One of my favorite nail salons! I've been coming here since April, and every time they do an amazing job. They're always up to date on the latest nail trends, and everyone is so kind and welcoming. A small intimate setting in an unassuming strip, I stumbled upon ivy from seeing it on tik tok! It is family run and so worth the hype! Ivy, Amy and John are all fantastic! Not only are they the nicest people, they make you feel so comfortable in the salon. Ivy is an artist! I always want the coolest designs from her! I've even told her, her prices are so low, she should raise them, her response was "I'm doing ok, I just want my customers to be happy" that tells you how big her heart is. She always has the best interest for her clients and the health of their nails. People travel far for this trio because they are well worth it! They're always booked solid because they do such a great job. Expect to book at least 2 weeks to a month out, but they really work hard to squeeze you in and take care of you. Genuinely the kindest team I've ever met. read more

The prices are extremely reasonable, the service is consistently great, and everyone is always kind, welcoming, and accommodating whenever possible. This is a small shop that is by appointment only . They are all welcoming and sweet. I've been here 3 times and it's always a great experience. They even offer to put a movie of your choice on. This is my new spot , just have to plan ahead and book a time . The pedicure I got was so relaxing . I've had so bad experiences elsewhere , but here they really take care of their customers . And they don't try to push ppl to upgrade services which is great ! read more

The first time I booked with them I got really lucky because they had a cancellation and they were able to take me in the next day. Normally they are booked 2 to 3 weeks in advanced with how popular they have gotten from tik tok. All I have to say is it's well deserved! They are so welcoming as soon as you walk in. The customer service is 10/10 the art work they do on your nails is even better! 1000/1000. I had sent ivy my nail inspo and when I walked in to my appointment everything that she needed to make it happen was put aside from nail color to charms. She did a beautiful job on my valentine set. I am so impressed and happy with Ivy. I went on a Saturday and because they are appointment only, they aren't crowded. It's a small and cute hole in the wall. I had asked for cat eye gel and that's exactly what I got. They have sooo many options it was so hard to choose from. Ivy was my tech and her manicure was amazing. This is my newfound nail spa. Came in as a walk-in for a fill and gel pedi. I was seated quickly and I got to choosing colors. John was very quick to help remove my colors on my hand and feet. Amy gave me an amazing pedicure. Always an amazing experience. They can practically do any design you show them. Make sure you make an appointment in advance on ig or call them because they get really busy and the salon is pretty small inside with only 3 nail techs. I've seen them turn away walkins countless times. Really good price compared to surrounding nail salons. They also give a cash discount. Lovely family business! read more

I'm really happy with my experience at Ivy Nails. As many other Yelpers have mentioned, everyone at Ivy nails is so polite and kind. The booking process via text message was easy. They were as nice through text as they were in person! They are very busy, so walk-ins are kind of impossible so be sure to book an appointment. I went in for a hard gel on my natural nails + chrome powder. I also got a gel pedicure! really happy with both especially with the retention. It's been 1 months since I had them done and they are fully grown out without any chips! (My fault for waiting too long to make an appointment haha) Overall 10/10 experience -- incredibly fair prices for the quality of services. Highly recommend! read more

I have had such great experiences here since my first time. I found this nail spa on yelp and have come here three times so far and left happy each time! Although the location is small, it is always clean and has lots of parking. I have always been able to book a last minute appointment. I get a gel pedicure and dip manicure and the prices are great. They offer a variety of colors for gel and dip powder. They take their time with each manicure and pedicure and always ask if I like the color and shape throughout the service. Everyone is very friendly and they have great communication. I love that they text you the day before your appointment to confirm. When I arrive for my appointment, I am seated right away. Look no further for your go to nail salon!! I just recently moved down from LA a couple of months ago and have been on the hunt for a salon that I can consistently go to and be happy with my results. Over the last few years, I feel like prices have just skyrocketed, while quality and customer service in most places has plummeted. I spent probably a week looking through salons in my area, reading reviews, and finally decided to give this place a try. And I'm so happy that I did! Everybody was so friendly & sweet....the salon itself is so clean with great parking. They offer so many choices of any type of nail you would want and on top of it, Ivy actually enjoys doing designs!! She is so creative, thoughtful and patient. My second time coming here and they did such a great job again Got these same nails for my grad pics in May and again for graduation this month, and I'm super happy with them! When I last got hard gel nails here, they lasted for a full 3 weeks!! My nails usually don't last this long at other nail salons. SO HAPPY I found this gem. I originally went down the street to another nail salon and the front desk guy was so rude and told me "we're like really busy so you're going to have to come back in like an hour." Got back in my car and found the nearest nail salon to where I was at and came upon Ivy's! Family owned (and they were all there working!) Everybody was so sweet, offered me a water bottle and even opened the door for me when I left. They are just a genuinely sweet, kind family. The clinician called me to ask if I could come in early and I said yes hoping to be feeling better but as I began to work on some things at home I felt worse and worse. (I just found out I have Covid). I attempted to reschedule through Vagaro, but because my appointment was less than six hours away, the system would not allow me to do so. I called the salon and was informed by a staff member that I would be charged a $10 cancellation fee despite being sick and wanting to reschedule rather than cancel outright. Since my service was only an underarm wax, the fee amounted to approximately 40% of the total service cost. I asked whether an exception could be made given the circumstances, but was told it was the "manager's policy." The response felt very scripted and lacked any empathy for the situation. I ultimately agreed to pay the fee, but asked that the manager be informed they had lost a customer over $10. Unfortunately, the experience became even more disappointing. The manager, Sarah, called me after I had already explained that I was sick and wanted to discuss the situation. I was really not feeling well and did not appreciate receiving a call to discuss this further. I told the manager that, because I wasn't feeling well, the only discussion I was interested in having was whether the cancellation fee would be refunded. Instead of addressing my concern, Sarah ended the call abruptly by HANGING UP ON ME. I understand that businesses have cancellation policies, but customer service and compassion matter. A little flexibility for a client who woke up sick and was trying to reschedule, not avoid paying, would have gone a long way. Instead, I was charged a fee that represented a significant portion of the service cost and was treated in a way that ensured I won't be returning. If you book here, just be aware that if you wake up sick on the day of your appointment, you should expect the cancellation fee to be enforced regardless of the circumstances.

In the back room, I noticed two technicians available, just chatting. I assumed they needed a moment. Fifteen minutes passed with no update, which was unusual. Then an older woman walked in, sat down, and suddenly the staff told me, "She has an appointment, so we're going to take her first for her mani and pedi." I reminded them that I also had an appointment and had already been waiting 20 minutes. Their response was that she specifically requested them, and I would be seen "when the other technicians are done", even though those technicians were clearly busy and nowhere near finishing. My appointment was overlooked without any communication, and as a long‑time client, I was extremely disappointed. The only person who acknowledged me was the woman cleaning the nail stations, she was kind, brought me colors, and checked in. No one else did. Shame on you guys. I won't be returning, and it's clear why your reviews have been declining.
