Not sure if it's because it was a different lady helping me last time, but the experience was not as good as the last time I came. Last time we were greeted warmly and were given complimentary drinks, very nice experience. This time it wasn't as hospitable, other women received a drink so I was confused, a little disappointing, so I might have to just go elsewhere. The pedicure was nice. I have been to bougie nails several times and a few weeks ago Michelle trimmed out my ingrown toenail and cut deep in my skin and it was infected and very painful. So I returned and talked to Steve who's incredible who apologized and put Ana right on me. Anna was not only an expert at fixing my toe issue, although painful, not her fault she took the time to give me one of the best pedicures I've had in a long time. When I asked how much longer it would be, I was told my nail tech was running behind because the previous customer's design was taking longer than expected and that I could just reschedule. Unfortunately, this isn't my first experience with poor scheduling here -- the last time I visited, I also waited around 30 minutes past my appointment time. I understand delays can happen, but repeatedly overbooking and not respecting clients' time comes across as very unprofessional. I loved my experience here! I wanted to book a salon service with promising reviews via ClassPass, and this business did not disappoint. I booked a mani-pedi with my points, and upgraded the mani to gel for $18. They offer a complimentary drink of which they have many options (water, tea, viet coffee, margs, wine, etc.). I chose a mango margarita which was really delicious! The salon itself, btw, is organized, clean, and decorated very cute. But as far as the work she did. Not okay, ill submit pictures and the conversation. She had to fix her nails 2x and we were suppose to go a 3x but honestly I was really not going to go again, id be a horrible person standing there. In a span of 1 week in a half 3x 4-5 nails fell off. Again ill add photos. Clean rips just all of it lifted as if you had a press on. Again this is on a 13 yo girl with healthy nail bits, doesn't play any hand sport, unacceptable. So every fix Vanessa was apologizing and saying she doesn't want to lose a customer she will always fix and what not, problem here this shouldn't happen. You dont want to lose your time coming back every time ? This shouldn't happen. I wasnon the phone with Steven and he assured me it wouldn't happen again, it shouldn't happen. That he was going to watch her... I asked if he can do it. 2nd time ? 3rd ? He says no I cannot because she did the set she has to fix her mistake. ? Tell me why on her 2nd fix another lady is helping her !!!! Oof nope showing you all photos. Lastly place is dirty cloths are old, stained, ripped. Do better. And tools get used and pulled from heat sterilizer on god good luck that they were cleaned. I went in to get a pedicure with a friend and it was an alright experience. We loved that they offered complimentary drinks (I got a Viet iced coffee), and we were seated pretty quickly. The end result is just alright, they missed removing a bit of nail polish on one of my toes but I only noticed after I got back home. The service was decent, and for $38 ($28 for the Refresh pedi + $10 gel add-on) it was a pretty standard pedi. The staff was kind in helping us pick out colors we wanted, and they were quick and skilled in their craft. I did enjoy my time here but I may explore other options in the future. read more

First and last time, this is how they deliver their service, no cuticle removal on toes or hands, my hands look worse than when I came, the nail polish looks different colors, has bumps and it's falling off, same for my toes, looked chipped right away when I tried to explain they told me to come back for a fix, they never fixed it, the were really rude, they didn't provide the service as promised and they refused to fix or refund even when they don't have a sign with the policy of no refund. I reserved the 4:00-4:50 time slot through the ClassPass app and arrived right at 4:00. When I got there, both nail technicians were already working on other clients. I understand that overbooking can happen sometimes, so I didn't think much of it at first. However, my technician seemed in no rush and was spending a lot of time chatting with her customer while I was waiting. She didn't start working on me until 4:30. Even then, she continued getting distracted by conversations with her coworkers while doing my pedicure. I didn't want to be rude, so I didn't immediately mention that I needed to leave by 5:20. I was worried that if I said something, she would rush through the service. I assumed everything would be finished by 5:20. I completely understand that delays happen. What bothered me most was that no one apologized for the 30-minute delay. On top of that, she kept getting distracted while working on me. I know chatting with coworkers is common in nail salons, but this time it felt excessive and unprofessional. At 5:00, I let her know that I needed to leave by 5:20. As expected, she started rushing. She even forgot to shape my toenails after trimming them and went straight to applying the base coat. I usually don't leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing. It didn't feel like my time was valued. I don't think it's reasonable to assume a client can stay past their scheduled time without communication. read more

Was in the area to get married and as a non-groomzilla I naturally waited till the day before the big day to figure out my nail situation. I found it difficult to find a place online that was open early and also lgbt friendly and were it wasn't abnormal for a man or guy to go in. Judging by the double take that a passerby at the window front did, not sure about the latter two look-fors. However, open early with a complimentary glass of wine drew me in. I don't have much to compare with but left de-stressed (the pedi I paid for). I got the sense that they started calling workers to come in when they started to get busy. Didn't really impact me as the early bird here caught the worm. However, I did see a potential customer asked to come back in 30 minutes for a pedicure. If I were them I don't see why I couldn't have been set up with a massage chair and bubbly water at my feet for 30 minutes. Pretty sure I saw a tool go from my foot to the plate to another person's hand. Is that normal? Also heard someone coming in for appointment and then told sorry come back in an hour. It seemed reliable because their pics of their designs are nice and it said a french tip gel manicure would take an hour. I ended up staying there for two hours for a white French tip manicure with bow designs on a few fingers. Not only did the entire appointment take so long, but I had three different nail technicians in the span of my appointment. The first one took the longest and did the bows the worst. After she cured her designs, she asked someone else to do them. The manager tried to do my nails but had someone else do them suddenly (seems like this third person was a friend/family member - not an actual employee). This third lady quickly finished my nails and almost sent me off without an top coat. When I called it out, she applied it while standing up, ready to leave. TLDR; I'm so disappointed and upset at this place. I want to like them because they have good intentions and give complimentary drinks but I really didn't expect a simple set to take 2 hours and for it to not look good. I wish they told me in the beginning that they couldn't do the design before committing me through it. I would've walked away with just the French tip and have been content. read more
