I have been to bougie nails several times and a few weeks ago Michelle trimmed out my ingrown toenail and cut deep in my skin and it was infected and very painful. So I returned and talked to Steve who's incredible who apologized and put Ana right on me. Anna was not only an expert at fixing my toe issue, although painful, not her fault she took the time to give me one of the best pedicures I've had in a long time. I will definitely be back and I will be asking for Ana. Thank you so much.
Called and made request same day availability, good about that. Requested price for dip nails stated $45, when service collected added $5 removal fee. The regular polish pedicure $28. They do offer drinks as well. Overall nice selection of colors, pretty prompt service. I did enjoy the nail shape for my nails, this only the second time getting dip, so I would have to compare price, also noting no massage at end.

I loved my experience here! I wanted to book a salon service with promising reviews via ClassPass, and this business did not disappoint. I booked a mani-pedi with my points, and upgraded the mani to gel for $18. They offer a complimentary drink of which they have many options (water, tea, viet coffee, margs, wine, etc.). I chose a mango margarita which was really delicious! The salon itself, btw, is organized, clean, and decorated very cute. I came in on a Monday afternoon, so naturally, it wasn't crowded and I was serviced immediately by two friendly women. I'm pleased with how my nails turned out, and will return for another service!

Okay, breathhhhh in and out. This place... steven ? Stephen? And I believe his wife are owners and are the reason place is making money. Vanessa our nail tech, whom ill say is kind, respectful. But as far as the work she did. Not okay, ill submit pictures and the conversation. She had to fix her nails 2x and we were suppose to go a 3x but honestly I was really not going to go again, id be a horrible person standing there. In a span of 1 week in a half 3x 4-5 nails fell off. Again ill add photos. Clean rips just all of it lifted as if you had a press on. Again this is on a 13 yo girl with healthy nail bits, doesn't play any hand sport, unacceptable. So every fix Vanessa was apologizing and saying she doesn't want to lose a customer she will always fix and what not, problem here this shouldn't happen. You dont want to lose your time coming back every time ? This shouldn't happen. I wasnon the phone with Steven and he assured me it wouldn't happen again, it shouldn't happen. That he was going to watch her... I asked if he can do it. 2nd time ? 3rd ? He says no I cannot because she did the set she has to fix her mistake. ? Tell me why on her 2nd fix another lady is helping her !!!! Oof nope showing you all photos. Lastly place is dirty cloths are old, stained, ripped. Do better. And tools get used and pulled from heat sterilizer on god good luck that they were cleaned. In my honest opinion our money our time and how hard we work should be valued and considered in this time we live in. And when a company or a business shows you how they do business like this RUN. I want zero stars but I guess one shall do.

Last time we were greeted warmly and were given complimentary drinks, very nice experience. This time it wasn't as hospitable, other women received a drink so I was confused, a little disappointing, so I might have to just go elsewhere. The pedicure was nice. Recently moved to the area and wanted to check out The Boujee Nails. My sister had a Destress Pedicure and enjoyed the service she had. I came in on a Saturday morning for a gel manicure. Their website is easy to navigate to book appointments in case you don't want to call. I was seated right away and was presented with a booklet of colors to choose from. Each staff member I interacted with was so friendly and kind. They also offered me a drink which was a nice touch. My nail technician was fast and efficient, making sure to be careful with the removal of skin around my nails. I had a great experience and can't wait to return in the future for a pedicure next :)
I visited this salon for the first time about a week ago and had a pedicure with Lily -- she's amazing! I went back recently for a simple full set, done by the gentleman there (I didn't catch his name, but I believe he's the only male tech), and he did an incredible job as well -- fast, efficient, and straight to the point. 5 Stars - A Hidden Gem That Truly Cares! I recently moved to Fullerton and was on the lookout for a new nail salon when I discovered Boujee Nails--and I couldn't be more grateful that I did. After a painful experience a few years ago with an aggressive pedicurist and an ingrown toenail injury, I've been extremely cautious about where I go. But from the moment I stepped into Boujee Nails, I felt completely at ease. Michelle was nothing short of amazing. She was incredibly gentle, kind, and meticulous with her work. Her warm, calming presence made me feel like I was in the best hands--literally. I chose the Refresh Pedicure, and it delivered exactly what it promised. My feet felt rejuvenated, pampered, and cared for in a way I hadn't experienced in years. As if that wasn't enough, I was even treated to a free Vietnamese coffee--my absolute favorite! The soothing music playing in the background tied the whole experience together, creating a peaceful and relaxing vibe. Steve was also fantastic. Not only is he a talented nail artist, but he also went above and beyond by personally texting me the menu and options before my appointment. That level of thoughtfulness and customer service is rare to find. Tucked away in a quaint shopping plaza, Boujee Nails is truly a hidden gem. The entire team genuinely cares about your comfort and experience. I 100% recommend this place and will absolutely be coming back!
First and last time, this is how they deliver their service, no cuticle removal on toes or hands, my hands look worse than when I came, the nail polish looks different colors, has bumps and it's falling off, same for my toes, looked chipped right away when I tried to explain they told me to come back for a fix, they never fixed it, the were really rude, they didn't provide the service as promised and they refused to fix or refund even when they don't have a sign with the policy of no refund. Never coming back. Please don't go there.

First time I came to this nails salon, and I have a good experience about the service. One of my friends refer me to specialist technician name Anna. She is the best nail artist in this salon. It's should take time to do my nail, but she did really careful and satisfying. All the technician very friendly and humorous. I feel comfortable and joyful when I do the service. I believe already find the place can do a lot of nail design that I want. read more

I booked an appointment through ClassPass for a Gel Acrylic Full Set. When I arrived, I provided my name and appointment time and showed a photo of the acrylic French-tip style I wanted. I also clearly stated that I was there for gel acrylic. (The whole package was already paid on classpass) Instead of confirming the service with me, the technician proceeded with a different application (what appeared to be Gel-X). Only after the service was completely finished was I informed that there would be an additional $20 charge. At no point before beginning the service was I asked whether I agreed to this additional charge. When I questioned why I had not been informed or given the option to approve the charge beforehand, my concern was essentially ignored. What was especially concerning was that the owner was present and witnessed the interaction but did not step in or address the situation. The overall experience was extremely disorganized and unprofessional, from the appointment check-in to the communication surrounding the service and unexpected charge. I am currently escalating this through the appropriate channels. I also wish I had looked into the reviews more carefully beforehand. There are already multiple people discussing their experiences with this establishment online, including on TikTok. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way. Businesses should not be charging customers unexpected fees after a service has been completed without clearly disclosing and receiving approval for those charges beforehand. I hope the owner takes this seriously and addresses the way customers are being treated. Luckily my situation is being escalated and classpass is investigating. read more

We went a little later in the day at 6:20pm for a mani/pedi and got the basic tier. Overall it was pretty good even tho they closed in 30 min they were able to get me done within the time. They had some music in the background and helped relax too. read more

Second time getting gelX, my first lasted 3.5weeks and then I came in again to get a new set. Absolutely love & the designs always come out great. Last set I got gems and they held on with only a couple coming off closer to week 3, overall really recommend! read more

Was in the area to get married and as a non-groomzilla I naturally waited till the day before the big day to figure out my nail situation. I found it difficult to find a place online that was open early and also lgbt friendly and were it wasn't abnormal for a man or guy to go in. Judging by the double take that a passerby at the window front did, not sure about the latter two look-fors. However, open early with a complimentary glass of wine drew me in. I don't have much to compare with but left de-stressed (the pedi I paid for). I got the sense that they started calling workers to come in when they started to get busy. Didn't really impact me as the early bird here caught the worm. However, I did see a potential customer asked to come back in 30 minutes for a pedicure. If I were them I don't see why I couldn't have been set up with a massage chair and bubbly water at my feet for 30 minutes. Pretty sure I saw a tool go from my foot to the plate to another person's hand. Is that normal? Also heard someone coming in for appointment and then told sorry come back in an hour. Grateful for a good experience that I had but not sure about consistency. read more

I literally can't stop looking at my nails because I'm OBSESSED!! I got builder gel nails and they came out so good. Anna is the one that does my nails and she really pay attention to details. Everyone here is extremely nice and friendly. One thing that stands out about this place is the huge cute selection of charms they have!! I picked out a cute little bow and a hearts on both of my hands. It was such a cute edition to my nails. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! They also do kids' nails too if you're looking for a place to take your little ones to get their nails done read more

I had a great experience with getting a pedicure done here by Vanessa! I came during the week and had an appointment, it was not busy and no wait time. The space is very welcoming and clean and very sweet staff! I love that they offer a free drink while getting your nails done, such a sweet touch! I tried this salon for the first time today (normally I go to a place in Cerritos) and booked my appointment through ClassPass. It seemed reliable because their pics of their designs are nice and it said a french tip gel manicure would take an hour. I ended up staying there for two hours for a white French tip manicure with bow designs on a few fingers. Not only did the entire appointment take so long, but I had three different nail technicians in the span of my appointment. The first one took the longest and did the bows the worst. After she cured her designs, she asked someone else to do them. The manager tried to do my nails but had someone else do them suddenly (seems like this third person was a friend/family member - not an actual employee). This third lady quickly finished my nails and almost sent me off without an top coat. When I called it out, she applied it while standing up, ready to leave. TLDR; I'm so disappointed and upset at this place. I want to like them because they have good intentions and give complimentary drinks but I really didn't expect a simple set to take 2 hours and for it to not look good. I wish they told me in the beginning that they couldn't do the design before committing me through it. I would've walked away with just the French tip and have been content. read more

I'm in love with my nails!!! I've been getting my nails done by Anna and every time my nails lasted for over a month with no chipping or lifting. Anna has always been amazing with her designs. She really paid attention to details and all the designs were hand drawn by her. She's super talented and I've never been happier with my nails. Everyone in the salon was so sweet and professional. I highly recommend The Boujee Nails to anyone. You will not be disappointed by the service you receive here. read more
