I loved it so much! I came here for my birthday and I got the deluxe gel pedicure for $50 and the gel x happy hour special with French tip for $55! Great pricing and great vibe! I'm so greatful for the person who helped me 'B' she was so kind and sweet and really took her time Thank you! You made my day! read more

I was in town and needed my nails done at the last minute, so I picked this salon because it had almost 5 stars and a ton of positive reviews. After my appointment, I went back and read the negative reviews, and honestly, those matched my experience much more closely. The first red flag was that I walked in to ask about pricing, then left to think about it, and one of the employees actually came out into the parking lot to convince me to come back. That immediately felt off. The second red flag was that I asked for almond-shaped acrylics, and the technician immediately started putting tips on without ever asking what length I wanted. He just assumed I wanted them short. By that point I was already committed, so I just went with it. As the service went on, I also noticed the salon wasn't as clean as I would expect. There were leftover decorations up and everything was just dirty and had stains on it, and debris around the work area, and it just didn't give me a great feeling. To be fair, the pedicure came out really nice. They opened what appeared to be a sealed pack of sanitized tools, which I appreciated, and I'm happy with how my toes turned out. The acrylic nails, though, were another story. The technician left noticeable gaps between the acrylic and my cuticles, as well as along the sides of my nails. They're also extremely thick. My boyfriend, who normally doesn't notice nails at all, actually asked if they were press-ons because they looked so bulky and fake. It's only been about a week, and because of the large gap near the cuticle, they already look like they've grown out for several weeks. I know sometimes a last-minute appointment is all you can get, and that's why I stayed. But if I could do it over again, I would have gone somewhere else. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this salon based on my experience. read more

DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR "HAPPY HOUR", DO NOT TRY TO SAVE MONEY HERE! I decided to give this salon a try because of their Happy Hour special ($25 gel manicure and $20 pedicure), but unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue for me was sanitation. As someone who takes cleanliness seriously, especially when trying a new salon, I brought a brand-new cuticle trimmer and my own personal nail kit that was still sealed in its original packaging. I only asked the technician to use it after I observed him preparing to use tools that appeared to have just been used on the customer immediately before me. The service itself felt extremely rushed. I had gone in with my mom and we were both going to get the same thing, yet while she was still receiving her pedicure, the technician had already completed BOTH my pedicure and manicure. I had not had my nails done in 3-4 months, so there was plenty of cuticle and nail maintenance that needed attention. Instead, he barely touched my cuticles, did not properly shape or file my nails straight, and made no effort to trim or clean them up. The polish application was sloppy, uneven, and looked rushed. To make matters worse, he accidentally messed up my thumbnail while applying the top coat. Rather than properly fixing it, he simply painted over the damaged area and sent me on my way. When I politely expressed my concerns, another employee dismissed them and claimed my cuticle trimmer was "old," even though the technician had opened it from its sealed packaging himself. When I explained that my concern was sanitation and that I had seen tools being reused between customers, my concerns were brushed aside. The technician's attempt to "fix" the manicure only made it look worse. As if that wasn't enough, I nearly slipped on a puddle of water on the floor while leaving. Only after I almost fell did staff warn me to be careful. A wet floor in a customer area is a serious safety hazard and should not have been left unattended. I own a business myself and understand that mistakes happen. I remained polite throughout the entire visit and simply expected basic cleanliness, quality workmanship, and professional customer service. Instead, I felt rushed, dismissed, and disappointed. If sanitation, customer service, and quality matter to you, I would strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere. read more

This was usually my go to spot for getting my gel x. I went in today and waited for about 15 mins. I showed the guy what I wanted and so far everything was going good. Then 2 more customer showed up who missed their appointment and the guy started rushing on my nails...they look okay from inside the shop, but looking at it closely the application is so messy and there's smudges on my cateye. Really disappointed. The salon was also so uncomfortably hot. read more

Have been really disappointed the last few times I've been and finally am done going here. The quality of service has gone so down.

I took a chance at this place because my usual place was booked up and they delivered!! I'm so happy with my set!! They did such a good job. Although this place is small and they have 3 people working they do such a good job! I'm glad I stopped by here! read more

Good cheap gel nails that lasted over two weeks. The people inside are very nice. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is that my nails weren't prepped right so there was some chipping a little early and there's no ac inside so it can get very hot read more

This is my go-to nail salon! The prices are very reasonable, which is why I don't mind making the drive out here. Yen is my go-to nail tech and she's amazing and always gets my nails done within 30 minutes. I've never had any issues with her work. I've paid over $120 at other salons for Gel-X with designs, but here I usually spend around $50-$60. I switch it up depending on my mood: tip and dip, Gel-X with designs, cat eye, or gel and the pricing is always fair for the quality. Definitely try to go on a weekday during their happy hour specials for even better deals! Also, don't skip the pedicure especially the deluxe pedicure. It's such a nice treat. You get a 10-minute leg massage, hot wax treatment on your feet, and everything is cleaned off with a hot towel. Super relaxing and worth it. Great service, great prices, and consistent quality. Highly recommend! read more

A solid nail spot! Came by today and got a pedicure, this spot is located in a plaza with plenty of parking, between a Donut shop and Cigar shop (which is why it kinda smells like smoke when you enter, but that goes away once you're seated). I had called ahead so there was no wait (I recommend doing that at any spot in OC), and was promptly seated. The seats are great and have a nice massage function, I also loved that they had the risers for your feet so you don't have to hover when getting your feet scrubbed (more places need to use the risers!). I got a deluxe pedicure and the service was great, my technician was very attentive and took her time, making sure everything was exactly to my liking. The value was definitely there too, as this was about $10 less than most places around. I also love that they accept digital payments like Apple Cash, making it super convenient to pay after. Overall a really great experience and I'd recommend them for pedicures if you're in the area. read more

I'm honestly so disappointed with my experience here. I came in really looking forward to getting a gel builder manicure, but the service I received felt rushed and careless from the start. The technician barely paid attention to what he was doing, and when he said my nails were "finished," I immediately noticed that the sides of several nails weren't even covered with polish. It was disheartening to point it out and have him simply buff the surface and add one quick coat instead of actually fixing the issue. What upset me even more was that just three days later, the gel on my right thumb peeled off completely in one piece. After spending money and trusting a professional, this was extremely frustrating and honestly made me feel like my time and expectations didn't matter. I left feeling let down, and unfortunately, I won't be returning. read more

I came in as a walk in when the shop had techs without customers and yet when the lady started on my dip she was very rushed and like another review said, minimal prep... dip in less than 30 mins. Okay efficiency but the quality didn't follow. Didn't even realize she was done, until she got up and left. I looked at my nails and told her it doesn't look right on the edges (lack of filing and uneven dip technique), she then came over and filed one nail of many and said it'll wash off. Waited a few days, It didn't... I liked my gel pedi, short service compared to other salons but his work was great. Maybe you'll have a better experience but I will not be back. read more

I've come here twice now for their amazing gelx prices. Compared to other places, the quality and swiftness of the service exceeds everywhere else. I've only gotten simple designs so far, and from my experience, it only takes max 40 minutes for them to be done. The only downside is that there's no extensive cuticle prep, but I personally don't mind considering how quick and efficient they are. My sets have lasted for up to 4 weeks, with little to no lifting! The nails are quite strong and sturdy as well. Definitely check them out if you can, because it's worth it. Make sure to have an appointment so they can prioritize you because they get quite a lot of walk-ins. read more

I used to really love this spot. Their pedicure team is great however I found that my manicures (builder and regular gel) the last few times done by the gentleman peeled off completely after 2 days. I believe he may have been rushing the prep. Yen is great at nails so I would recommend her. read more

I finally found my nail tech. Bella! She's so kind and knows what she is doing, I usually get gel x , long. I love the fact that you don't have to wait so long. They have many nail techs. It's very busy usually. There's plenty of good parking considering it's next to target. read more

I decided to try this nail salon because it had great reviews and nice photos online, but my experience was very different. The location is next to a smoke shop, and when I first walked in, there was an unpleasant smell...almost like urine or an old nursing home. The atmosphere didn't feel clean or welcoming. My nail tech rushed through the service instead of taking the time to do it right. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back. On a good note: They did have the most comfortable chairs I've experienced in a nail salon. read more

I came in for the first time and made appointments for both manicure care and pedicure at 1:30. Shortly after I arrived, another lady came in with a 2:00 appointment and was told to wait another 20 minutes, so she ended up leaving. Also they never told me they only take cash so the payment was annoyed to me because clearly they take Venmo just rather save money so told me to go get cash! Then another customer walked in saying she had a 2:30 appointment. At that point, a staff member began yelling at me in front of two other customers, asking why I didn't mention everything over the phone -- which I clearly did when I made my appointment. The situation became extremely uncomfortable, and she continued yelling very loudly without stopping. I honestly couldn't believe a business would treat a first-time customer this way. Despite the experience, I still paid for my manicure even though I seriously considered walking out because of the treatment. Unfortunately, this place is now blacklisted for me!! read more

I was looking for a decent priced nail salon before going on vacation. I found this place as a sponsored ad on Yelp and also went to their instagram page. I saw they offer a happy hour - $45 gel x set with one color and a $30 gel pedicure! Such a steal with how priced all other salons are. It was $10 extra for the ombré on the hands and $5 extra for the french tip on the toes. I was way more willing to pay the extra and tip more with the cost being where it was. The girl who did my pedicure was so precise and did one of the best jobs I've had in 10 years. The guy who did my nails did well, a little rough at times. My nails have stayed well and no issues with the paint or integrity of the Gel X. I liked the vibe of the place - mellow and used their TV for music instead of cable with subtitles on. read more

Called the salon Saturday before noon for an appointment and they said they were busy now and had other appointments as well but I can come at 2, so I figured I'd get coffee and shop around a bit before I went. When I arrived, the lady asked what time my appt was and when I said 2pm, she looked shocked. There was another girl in the waiting area and she asked when her appointment was, to which she also said 2. She didn't say anything else and we were both sat at different chairs. I waited about 30 minutes and finally asked how long I would be waiting, to which she said another 20 minutes... I could have went somewhere else instead of wasting 3 hours of my life. Don't waste your time here. read more

I contemplated leaving this message but overall I am extremely disappointed. I came in here after calling to see if they had space. They said they did and I could come in. Unfortunately, when I came I almost waited an hour before getting seated. This is something they should have been upfront with me on the phone. I asked for a gel builder fill and after waiting almost an hour the tech completely rushed through the job. It was super sloppy, my nails are uneven, he missed a few coats of polish and I asked for Polk-a-dots nails and some are already scratching off (it's been less than 24 hours). I need these nails to last me as I am going on vacation. However, I feel like they probably won't because he missed a few coats of things. Lastly, cherry on top was I got bitten by mosquitoes while waiting. The shop is decently priced but the quality and attention was not there. I knew at the moment he started it was going to be downhill. I am pretty upset with the outcome and the wasted time. Save yourself and go elsewhere, don't be fooled by the positive reviews. read more
