1 Star I had a really disappointing experience here. When I sat down, I was asked if I wanted a design, and I said yes -- specifically a French tip. I was completely fine paying extra, and I was told it wouldn't be a problem. However, once another customer walked in asking for a fill, the technician completely changed her attitude. She started rushing through my nails, brushing over them repeatedly, and seemed visibly annoyed when I confirmed I wanted French tips. It felt like my service suddenly became an inconvenience because she didn't want to "lose" the fill appointment. Out of courtesy for the other customer who was waiting, I ended up settling for a solid color, even though that's not what I came in for. Despite that, my nails were still rushed and messy, and the final result looked sloppy and unfinished. She was nice at the beginning, but once the other customer arrived, the service dropped significantly. I didn't say anything at the time because there were people waiting, but I left unhappy with both the quality and the experience. If a salon offers a service, customers shouldn't be made to feel like a burden for requesting it -- especially when they're willing to pay for it. Unfortunately, this experience was enough for me to say I won't be coming back. read more

Not welcoming place, walked in with a friend and it felt like they were annoyed that we walked in, they started going back in forth in their language trying to figure out who would serve us which was extremely uncomfortable and then to make matters worse I sit in the chair and there's a roach crawling up the side of the pedicure chair... immediately said I was leaving and I tell them there's a roach and the employee just said "ok, they can still do your nails". Had mixed experiences here where some visits were better than others. For one visit, the nail tech was very kind and Lyly was friendly and sociable. They were able to do my nails as requested based on an online picture I showed them as reference. For another visit, the staff weren't as sociable, but were still welcoming. After letting the nail tech know the requested color and style for my nails, she provided the nail swatch sticks for me to point out what I wanted. However, after choosing the sample I wanted, asking if it was the correct color and style during the process, and being reassured that it will look like the sample in the end, my nails turned out different from what was requested, which was a bit disappointing. The nail tech was very detailed and attentive when providing cuticle care and applying the polish though. Overall, the nail techs and owner are all kind and hardworking women, the prices of their services are reasonable, and the interior of the salon is clean and modern. They offer a stamp card where paying with cash for ten visits can be redeemed for $20 off the next visit, and they charge a $1 service fee for card payments read more

My sister and I always pass by this salon and we decided to give it a try on my birthday. We were walks ins and taken right away and my artist was Lyly, the owner. She was incredibly sweet and worked FAST! My nails were done in less than an hour! Usually that scares me, but this is one of the best sets I've ever gotten! She's fast, attentive, efficient, and clean. I only really stick to a deep red color for my nails, but Lyly showed me the "sheer shades" and convinced me to try this pink shade. I am SO glad I listened because it is now one of my favorite shades. She even showed me the chrome finish on one of the nails, which I couldn't say no to, so I ended up getting it on all of the nails. I had also mentioned how my sister was treating me for my birthday, so she ended up giving me a free cuticle oil bottle as a gift. How sweet! I will DEFINITELY be coming back again. read more

Came in for a dip manicure and asked for a new set because it's been awhile. Instead she decided to fill my nails without telling me and only acknowledged it because I was upset that she broke my nail. She told me that she decide to fill my dip instead of replacing the whole thing because that better and decided to chip the dip off my nail that ended up breaking one of my nails. I was very upset but tried to let it go. Now a week later my dip and the gel polish on top are chipping and one finger is infected! Poor service and bad quality products. read more

Okkkk, let me just tell you... this place is BY FAR THE BEST NAIL SALON IN OC... I came here and got my nails done, for disney, and I was in a rush so i randomly got on apple map to find a salon... and the girl did a 10/10!! so then I decided to give it a shot for my pedicure two weeks later and I've had an issue with wearing like shoes so it's been affecting my nail growth and I explained it to the girl I want done and oh my gosh, she transformed my nails on my toes 10/10!!!! (THIS PHOTO IS NOT MY NAILS, JUST REFERENCE) I got my nails done once before & did gel X, they came out very nice & lasted for a while. I would rate that set a 5 star. I decided to go back a second time. Unfortunately, it wasn't the best experience. The service was great but the quality was not good. I got them done on my natural nails & they came out really nice (similar to the photo) but the very next day, the top coat was lifting off my nails & you could see the air pockets within the nail polish. Although, yes, It's common that polish could lift with this kind of 3D design, but getting them professionally done, it shouldn't happen & especially on the very next day. They were very polite when I called & they offered to fix them. I expected to maybe get some of the nails re-done because you could see dust collected within the air pockets but all they did was put more top coat over it. It still looked messy & it just lifted again that very same day. It was the same lady that did my nails in the first place & she also fixed them, the whole process just felt rushed. Overall, it was a little upsetting because I spent money for them to last way less than a week :/ read more

Great place! I have found my new spot. I have had poor experiences recently. (See previous review on shop who bragged about low prices but add ALL things ala carte like cuticle cleaning and simple hand massage). This place included all, cuticle trim, nail buff, gel polish, and simple massage. I paid 60 for gel+ manicure + pedicure w non gel nail color. I don't normally get gel on feet because I am recovering from a toe injury. Still, the ladies were so nice. She explained everything she was doing. She asked me how I liked the color before doing it all, she even offered a solution to get the style I wanted; a darker color with a brighter glitter on top. Very helpful! Cons: none this time. I had a great experience. I will come back! Mezy and Julie did my nails but ther was another lady there who also sounded like she did a good job. I got to talking w a lady that was getting her nails overlay and she said she loves their work. She showed me her nails and it was almost new looking except for a tiny bit of growth. Horrible experience. The owner did my nails LyLy is her name . She was aggravated and annoyed from the start of service . Almost like she was upset she had to work on my nails . She was extremely visibly annoyed and rude ! She made the worst passive aggressive comments about me changing my mind on little things like the color and shape or length. You know once you have something visioned a certain style won't look good on certain shapes, that's why you improvise and make little tweaks here and there . But this lady was narly!!!!! At one point she said it was my fault the nails didn't come out good !
