I went here for the fist time yesterday, was going to a friend's wedding and wanted to get a mani/pedi. I called around 10:30am and was able to set up a 12pm appt so I wouldn't have to wait in case they got busy. I was taken to my seat right away, given a complimentary little bottle of water and baggie of chips. The massage chair felt great, they were clean and safe wearing gloves and using a disposable cover for the foot bath. After showing a picture of what I was looking for they brought me shades of the color I wanted and were able to do a matte effect. Very happy, would definitely recommend and will.come back for future nail needs!

Anna is my favorite there. she always does my nails so amazing. all the women there are really nice. I love that they always give you water and some chips. Definitely a reliable place.
I have been going to this nail salon for almost a year now and I absolutely love it here! My pedicure's always get done well by any of the nail techs that are there, and I always have Anna do my manicure. My nails always last me for over a month. Everyone in the salon is super sweet, awesome, and treats every customer with respect. The prices are reasonable for the work they put into your nails. I will leave some photos underneath this review to showcase their work and skills.
Best nails place in Fullerston!!! It's clean, comfortable, the vibes are so relaxing. Anna is my regular nail artist and she is amazing! Honestly all of the nails artists are fantastic.
I am OBSESSED with these nails. Anna killed it as always. My go to girl for nails. Definitely recommend coming here. Been coming here for maybe 2 years already, and do not regret it.
My boyfriend and I came in on a rainy Sunday afternoon and took us right in. They gave up chips and water when we got there. I had a little complicated request but the lady doing my toes helped me out and and did a great job. I would give my design request a 9.5 almost perfect but I'm very happy and would come back. The lady who did my bf toes I would give her a 8/10 She rounded out his toes and cut a little deep and didn't cut one short enough but his toes look great lol Overall I would be back :)
DO NOT COME HERE FOR GEL X!! I came here on Nov 10th to get Gel x. I felt like they were pretty condescending towards me if I questioned anything they did, but I decided to brush it off. However, 3 days later my nails started falling off. Gel X - when done well - is supposed to last at LEAST 2-3 weeks. So I came back on the 15th. They "fixed" it for me, but now only A WEEK later, FIVE of my nails have already fallen off. I'm not sure if it's their poor technique, faulty products, or bad attitude that makes their Gel X not even last you a full week. Extremely disappointing and the biggest waste of my time and money.
DO NOT come here if u want to be hurt. I didn't like how they started off my nails I have gel x nails and been doing them at a different place for 2 years so you soak off nails.. this place started off by peeling off my nails with a acrylic nail and broke my nail bed when my real nails been healthy under my gel x nails , I had to ask them if they could soak my nails because they didn't start off with that and it hurt really bad like burned but they said it would be $10 to take off nails with a service but since they hurt me I didn't want nails no more so they changed the price to $20 to take off my nails which is insane seeing I told them they hurt me. I let them do my pedicure and same goes with that I had two acrylic toes and they tried to take it off with a fake nail NOT soaking my nails until I asked them once again they were not caring if they messed up my nail beds and that should be a concern considering they're a nail salon ? My acrylic toes they fixed didn't even come out even and my total for taking off nails and doing my toes not right even the service was $75 . They didn't bother doing a full spa service like the normal massage normal scrub normal stuff for a #1 spa service so I don't recommend this place. Didn't bother no other service or refund for messing up
Anna has me ready for Spring! Still my go to nail spot! I love her creativity, I just gave her a color theme, and she came up with everything else.

Because of this experience, I won't be going back.
Everyone was super welcoming! It was my very first time getting both my nails and toes done. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area, even if it's a bit of a drive, it's 100% worth it.
I got an acrylic set along with a pedicure. My pedicure came out amazing and Anna did an amazing job on my nails! I attached an inspiration pic + what she did! It came out amazing!

My stringent and sweaty workout routine no longer allows me to do Gel x, so I'm back on my acrylic game. The tricky part is always finding someone who can truly shape a nail beautifully and I was so happy to find Anna over at Victory nails to do the job. Arrived on a calm Sunday afternoon and was greeted and sat right away. Anna and her crew were so sweet and kind! I spent a solid hour in the chair gabbing away and enjoying getting pampered. I had an appointment for 5:30 and wasn't started until 6 pm. It was kind of busy so I didn't mind they did take me last mi Ute. I had a removal and new set . Natalia recommend dip powder and recommend a pretty color ,however I don't know if she rushed or didn't have a lot of experience with powder my nails are so lumpy and uneven! I'm so upset. They were about to close so I didn't have time for them to be fixed and they charged me 45 dollars !!! Not to mention I had a pedicure for my nice and needed one of her nails fixed they took over 2.5 hours we did not leave until 7:50. I am very unhappy with my new set read more

Decided to try this place for the first time and made an appointment for around 12pm on a Thursday, but it wasn't busy so my appointment wasn't necessary. Before I made my appointment, I looked through Yelp and saw a good amount of reviews about the technicians cutting too deep into the skin causing customers to bleed, but I disregarded those reviews thinking it most likely won't happen to me. Customer service was great and the technician I had was very sweet. I had requested ombré, but she said she didn't know how and was willing to try. With that being said, I stuck to getting a solid color. Also, she ended up cutting me on my index finger and a little on my ring finger. As she was applying the nail polish, I was bleeding. As I was paying out, I was still bleeding. I asked for maybe a bandaid, but they didn't have any. Not the best first time experience here.. but at least the polish was applied really well lol read more

Nails came out cute! However it wasn't until I left that i noticed two of my nails weren't shaped correctly, the process felt kind of rushed at the end since there were more people waiting so I didn't get a chance to check. I also got a few cuts on my cuticles but nothing major ! The total was $65 + tip. I also noticed that he was using tools from a tin labeled soiled, which i'm guessing means the tools aren't clean which is also a concern, the experience wasn't the worse but I doubt I will return. read more

I decided to try this place because of all the good reviews but was highly disappointed with my treatment here. I informed the girl at the front and the woman who would be doing my nails several times that I just wanted a regular gel manicure. The woman who would be doing my nails (chair 4, she never gave a name) then handed me a box of nail color samples and I chose a glittery lilac color for my nails. I had noticed she was doing a different color on my nails but it was a nice color so I let it be because at this point, I had been there over an hour already with her. The gel color she was putting on my nails was all bubbly and did not look smooth like gel should look. I was trying to give her a chance to fix it, but then she starts doing a different color on the tips and pulled out a sponge and I got very confused and told her that's not what I asked for. The woman then goes to the girl at the front and they both tell me that what I picked was actually a two color look. I explained again that I told them both I wanted a regular gel manicure and I had picked a sparkly lilac. It seemed as if I was being tricked into doing a design type of nail which was not what I wanted nor had time for. I was very upset by this point and just wanted to leave because the original gel coat looked bad and her trying to "fix" the errors made it so much worse. She even got the gel clear coating all over my fingers so when I put them under the UV lights my fingers were burning. I finally said I needed to go because I was getting to the point of anger. I wound up paying the $36 because I just wanted to run from this place but they honestly did not deserve that money. Everyone is saying I should ask for a refund but the service I received was so bad, I don't ever want to step foot in that establishment again read more

First time coming here! I've been looking for a spot around Fullerton, bounced around. I tend to like trendy nails and designs. I haven't been able to find a good spot in Fullerton that can do what I want. I sometimes have to travel farther out if I wanted something crazy lol but I found ANNA!!! After seeing the reviews, I decided to try it. She was so fast and sweet! Gave me exactly the shape I wanted and color. This time I wasn't doing any crazy design but she still killed it and will definitely be coming for her! Also Tiffany did my toes, I just for white but I'm so picky about my toes and how they're done.. she did a great job as well!!! 10/10 read more

First time getting my nails done for my graduation. I was lucky enough to get a last minute appt with Anna. I asked for something simple and classic but still on trend and she delivered. Staffs were nice and friendly. Nails turned out great. Overalls good service. I'd definitely come back. read more

I will never see another nail tech again. Anna did such a phenomenal job and made me the happiest birthday girl ever! I went in there seeking a simple swirly design and explained that it was for my 25th birthday celebration. Anna was quick to help me think of different design ideas to make this set more special and WOW. So kind, detailed and just a joy to converse with. read more

Wow! I am really impressed with this place. First of all, the quality of work here is amazing give yourself an extra 10-15 minutes because they don't cut corners. I get pedicures with my girlfriend all the time.... But this place deserves a review. I highly recommend getting your feet done here by Nina or Tina... TRISTAN DID MY LADIES HANDS AND THEY LOOK GREAT. Took longer then expected but there's a great bar next store. Enjoy! P.s make sure you get the Deluxe pedicure the massage is great. Sooooooooo here I am ready to get my nails done and I stumbled across this place because 1. My main salon was far from where I currently was and my second go to place didn't have anyone at that time that would do my wife and I appointment so I saw they had good reviews. Everyone working there is very nice the customer service I give a A+... my wife loved it but the lady doing her feet went way too deep and left my wife's toe in pain after the pedicure. My nails came out beautiful but after leaving I noticed a couple hours later that my nails chipped not something you would expect with a gel manicure especially if you spent almost nearly $100 there... I was very disappointed with that. I did go back the next day and they were able to fix it but after they did my nails just seemed off and they didn't hold up as long as usual so I will not be returning here. read more

I'm literally sitting here and watching the ladies hand wash instruments and putting them back in the boxes or in sterilizer Pouches and back in the cart and in the "clean" boxes. Looking closer you can see unsealed pouches marked clean. Wtf is wrong with you guys. That's how infections happen. Do not come here or continue unless you see your tools come from SEALED AUTOCLAVED POUCHES. so hard to find a clean nail salon. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. And you enforce hand washing (which is fine) but not sterility. Ridiculous read more

Sadly I have to change my review and also warn others. It took me years to find a place I love. Which is why the first time I got a fungus I blamed myself for washing dishes too often. But after the second time and the size of the fungus it's clear that cheap product or dirty instruments are being used. Anna does amazing work but I did notice her grabbing drills from an altoids tin labeled SOILED! I should have spoke up but shrugged it off. I've included pics sorry in advance kinda gross. I'd also like to add that 4 days later my friend that I referred to Anna took her nails off to discover a fungus of her own I'll include her pic as well. read more

I been coming here for 3 years. Anna is the owner and does my nails. When anna isn't available Tammy does them. I've never had any issues with my nails. Actually I been to so many places and normally a nail comes off after a week or 2. At this place they last so long. Today some girl came in demanding they fix her nail. I guess her gel chipped off from 2 days ago after getting them.done. I personally don't do gel because it's a common thing. Any who, the owner was working on another's nails and couldn't assist her right away so she started to complain. She didn't want some one else to fix it and was demanding the owner stop working on the girls hand and fix hers. She was so rude and stormed off. I notice she reviewed the salon complaining about how rude the lady was but she also forgot how rude this client was. Every one was shocked as I sat there drinking my tea and getting a pedi. I'm writing this review because this client has the audacity to complain on yelp after she stormed off making a scene. The ladies here are very welcoming and super sweet. If they mess up they fix it. On the plus plus, the have a stamp card. You get a bottle of water and snacks during your visit. Read all the reviews and not just one or 2. read more

I came in to get my acrylic nails removed? Then a dip manicure. I was there for over 3 hours, and raised my concerns that the service was not going as expected multiple times. The manager came over, and still did nothing. She used the Dremel tool to remove the acrylic, then when asked why she didn't remove all of the acrylic she grabbed a nail tip and proceeded to rip the acrylic off. This ripped my nail off with it, I then asked her to cut them all the same length and she didnt. At this point I just needed to leave so I told her that was enough, just finish the service. I paid and tipped, when I got home and was able to really see them I have acrylic left on every nail, all of the nails are a different length, and filed crooked. I called the next day to ask for a refund, they told me they don't do refunds. They only fix it. Why would I want to go back after I already told the manager it wasn't complete, and spent over 3 hours there? Beware (I did not expect the tip refunded, just the service) read more
Found my nail home! Quality, service and pricing = all 5 stars! Quality products: Someone as busy as I am - it's hard to spare a couple hours to sit at the naill salon. Therefore, my frequency is every 3 weeks. Happy to say that my nails last that long, no chips or lifting! A girls dream. Service: these ladies, no matter who you get are amazing! they are thorough in their treatments, take their time and are so sweet! Pricing: decent prices! You can get cheaper in this area but I rather pay a bit more for quality and service. That's all that matters & the products they use are prob higher quality - which is why you pay a bit more. Quality over Quantity ladies. Since moving to Anaheim in Jan 2019, I've gone to 4 different salons looking for my new home. Happy to say I have found it at Victory! 4th time here (consistently) and won't be leaving anytime soon. Highly recommend for acrylics and awesome pedicures! I live in San Pedro California I drive 45 minutes just to see Anna. I've only been there twice as of now. So first I'd like to talk about my first time few months ago... It was beyond Pleasant! She is very very educated and knows what she's doing which makes me feel very comfortable and excited to see the end results. I went for my second time today and again I was extremely satisfied this is 100% my new nail spot I highly recommend it especially if you've been on the hunt the 10 or15 or20 years lol look no further Anna is amazing with her positive energy and her educated love for doing nails. I also got a pedicure today I didn't catch the lady's name but she was also amazing thank you Victory Nails I love you you are amazing I'll see you soon! read more

I heard good things about this place, so I wanted to give it a try. Well can't say I'm impressed. So I started off with the darker blue on Friday. 4 out of the 10 had peeled two days later, mind you this is gel. I went back Monday to have them fixed and I mistakenly said the wrong number, totally my fault. But now it's been another two days and now the light blue is cracked and starting to peel. She also reshaped my 4 nails that day and they are no longer oval. Can't say I'll be going back, but I'm very disappointed in the quality of their nail polish. I don't usually have problems with gel. They are very friendly and clean though I give them that. And they were nice enough to fix the problem. read more
