I went here for the fist time yesterday, was going to a friend's wedding and wanted to get a mani/pedi. I called around 10:30am and was able to set up a 12pm appt so I wouldn't have to wait in case they got busy. I was taken to my seat right away, given a complimentary little bottle of water and baggie of chips. The massage chair felt great, they were clean and safe wearing gloves and using a disposable cover for the foot bath. After showing a picture of what I was looking for they brought me shades of the color I wanted and were able to do a matte effect. Have recently moved to the area and found my go to spot! I only get gel pedicures. Very good price ($37). I only go to Nina. I like that she lets me have my peace time; to sit, listen to my podcast, and get a massage. They offer you chips and water which can be super helpful because I tend to always forget to grab a drink before going out. Salon is super clean. Chairs are always ready to go. I usually will call and ask if they can take a walk in so I'm not just barging in while they're busy. They're the best! read more

However, 3 days later my nails started falling off. Gel X - when done well - is supposed to last at LEAST 2-3 weeks. So I came back on the 15th. They "fixed" it for me, but now only A WEEK later, FIVE of my nails have already fallen off. I'm not sure if it's their poor technique, faulty products, or bad attitude that makes their Gel X not even last you a full week. I didn't like how they started off my nails I have gel x nails and been doing them at a different place for 2 years so you soak off nails.. this place started off by peeling off my nails with a acrylic nail and broke my nail bed when my real nails been healthy under my gel x nails , I had to ask them if they could soak my nails because they didn't start off with that and it hurt really bad like burned but they said it would be $10 to take off nails with a service but since they hurt me I didn't want nails no more so they changed the price to $20 to take off my nails which is insane seeing I told them they hurt me. I let them do my pedicure and same goes with that I had two acrylic toes and they tried to take it off with a fake nail NOT soaking my nails until I asked them once again they were not caring if they messed up my nail beds and that should be a concern considering they're a nail salon ? My acrylic toes they fixed didn't even come out even and my total for taking off nails and doing my toes not right even the service was $75 . They didn't bother doing a full spa service like the normal massage normal scrub normal stuff for a #1 spa service so I don't recommend this place. I got a mani pedi 4 days ago. I noticed after I was done with my mani I was sore from where she was working on the side of my cuticle was extremely sore. I ignored it. Then come today 4 days later it still is sore and I noticed the skin where it was cut, had a lot of dead skin around it. I think my finger was contaminated with dirty instruments. I had an appointment for 5:30 and wasn't started until 6 pm. It was kind of busy so I didn't mind they did take me last mi Ute. I had a removal and new set . Natalia recommend dip powder and recommend a pretty color ,however I don't know if she rushed or didn't have a lot of experience with powder my nails are so lumpy and uneven! I'm so upset. They were about to close so I didn't have time for them to be fixed and they charged me 45 dollars !!! Decided to try this place for the first time and made an appointment for around 12pm on a Thursday, but it wasn't busy so my appointment wasn't necessary. Before I made my appointment, I looked through Yelp and saw a good amount of reviews about the technicians cutting too deep into the skin causing customers to bleed, but I disregarded those reviews thinking it most likely won't happen to me. Customer service was great and the technician I had was very sweet. I had requested ombré, but she said she didn't know how and was willing to try. With that being said, I stuck to getting a solid color. Also, she ended up cutting me on my index finger and a little on my ring finger. As she was applying the nail polish, I was bleeding. As I was paying out, I was still bleeding. I asked for maybe a bandaid, but they didn't have any. I decided to try this place because of all the good reviews but was highly disappointed with my treatment here. I informed the girl at the front and the woman who would be doing my nails several times that I just wanted a regular gel manicure. The woman who would be doing my nails (chair 4, she never gave a name) then handed me a box of nail color samples and I chose a glittery lilac color for my nails. I had noticed she was doing a different color on my nails but it was a nice color so I let it be because at this point, I had been there over an hour already with her. The gel color she was putting on my nails was all bubbly and did not look smooth like gel should look. I was trying to give her a chance to fix it, but then she starts doing a different color on the tips and pulled out a sponge and I got very confused and told her that's not what I asked for. The woman then goes to the girl at the front and they both tell me that what I picked was actually a two color look. I explained again that I told them both I wanted a regular gel manicure and I had picked a sparkly lilac. It seemed as if I was being tricked into doing a design type of nail which was not what I wanted nor had time for. I was very upset by this point and just wanted to leave because the original gel coat looked bad and her trying to "fix" the errors made it so much worse. She even got the gel clear coating all over my fingers so when I put them under the UV lights my fingers were burning. I finally said I needed to go because I was getting to the point of anger. I wound up paying the $36 because I just wanted to run from this place but they honestly did not deserve that money. Wow! I am really impressed with this place. First of all, the quality of work here is amazing give yourself an extra 10-15 minutes because they don't cut corners. My main salon was far from where I currently was and my second go to place didn't have anyone at that time that would do my wife and I appointment so I saw they had good reviews. Everyone working there is very nice the customer service I give a A+... my wife loved it but the lady doing her feet went way too deep and left my wife's toe in pain after the pedicure. My nails came out beautiful but after leaving I noticed a couple hours later that my nails chipped not something you would expect with a gel manicure especially if you spent almost nearly $100 there... Sadly I have to change my review and also warn others. It took me years to find a place I love. Which is why the first time I got a fungus I blamed myself for washing dishes too often. But after the second time and the size of the fungus it's clear that cheap product or dirty instruments are being used. I came in to get my acrylic nails removed? Then a dip manicure. I was there for over 3 hours, and raised my concerns that the service was not going as expected multiple times. The manager came over, and still did nothing. She used the Dremel tool to remove the acrylic, then when asked why she didn't remove all of the acrylic she grabbed a nail tip and proceeded to rip the acrylic off. This ripped my nail off with it, I then asked her to cut them all the same length and she didnt. At this point I just needed to leave so I told her that was enough, just finish the service. I paid and tipped, when I got home and was able to really see them I have acrylic left on every nail, all of the nails are a different length, and filed crooked. I called the next day to ask for a refund, they told me they don't do refunds. They only fix it. Why would I want to go back after I already told the manager it wasn't complete, and spent over 3 hours there? Beware (I did not expect the tip refunded, just the service) read more

I been coming here for 3 years. Anna is the owner and does my nails. When anna isn't available Tammy does them. I've never had any issues with my nails. Actually I been to so many places and normally a nail comes off after a week or 2. At this place they last so long. Today some girl came in demanding they fix her nail. I guess her gel chipped off from 2 days ago after getting them.done. I personally don't do gel because it's a common thing. Any who, the owner was working on another's nails and couldn't assist her right away so she started to complain. She didn't want some one else to fix it and was demanding the owner stop working on the girls hand and fix hers. She was so rude and stormed off. I notice she reviewed the salon complaining about how rude the lady was but she also forgot how rude this client was. Every one was shocked as I sat there drinking my tea and getting a pedi. I'm writing this review because this client has the audacity to complain on yelp after she stormed off making a scene. The ladies here are very welcoming and super sweet. If they mess up they fix it. I heard good things about this place, so I wanted to give it a try. Well can't say I'm impressed. So I started off with the darker blue on Friday. 4 out of the 10 had peeled two days later, mind you this is gel. I went back Monday to have them fixed and I mistakenly said the wrong number, totally my fault. But now it's been another two days and now the light blue is cracked and starting to peel. She also reshaped my 4 nails that day and they are no longer oval. Can't say I'll be going back, but I'm very disappointed in the quality of their nail polish. I don't usually have problems with gel. I've come here about 3 times to do my nails, since my boyfriend has been going to the barbers next door since forever. My first two times I got gel nails It was okay nothing to rave about, pedicure lady can definitely be a little more careful and attentive and paint a bit better. Third time I got dip powder which I absolutely loved ! Perfect shape for my fingers and everything looked good it just took 2.5 hours. I think one of the newer girls did it but she still did a fantastic job. Prices are pretty affordable 40 for powder dip and 30 for pedicure with paraffin and sugar scrub. Went in around 12:30pm on Wednesday for a pedicure and the experience exceeded my expectations!! Pedicure starts at $30 (pedi + sugar scrub), increasing in service prices in increments of $5. I got the one for $35 which included pedi + paraffin wax, and I got regular white polish. I didn't catch the name of person who did my pedicure today, but she was an older lady, and let me tell you, she did a SUPERB job. She was very attentive and detailed, especially when she was doing the cuticles and toe nails. My new white polish looks clean and just, well done. I've been to multiple nail salons, but at least for pedicure, this has been the best experience. Definitely check them out! read more
