I was doing everything I could to still make it to my appointment and expected to be only about five minutes past the grace period. I was even willing to shorten my service to just the Brazilian wax, without the mask, so I could still be seen, and I was willing to pay the full service price with no discount. Unfortunately, the receptionist was not willing to accommodate this. I also asked if I could speak with a manager and was told to email, but that management would not be reaching out to me. I was charged a $40 missed appointment fee, so I emailed management to explain the situation and request that the fee be refunded as a one-time courtesy. Berlyn Ramirez, the founder, responded that she would look into the matter and get back to me. I provided the requested screenshots of my calls. Since then, I have followed up twice requesting a status update and have still received no response. I completely understand having appointment policies and late fees, but I'm disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-through after I made several attempts to resolve the issue directly. I'm normally very punctual and was genuinely trying to make it to my appointment despite an unexpected situation. I would have preferred to resolve this privately, but after multiple attempts to follow up without receiving a response, I feel it's important to share my experience.

This place is the most unprofessional and racist place I've seen. I took my Hispanic girlfriend to this place me being black they had me pay before doing any work. Now I see 6-7 different people sitting In there chairs and 5 people came up and PAID AFTER the work is done... manager is a dick and a lying piece of shit on the phone he told me 22$ for the pedicure and 5 more for gel, not only did the say that he charged me 10$, gel is a common Preference why not have just a flat fee of $32 for your pedicure? It just doesn't make sense. I get a lady who 1 didn't even do my girlfriend toes right had to have her redo it. She charged 35$ for that also wasnt the price I was told on the phone 27$ was it. Let's talk about the nails now that's TROUBLE!! Go there and look at the price it's 40$ and 5 dollars extra for gel. We paid 63$ for the finger nails they charged us 10$ for the gel also they charge 13$ more for size now the size isn't long it's normal. I rather go to this other place we've used and pay 135$ thought paying couple dollars less I would maybe receive some good work but this place is a piece of shit racist little motherfuckers running it fuck them ALL!! read more

I love this place and so does my wife. At first, I didn't want to do manicure and pedicure here because I thought that men don't have to do it here. But when the staff here said they can do it for men, then my wife wanted me to try it. I asked for a simple reshape instead; they said yes on the phone, but once I walked in, they refused again, saying it would make them look worse. It wasn't until I demanded they just take them off completely that they finally agreed to reshape them. Please look at my media. The photos show they look way better after the reshape (going from wide houses to almond), meaning they lied to me just to avoid fixing their mistake. Furthermore, the video shows the terrible application: the nails are angled upward instead of flat, and the pinky is totally crooked. It is a horrible feeling to be treated this poorly by a business you have supported for years. Never again. You first said you could redo them and then said you couldn't. Leo didn't not want to reshape them till I told him to remove them. You did absolutely nothing to help in this incident and only embarrassed me as a customer. Do not come in here talking about policy when you disrespect your clients. Shame on you for your poor response and service.

I showed her an inspo picture, she helped me choose a color and off she went. She took her time and didn't rush. she did snip a bit of my cuticle and I bled a little bit, but I know it wasn't because she was rushing so I got over it. She asked if I liked it , if I wanted it darker , if I wanted another coat since I was going on vacation etc so really above and beyond! And she definitely understood the assignment! My communications for inspos and appt times were all via Instagram DM with Kimmy. My first set was in March, done by Tracy. She did an AMAZING job. I've wanted a cute, pink spring Miffy themed nails for my Japan trip and she delivered! She hand-drawn and hand-made the little 3d pieces for my nails. This set was still my favorite. Second set was done in April by Helen (who is a friend of Kimmy). She also did a 3d Miffy charm for my nails along with butter yellow French tips. Another beautiful set! I also got a pedi done by Kathy, a very sweet older Vietnamese lady. Third set was done earlier this June by Nancy. I also got a pedi by Kathy. I went for a different design for my nails with no 3d art. Nancy was great with the details on my request. I never had any issues with wait time since I book my appointments ahead of time.

I showed the nail tech what I would like, simple French tip and she definitely delivered as well as the tech who was doing my toes. Very polite, and it's so clean in here too! The male owner knows me and he always greets me and takes care of me. I sat and waited for 20 mins and the ln they say me down and had me sitting in cold water for almost 30 mins, because the lady said that she needed to take someone else first. She had a bunch of jewelry on and probably thought they could get more money or something. I selected the highest service and left so upset I have never been treated so badly. This place has definitely gone all the way down.

I also got my eyebrows, lip, and sideburns waxed. All prices are very affordable and the customer service here is impeccable! The main guy is also very helpful and kind you can tell he cares about the women who work there as he is always helping out. Nice music and videos on, everything is very clean. My husband has been to one other nail shop with me but he insisted we make this our go to spot. For all services (2 mani pedi's (one design + gel) and waxing we spent around 160$ and did cash tip! Can't beat that price or service.
