I did like how the nails came out in the end but it wasn't what I asked for and they weren't very upfront with the price they said $50 and up over a message and then I find out at the end it was 90 and the person goes over each expense when the nails are done, not before which I didn't like that much. But overall, my nails were not worth $90 at all.!!!

I went in last minute thinking they can do basic gel manicure and cut. My nails are all uneven and crooked. So disappointing. I told the lady she cut the thumb nail short. Her reaction oh okay. If she took ownership of her mistake I would've just let go. But the fact that she knew it's uneven and didn't react and charge extra for nails is ridiculous. Not coming back here.

So today my appointment time was 11am I show up service doesn't start until 1130, then about 1pm service still was incomplete. The lady at the front desk walks pass and starts pointing and talking about the polish I look closely the polish was wrinkled, but clear polish was being applied so once I looked at it she said she'll fix it. I ask how long will it take because I have to leave for another appt she says few minutes by 1:20 I said I cant wait anymore for her to try to fix it I'll come back after my appt. I go to pay and my total is $146 for a gel mani and pedi with chrome!!!!!! Needless to say this will be my last time here! Save yourself the trouble pick a different salon!!!!!!

I happened to pass by this place after getting boba at ShareTea. The place looked empty but it's also at the end of the day. We came in as a walk-in. Place is neat, spacious, and well-lit. The reception (i think she's the owner) was very nice and friendly. We showed her what we want and she was happy to help us with the colors and assigned us with technician, Paul. He was thorough with his work and I was very impressed that he was able to accomplish the desired art design my kid wanted. Thanks, Paul. You made my kid very happy. I had such a bad experience at the salon, Came in to get just a color change on my toenails and I asked for a white French tip, which is something I typically do. The technician working on me, was not able to do the French tip... like half my toe was white and when I asked if we can thin it out, she just said my toes were too small... girl lol. So I asked if she can just paint the whole to white at this point I gave up on trying to get them done. After I asked her to change it she was pretty aggressive with moving my feet around for the gel light curing. She set the machine kind of down on my big toe and after she noticed, she accused me of moving my feet around in there when I was clearly sitting still, and she proceeded to still cure them and asked if she could fix it, she did not lol. So whatever I went to go pay and they were charging me $30 , $5 for gel removal and 25 for just one color. And trust me I'm not wanting to complain about the price but even the one color was so bad I could see my previous gel on toes still .. then when I went up to pay the two girls in the front, we're just chatting for a good two minutes before I was even acknowledged. Also, I was there for a whole hour for this , Definitely will not be coming back. read more

DO NOT COME HERE!! BE CAREFUL WHAT'S BEING USED ON YOU. I came here for a mani pedi service and was VERY disappointed by the sanitation practices.. As a licensed nail technician myself I can easily recognize when disposable tools (like files and buffers) have already been used. The file and buffer used on me were not new.. they had visible wear, with the white spots that appear after prior use. The tech tried to hide the worn side and only use the other, but it was clear they were reusing tools. After the service, she placed the file in a section of her cart that looked like it was "waiting to be thrown away," but it was clearly not discarded properly. This is unsanitary and unsafe, especially in a professional salon setting where client safety should be the top priority.. as a nail tech I would NEVER. Both of the technicians working on me were doing the same thing, in their own ways which makes me worry that this is a common practice here. Clients deserve clean, new DISPOSABLE tools for EVERY service. That is industry standard and BASIC hygiene. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon based on what I saw and experienced. Don't risk getting an infection here.. blood borne viruses are no joke. read more

I would not recommend this place. The first time I received a pedicure the technician was too busy looking around and scrubbed my skin so hard it bled. Second time had a different technician she seemed she didn't want to be there. Didn't cut cuticles. Horrible job altogether and got made when the polish on one toe was ruined when she put my shoe on like it was my fault. Her name was Ngan. Will never go back and do not recommend. read more

Lee was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure my nails looked perfect. I got a French tip, and he was quick without cutting corners. The last place I went to took over an hour and a half, but with Laa, I was in and out within an hour and loved the results. So basically these people are money hungry. 5 dollar charge for this 5 dollar charge for that like what is going on. let me just tell you a fill should not be 85$ Ann tried to scam us and charge 85$ but when she pulled out her calculator it did not add up so she started saying there was a 5$ charge to file down and $5 charge to add one nail. I'm absolutely flabbergasted. Then she proceeds to tell us that the guy told us that when he didn't. And don't even get me started on the lady doing my pedicure. She was in a huge rush and when i told her to cut my nails shorter she refused and told me it was fine the way it was. Like excuse me I'm paying you to do my nails why are you refusing what I want. Then she gives me a weak ass 3 minutes massage and she started the timer way before actually doing it. THEN she THREW the hot towel on my legs for 2 SECONDS and took it off. I cant even make this up. THEN SHE LEFT ME IN THE CHAIR WITHOUT EVEN SAYING IM DONE AND JUST NEVER CAME BACK. Vibes absolutely terrible, do not come here... read more

Usually really like this place but this is the second time I got a man and he didn't listen to anything I said. Got Gel-x and they are crooked asked for straight tapered but they are angled in and I asked nicely a few times but sort of felt ignored or maybe a language barrier but I'll probably not come back read more

I had a terrible experience at this nail salon, and I feel compelled to share it. I went in requesting a gel manicure and pedicure, expecting the same quality of service I've received at other salons. Unfortunately, what I got was anything but. Once I was seated, the gentleman doing my nails looked at them and immediately told me he could only shape them round because they were "too short." Keep in mind, my nails were not that short--sure, they lacked shape, but I've had square shapes done at other places with nails even shorter than this. At first, I thought he was joking because I tend to keep things friendly. When I repeated what he said for clarity, he confirmed it and said, "yes." I politely told him I only wanted square, thinking he would at least attempt it. Instead, he rudely refused, shutting me down without even trying. I would've understood if he had taken the time to explain why it wouldn't work or offered a compromise in a friendly manner, but his approach was unnecessarily abrupt and dismissive. What's worse is that I ended up going to another salon afterward, and they were able to shape my nails square without any issue. This just shows that the problem wasn't my nails but the lack of effort and professionalism at this place. I'm truly amazed by the lack of service and manners here. Save yourself the frustration and take your business somewhere else. There are plenty of salons that treat their customers with respect and provide quality work. This is not one of them. read more

Beautiful nails, but they misled me, saying that I got a free pedicure when I asked if they had any promos for birthdays bc it was my birthday month. They asked me my birthday 3 times to confirm(once while I was in the chair) then when I go to pay, I only got a 30 dollar discount, not free like they had originally told me. (apparently its only free the week of your bday, not the month, but no one bothered to tell me BEFORE I got it done). I'm on an incredibly tight budget due to finances, so I would've declined the pedicure if I had known it wasn't free. My manicure budget (120) was a gift from my boss bc she knew I couldn't afford it and wanted to spoil me, and I had to end up paying out of my own pocket which I really couldn't afford. My constructive criticism is to find out the bday first BEFORE sitting them down, and then tell what price the mani and pedi will be, and THEN ask what they want. I will say, that even tho the nails were really expensive, you do get what you pay for! My nails are so pretty, and they last a long timethe person who did my nails took her time to make sure I was happy with them! Brought my mom here on Mother's Day to pamper her with a pedicure and full set. The front desk receptionist was very professional and kind. Zoe was the nail tech that helped my mom and she made mom feel like a queen. Lots of good laughter and attention to detail. My mom was super happy with her nails and toenails. I decided to go back today for a pedicure for myself and Zoe happened to be working so I chose to wait for her to be available. I ended up getting a pedicure and manicure (no paint) and felt really nice and groomed. She does such a great job, and all the staff are respectful and welcoming, which I don't find to be the case in a lot of nail salons. I highly recommend this business. read more
