When I called to ask about pricing I was quoted for dip nails to "start at $50." Assuming that was the price for no added nail tips or designs, I agreed. When I got to checkout, my price was $65. I assumed it was more because they had to remove dip from my previous salon. When I asked, I was told it is ALWAYS $10 to remove dip even if you get a service.... So expect that minimum to start at $60 if you're coming in with nails already done - even if they're the ones who did them. Hopefully that's a misunderstanding, because I find it unbelievable to charge someone to remove nails they're paying to have redone... I was also charged an extra $5 for my "long nails." My natural nails extend less than 1/4 inch from my finger tip. The nail tech didn't offer to trim my nails, and they were healthy so I did not request a trim. I've never been to a nail salon that charges extra for your natural nails being past the fingertip. My dip nails ended up quickly cracking and chipping within 4 days. Assuming it was a problem with the product and not the application, I called and asked if they could be redone. They let me come back and gave me a different nail tech. He did a great job with the application but then again within a week I noticed cracking throughout the dip nails. I didn't return for another repair because by that point I did not want to waste another hour of my week for the same outcome. I visited this salon while my regular nail tech was out of the country. I have had dip nails regularly for 5 years and have rarely had issues with cracking/chipping, so I am positive it was not due to "wear and tear" read more

I happened to pass by this place after getting boba at ShareTea. The place looked empty but it's also at the end of the day. We came in as a walk-in. Place is neat, spacious, and well-lit. The reception (i think she's the owner) was very nice and friendly. We showed her what we want and she was happy to help us with the colors and assigned us with technician, Paul. I almost never leave negative reviews, but I feel like I have to warn other people. As you can see in the photo, they are extremely thick and look almost bubbly on my nails. not natural at all which is what i asked for. I went in wanting my acrylics completely soaked off and replaced with builder gel on my natural nails. I made it very clear that I had never had builder gel before and didn't know how the process worked. Instead of explaining it or asking if I was okay with a different service, the nail tech told me she was just going to file my acrylics down short and apply builder gel over them. She assured me they would look very natural, just like my real nails. As soon as I left, I felt like something looked off, but I wanted to give myself time to adjust since I wasn't familiar with builder gel. A few hours later, I realized I genuinely hated them and went back to the salon to express my concerns. The owner/technician refused to offer any kind of refund and also refused to fix them unless I paid again. I was basically told there was nothing they could do for me. The nails are incredibly thick because they put builder gel over existing acrylic instead of removing it like I originally requested. The polish was applied unevenly, and the shape of almost every nail is different. They don't look natural at all, which was exactly what I had asked for. To make matters worse, I paid $70 for this. There was no acrylic soak-off, no removal process, and no complicated nail art--just trimming the acrylic shorter, applying builder gel over it, and painting a single color. The technician also seemed rushed the entire appointment, which unfortunately shows in the quality of the work. This was a very disappointing experience, especially since I trusted their recommendation as someone who had never gotten builder gel before. If you're looking for quality work and good customer service, I would not recommend this salon. read more

So today my appointment time was 11am I show up service doesn't start until 1130, then about 1pm service still was incomplete. The lady at the front desk walks pass and starts pointing and talking about the polish I look closely the polish was wrinkled, but clear polish was being applied so once I looked at it she said she'll fix it. I ask how long will it take because I have to leave for another appt she says few minutes by 1:20 I said I cant wait anymore for her to try to fix it I'll come back after my appt. I had such a bad experience at the salon, Came in to get just a color change on my toenails and I asked for a white French tip, which is something I typically do. The technician working on me, was not able to do the French tip... like half my toe was white and when I asked if we can thin it out, she just said my toes were too small... girl lol. So I asked if she can just paint the whole to white at this point I gave up on trying to get them done. After I asked her to change it she was pretty aggressive with moving my feet around for the gel light curing. She set the machine kind of down on my big toe and after she noticed, she accused me of moving my feet around in there when I was clearly sitting still, and she proceeded to still cure them and asked if she could fix it, she did not lol. So whatever I went to go pay and they were charging me $30 , $5 for gel removal and 25 for just one color. And trust me I'm not wanting to complain about the price but even the one color was so bad I could see my previous gel on toes still .. then when I went up to pay the two girls in the front, we're just chatting for a good two minutes before I was even acknowledged. Also, I was there for a whole hour for this , Definitely will not be coming back. read more

DO NOT COME HERE!! BE CAREFUL WHAT'S BEING USED ON YOU. I came here for a mani pedi service and was VERY disappointed by the sanitation practices.. As a licensed nail technician myself I can easily recognize when disposable tools (like files and buffers) have already been used. The file and buffer used on me were not new.. they had visible wear, with the white spots that appear after prior use. The tech tried to hide the worn side and only use the other, but it was clear they were reusing tools. After the service, she placed the file in a section of her cart that looked like it was "waiting to be thrown away," but it was clearly not discarded properly. This is unsanitary and unsafe, especially in a professional salon setting where client safety should be the top priority.. as a nail tech I would NEVER. Both of the technicians working on me were doing the same thing, in their own ways which makes me worry that this is a common practice here. Clients deserve clean, new DISPOSABLE tools for EVERY service. That is industry standard and BASIC hygiene. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon based on what I saw and experienced. Don't risk getting an infection here.. blood borne viruses are no joke. read more

Absolutely ruined my nails. The guy who did my nails was not careful at all, he practically sawed into me with the nail file to the point where I have a cut on almost every nail. both of my thumbs have deep cuts on each side. The pain is awful, it burns really bad when I try to pick something up. When I asked him to be more patient he brushed it off and said it was just his nail stabbing into mine when me pushed the acrylic on the sides. It's clearly not just his thumb nail, it's the way he filed all my nails. The manager also tried to blame me for the cuts saying it's due to the shape of my nail, I've never had an issue anywhere else I've gone. She also laughed it off and said it would be cured in a week, which is obvious but incredibly unprofessional. As pictured, the nails also have lint, black dots, and air bubbles cured.
