Such elegance and detail I'm so grateful for their service it was excellent. Very respectable people that care even about the little things.
PSA you do have to pay for art work. Annie is terrific. A lot of ppl ask where I get my nails done and it's this place. I wear a lot of designs on my hands, and Hana is great. Just so your aware it costs $$ for art. So if you see beautiful designs respect your artist and their expertise. This place is clean, nails last forever. Great designs and colors. And I find the place reasonable.
Came in as a walk in since I was getting an oil change in the area,I asked for Gel-X pink French tip square shape. Annie was the amazing nail tech who took care of me & made sure I was satisfied with everything during each step before moving forward, from length to shaping to color. She also provided me with a water during my visit and told me it was getting hot outside & it was important to keep hydrated which I thought was very kind, especially since I had been walking. I was extremely satisfied with my entire visit. The nail shop is clean and beautifully kept on the inside including restroom. I definitely recommend this place. Thank you Annie for your amazing work and costumer service !!! Total price $80
First time customer here I got to say no disappointment. The gentleman who did my nails was really nice and knew exactly want i wanted. Everyone there were very friendly and price very reasonable. Even pedicure was amazingly took out my ingrown toe nails. very pleased.
Annie did a fantastic job! I wanted a peachy pink to hot pink/red ombre and she picked the colors perfectly! I'll be coming back again!! Literally OBSESSED!!
Super disappointed... Elegant nails is my go to nail location. Also super clean place and great service. They have NEVER disappointed me until today... when greeted the team convinced me to get GELX instead of acrylics. However when the set was completed the under nails were so messy and glue was everywhere... I don't know if I can ever return for the price I paid in todays set...
THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!!! I came in with my cousin to get our nails done.. Hanna did my nails (which I loved) and Henry did my cousins nails ( which she HATED) In the past I've gotten my nails done by Henry & I asked him to make a small correction he blew up saying "THIS IS WHY I DON'T ANSWER YOUR CALLS, BECAUSE YOUR PICKY!!!" Keep in mind this was my first time coming here that day asking him to correct his work, I immediately apologized and said oh sorry and felt scared to ask anything (which I shouldn't feel) it's their job to correct their work! Since I had a bad experience I told my cousin about it therefore my cousin passed on asking Henry to fix her nails. As soon as he left we quietly asked Hanna if she could fix her nails since we didn't want Henry to get upset. Hana said something loudly in her language to her people and EVERYONE blew up!! The wife came yelling at us saying we're not going to fix her nails , we're just going to take it off and you have to pay additional $10!!!! I asked her to calm down and told her if this was any other day we wouldn't ask you to fix her nails since we'd be too scared BUT since it's my cousins engagement party today she would like her nails to look good. Henry's wife literally said " I don't care if it's her engagement party" and didn't want Henry nor Hanna to correct the nail work.. She also insisted that no one else was allowed to remove her nails except for her! Since she was so angry & loud my cousin didn't want her removing her nails since she could possibly hurt her while being so angry! We asked a second time again if someone else could remove her nails and she was yelling "NO"!" at that point I paid for my nails and we walked out.. we didn't want to pay for service we didn't like nor did we want Henry's wife removing our nails ( since she didn't work on her nails) so of-course her husband stood behind our car to trap us and the wife was yelling in my face! I made a police report & just payed for something I didn't like because I didn't have any time for the police to show up.. we had an engagement party to attend I will never forget how horrible these people made us feel just for asking them to correct their work P.S since I can't reply to the comment Elegant nails left below I'd like to address the lies!!! 1.How do you know we didn't call the police? You weren't in the car with us.. 2.How do you know the police found us? I left the parking lot & waited for an hour for the police to show up & because they didn't arrive and I had an engagement party to attend so I paid & left ( here goes another lie) 3. Instead of correcting your nail work .. as a part of customer service my only choice is to remove it!?!? Work on CUSTOMER SERVICES skills! 4. Allow people to ask you comfortably to correct nail work rather then yelling and raising your voice! 5. You should be ashamed of yourselves!! 6. Instead of apologizing below your here lying very sad...
Got a $30 gel manicure on Sunday and it already started lifting Tuesday, and I know exactly why. The young female that did my nails didn't even wipe my nails with alcohol after buffing it. Buffing and then dusting it off with a dirty dusty brush is going to prevent the gel polish from staying! The nail has to be CLEAN. Obviously the polish kept retracting/shrinking while she tried to paint on my nails. So she made me cure each finger one at a time -_- Polish was thick because she did 3 layers. The only nice thing was the shape of the polish. Maybe 2.5 stars...
It is not easy to communicate and understand the accent of their English language. I have showed a picture of nails - very simple and straightforward. Transparent nail with colored tip only. Half way thru the process, i find out she doesn't have the color i asked for. Then i asked if she was planning to clean my nails before dip powder. She asked for extra money. See the pictures and let me know honestly if these nails deserve $63!
So sad that I am from Arkansas... Where can I find this type of service there? please lmk. Anna did an outstanding job. The service was efficient and pleasant. I've never gotten an ombré set before where the technician filed and shaped my nails in between colors. Best ombré nails I've ever had!

Nails done by Henry (Ambre with gold) Nails done by Annie (brown with angels) It was my first time here got a full set (acrylic) & pedi, reasonably priced for such great work. Obviously went back and saw Annie and she did such amazing work on my set. She's great when your indecisive and encouraged my ideas. They can do honestly any design you want! Can finally say I found my "forever nail salon" read more

This place is only good for pedicures in my opinion. I usually always come here to do my lashes. The one time I go in, my usual lash tech is not there :( so I decided to try out the lady that was there. I wanted the same look and she gave me something that wasn't the same at all and charged the same exact price. Not only that, when she was done, I struggled to get one of my eyelids open because of the glue. The lashes did NOT last a full week like the ones I usually get. I was very DISAPPOINTED. Next I went on to doing my nails for the very first time here...i wanted an overlay but the lash tech suggested I do dip bc "ITLL LAST LONGER" I was pleased w the work, but not even a FULL week in w the nails and they had already start to chip by the 4th day! Again DISAPPOINTED. Although I will miss my usual lash tech, I will NO LONGER be coming here for anything. read more

Thank you ! For your review Mya H.
Decided to try this place out since it's very close to my apt. I decided to get a regular mani-pedi, which came out to $32 (not worth the price IMO). You can get better work done at another nail shop for $28. The lady who did my manicure did a shit job, my pedicure looks better than my mani (super lumpy and not evenly coated). I had two ladies working on me, who both made conversion with me. Then when it came time to pay (before she did my nail color), I told her I'd pay with card - which is $1 charge for any card transactions, ok fine. Asked her if I could add a $5 tip on the transaction which she did, and then did a shit job on my manicure color! She already got her money and did not care to make my nails look any type of "elegant" Oh, AND I'm pregnant! I told them I was due in 3 weeks and no one helped me to put my slippers on afterward!! THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY, DON'T COME HERE. Can't even give proper customer service!! read more
