They were able to fit me in immediately on a whim which I was grateful for! The location is a little bit off from what's listed. I followed Google maps and it brought me to some dead end industrial area. The shop is small but there is plenty of parking in the front. The technicians were really nice and seemed super friendly with the other patrons in the shop. I gathered that they have consistent regulars. I got an acrylic full set and requested a design on each nail. I showed example photos and she spent a long time talking to me about what I wanted. I basically asked for swirly neon lines and gave her free rein. I got a lot of compliments on my nails and they lasted a full two weeks before starting to chip. I've never been the type to get a fill; I always just peel the whole things off. These peeled off super clean. They didn't break apart and I wasn't left with random bits of acrylic on my nails. I would definitely return if in the area.
This review is only for my nails and the service I received. My bridal party and I had an appointment late afternoon to get our nails done for my wedding. We were a bit uncertain just turning into the little strip it was located in. I got a mani and a pedi while everyone else just did a mani. My nail tech was friendly and chatted with me throughout both the mani and pedi. I think she was gentle enough while cleaning my feet. I warned her that my cuticles are prone to bleeding because the past manicures I've gotten, I've had a few fingers bleed. She was able to do it without any bleeding (woohoo!). She spent time working on my nail design. Diana also helped pull some pearls or stones to use. I wish I got the name of my nail tech- she was able to speak to me in english. A month later, most of them lasted other than the pearls/stones on my left middle and ring finger (but at least it held up for the wedding haha). I believe only certain nail techs do designs so you will have to mention it up front to them when making an appointment.
I hadn't been to Diamond Nails in almost a year and I was worried that it wasn't there or had changed but it was as awesome as always. My favorite girl Susan was still there and did a beautiful job like always. Tracie also did a great pedicure. I will keep going back as this will now go back to being my regular nail salon.

The initial lady I had was so sweet and advocated for me to do a fake nail once I realized she was simply painting on the white tip (even tho my nails aren't as long as the nails I showed her in the Pinterest picture I wanted). So then I was put in Tracy's hands and OH MY GOD. She was so patient w me and did exactly what I wanted. She only put a fake tip on and trimmed it to how I wanted and so only my nail bed was real then she did her magic. This was $58 PEDI: typical gel pedi for me which adds $10. No complaints. I opted for the basic spa pedicure which was $25. Totaled $35 PAYMENT - cash preferred. There's a 5% transaction for card use. They also do Venmo. Tips are cash only Would definitely come here again for my needs. Although it took 3 hours for all my nails, so be more mindful if in a time crunch. Super sweet staff!!!
Went today to get my babies birthday nails done with Diana. She is amazing, some will think she is like a superwoman because of what she can do on nails I like to think of her as an amazing artist with an understanding of what she can actually do. Let me tell you she never seizes to amaze me but I try to be very considerate of what I ask of her. So today my daughter wanted Leonardo (ninja turtle nails) and bam look at this! And my son lives in n out and bam again! Love, love thank! Thank you Diana! Make sure you book ahead of time because she is a busy woman!
Was referred to this salon as my sister was a loyal client to Diana. I came for a simple French Tip and of course, Diana did an amazing job! I'm extremely picky as I know what I like and can be particular when manicurists don't get the details right. I'm a perfectionist and I'm so glad Diana is too! She cleaned my cuticles well, got all the edges and asked my opinion before moving on with the rest of my nails. I appreciated that because other places I've been do as they please and I have to stop them or end up not liking it. Super kind and sociable. She worked quickly while still ensuring quality. She chose the perfect nude for my skin tone. It looks so natural and when it grew out, you couldn't really tell at all! Had these on for about 3 1/2 weeks and they were still in tact. Thank you! Although I don't get my nails done often, I'll be coming back whenever I do.
Took my cousin to get a gel manicure with French tips. They charge $45 dollars ($5 more then my aunt paid for an acrylic fill) and then less then 5 days later the polish all started to peel and left. Not just wear away or chip but completely peel off in large pieces. Update- when my aunt took my niece back in the essentially laughed at then and dismissed them. Overpriced, rude, poor quality and over all an experience we will not be ever returning too.
I hate having to write this review because Ive had so many great times here, but i believe that same familiarity made the customer service go out the window. I called to check if they had availability for a mani/pedi. (Usually I do a full set) the mom picked up & said they could take me right away. As I arrive, theres noone available to do a pedicure so we just get started with the gel mani. The girl that did my nails (I will not name her because she did my nails before & she was great) seemed to be rushed & annoyed. Kept tugging at my hands & twisting my fingers like they weren't attached. As I noticed her stress, I said it was fine to do the pedicure at a different time. Rushed me to pick the color, so she could put them away. She was being so aggressive with her moves, she ended up breaking the glass container with the blue liquid, she pulled the lid up & it cracked once, & then shattered. Came back, finished my nails. & proceeds to put super hot lotion on both hands. They always ask if things are the right temperature, & IDK if I just pissed her off? Cause that lotion was HOT. As i made it clear my hands were burning she wiped it with a towel. Apologized a bunch of times. Yea thank you. I head to pay, the mom who i believe is the owner asks me how i will be paying, I let her know I wish to use Zelle (like I have before, a ton of times) and she responds, way louder than it needed to be, "Zelle?! zelle?! I dont have zelle". I was raised to respect my elders so i smiled & explained I had used it here before, I pulled up my records & show i had zelled "Jennifer Huynh" , I turn to Diana (oh Diana) and she says "oh thats my sister " & turned back to her seat. (not sure what that was supposed to mean to me?... So I just shut up & let them charge me their 5% card fee. Made sure to tell me NEXT TIME, bring cash. Lol yea... ok. I didn't even bother bringing up the lotion situation. All the times I have been here, Diana only acknowledged me, forget as a customer, but as a ... person? Literally Once. And it was because she was the one doing my nails. Any other time she will look at you like you are unworthy of being in her presence lol . And im sorry girl, idc how talented you are, NOONE is too important to be KIND. Specially if the establishment belongs to your family, get some customer service training in your system. The rest of the girls have been good, I have gotten cut before, but they were sweet & apologetic. & I always tipped them well (even when I bled) With that said, there will be no next time. Time to get my nails done is something I treasure, & to be treated like I am bothering.. or imposing. Ill take my money where it's appreciated. Ps. Test your lotion on your skin first, Next time. :)
The manicurist dug too deep and I had multiple cuts on most fingernails. They even had to put a special powder to stop the bleeding. The worst part was it got infected and it took almost a week to heal. Super painful. I get gel manicures all the time, but I've never had someone cut me up this bad. I don't like to post negative reviews, but I really do not recommend this place.
Absolutely the best nail salon in Fullerton. In the past I've jumped from one salon to the other because there was always something that didn't feel right. That was until we found this salon. We've been coming here for 2 years and have always been treated well. Yes it could use a refurbishment but there isn't much you can do about that. Tracy and Susan are my favorite technicians and are always busy. Make sure you make an appointment, you won't be disappointed.

By far the roughest pedicure I've ever had. I guess beauty is pain? The lady that did my feet was so rough. She kept picking at my skin and around the toenails. It was painful. I get that I have some nails that grow further in the inner corner, but you don't have to hurt me to get that out. The most painful pedicure. It was not relaxing at all. Just painful. Sure, my feet came out fine, but I'd rather it not be painful. It was really hot inside the salon. They didn't have air conditioning going, just the door open. I was sweating and uncomfortable. The warm salon with the pain, was not a great experience. It could have been better... read more

Got my nails done from Ivy. She was very particular about shaping and making sure everything was even across each individual hand and across both hands. She has an eye for detail which is much appreciated. I didnt initially share these were wedding nails but once I said it out loud she was kind to make sure to get the wedding nail vibe dream. Gel fill from previous gel set. My nails were close to 3 weeks old and asked if the nails were still good to fill. Ivy was able to get it done. Plus the French tip, swirl, and pearls and gems. $65 +tip to Ivy. They're absolutely beautiful. read more

AMAZING!!! i got a really bad dip mani done a week ago and needed a new set for a wedding this weekend. i called ahead and booked a late afternoon appointment, and they were so kind to squeeze me in despite the late notice. Susan did my nails and she did amazing! it was exactly what i asked for, and she was so patient with me. she also checked multiple times to confirm that i was liking the shape and color of everything. i had a color that i wanted to match a dress and she helped me pick the perfect one to match. the price was also very fair! i would highly recommend this nail salon! read more

It's Alive, ALIVE I absolutely LOVE my Bride of Frankenstein inspired nails by Diana. I told her I wanted Tim Burton vibes, showed her a few inspiration nails and she gave me a masterpiece. Thank you so much Diana for the amazing work, I'm Mad, absolutely M A D about them Diana is so sweet and genuinely dedicated to giving her clients a wonderful experience. I found my forever nail home. Its been a struggle for me to find somewhere I am completely satisfied with but Diamond Nails really made that decision for me so natural. They outdid themselves with the service. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. My nail artist was sweet Susan who made my vision a reality and for pedicure Gina took the best care of me. Both ladies had hands of angels and helped me decompress and relax before my event later tonight. I left happy and relaxed, thank you Gina & Susan! tl;Dr color is beautiful when I left but two days later, after less than normal use (no dishwashing, house chores since I'm out of town), color faded and discoloration, striping. Not pleased. Very disappointed. S T A R R A T I O N A L E Gave 4 stars originally because Ivy came highly recommended, was friendly, price was good. Minus 1 star because of how uneven the SNS nail layers were and because they said it would take 1 hr and they assured me that worst case, it definitely wouldn't take more than 1.5h but it took well over 1.5h. After 2 day update, I'm subtracting 2 stars because of how terribly my nails faded, unevenness, discoloration and chipping. The low price is not worth the current nail look.. I am back on the east coast so it's not like I can get it fixed, nor would I want to. I'm going to get it taken off. TWO DAY UPDATE::::: As you can see in the attached photos, the white matte is no longer white, the color is faded so it has an ugly yellow tint. because it's faded, the unevenness of the application is even more pronounced. The color looks striped too, because the color faded. It's terrible. I've gotten SNS nails before and I've never had it fade or chip or it be so uneven. The nails with the glitter look fantastic still. Still white and the glitter stayed on really well. But because of this matte situation, I will either not come back, or if ever I do, I will not get matte, here. I'm very disappointed. ORIGINAL REVIEW::::: S E R V I C E white sns coffin nails, with middle and ring finger glitter, with nail tip extensions My friend recommended Ivy so I tried her out. She's very friendly. Her English is quite good. She seems to be good at what she does. When I showed her the photo, she said it would look best with a grey base but I wasnt sure that grey would look good on my skin tone so I asked for white matte + white w glitter. After she did the nails, she said she would recommend this combo to other customers. She said she loved the look! She did do a good job! My only gripe was that, from the sides, the nail is not angled like a natural nail. It's very flat and uneven (the nail bed where the powder is pressed on, is lumpy) but from the top (looking down at the nails) it looks beautiful so I don't mind as much since the price is so good I made a reservation a day earlier for the next day at 1300 and sent/showed photos of what I wanted. Never have I ever found a nail tech (shoutout to Diane!) that knew what I wanted/looked for right away! I told her what color schemes I gravitated towards and she immediately showed me colors that match best with my skin tone. After every visit, she would ask if I wanted to try something new and would offer subtle colors that I liked. All of this to say, I book her in advance because she is ALWAYS booked! And my nails with polygel last such a long time as well! She also takes her time with your cuticles too. Thank you for showing me a whole new perspective into the nail world! read more
Requested an appointment on yelp and immediately got a response and quick replies! Was able to get a same day appointment. I was 20 minutes early and they were able to seat me immediately too! Kim was very friendly. I came in for a fill and she improved the shape and thickness of my acrylic from my last appointment from a salon elsewhere. I showed her what I wanted for my nails and she made suggestions on other ways to do my nails. I agreed and I loved it! Been getting compliments everywhere I go! read more

Another excellent fill and pedi from Diamond! Tracy never disappoints! Her acrylics/fills are flawless, never hurt, under an hour and she cares how they come out!! I can usually get a weekday morning appt quickly! I like the girls here.. the chat is good!! Susan does a thorough pedi and really works to get the dirt out and dead skin off!! They will do a design or vary colors as requested and the fee is fair!! read more

This is the absolute best nail salon I have ever been to! I've never left a salon so happy and impressed! The whole team is friendly and understands your needs. Tammy did my pedicure and Ivy my manicure! Tammy took extra care in making sure my toes looked clean and symmetrical. Now Ivy...I've never had someone be so articulate and precise on shape and appearance. She made sure every nail looked like the other. I got a manicure done last Saturday, and it was one of the worst manicures I've ever received. Just a few days later - one nail is chipped, multiple nails are cracked halfway down because she didn't file the sides, and I have two hangnails (TWO!!!). The gel on my nail doesn't even cover the whole thing. I called to try to get a refund (I live 2 hours away and was just visiting a friend), but the receptionist said I had to come in. I offered to send a photo or video or even FaceTime, and I was told no. I asked to talk to the owner, who was extremely nice when I was there, and I was told "no". I paid with Venmo - it's pretty easy to look me up. I'm really disappointed because this is my best friend's favorite place, and she's a regular. I'm giving 1 star for the manicure and the phone service. I need to go get my nails redone. read more

my forever favorite nail salon!! i only come here a few times a year for special occasions, but every time has been a great experience. Although a small space, it's nice and clean, the staff are so so welcoming and kind, and the energy in here truly feels homey and familiar. I got my nails done today by Ivy. Right off the bat I told her my budget, showed her my inspo pic, and she made it happen. we had wonderful easy conversation, she gave me advice on life and we just chatted throughout the session. The care she put into making sure my nails came out the way I wanted was truly quality. She went back multiple times to fix up little tiny things just to make sure my nails came out perfect. Ask for Ivy!! she will do you right :) she even suggested gold flakes and wow was it such a good touch. this gorgeous masterpiece for $75!! they don't overcharge and their service is great. highly recommend ! read more

I came across this salon in 2020 during COVID when only the OC was open for business. I'm grateful for that day, Diana who happened to be available took me in for a manicure and till this day I cannot get over her amazing work! Everyone here is extremely nice, caring, and dedicated to making sure you have a pleasant experience. I wish I was better with writing reviews because they deserve it but I know the pictures will do justice!
