finally she quickly removed it and really quickly she realized my skin was burned and my skin was peeled off...
