First time client here. Alisha never showed up to our appointment. I arrived 10 mins before the scheduled appointment time. When I entered the salon, one of the other stylists asked who I was there to see, I told them I had an appointment with Alisha, I had made the appointment through her website the previous day and had received an email notifying the appointment was confirmed. The stylist informed me that she was not there yet and offered me a seat in the waiting area, I waited over 30 minutes before I walked up to another stylist and asked if Alisha was expected to be in. She asked if I had her number and that I should reach out to her, I told her that I was not provided with a phone number as the appointment was made via her website and there was not a phone number listed. She then apologized and said she had to return to her client, not able to assist me further. When I made the appointment I provided my email and phone number, I understand that there may be emergencies in which Alisha could not have kept the appointment, however, it would have been courteous to let me know that she was not coming. Alisha could have canceled the appointment on her end to notify me that she was unavailable, she could have called the salon or me to let me know she was unavailable.
