The staff are so sweet, got my party of four in and out so quickly! The nail techs have a great attention to detail and take their time to perfect your nails to your liking! I had two layers of the base for my French tip and it was looking like regular clear polish. I requested another layer in a different color, which they didn't get upset at and did what i requested! I did get there a little bit before 9:30 AM so when I walked in the nail tech wasn't there, but I didn't mind because I was expecting to wait. The gentleman came in just a couple mins later and he was apologetic, but I told him it was fine. Also, the lady that greeted me was cleaning the floors which just shows how sanitary they are.
