I would not recommend this nail salon. I went in to get my nails done for my sister's wedding, and this was only the second time in my life that I've had my nails professionally done (I'm 37). I started with a pedicure, which was fine the technician was nice but my experience with the nails was disappointing. I had trouble deciding on the color and design, as I'm not used to getting my nails done. I asked the nail technician for advice, and she seemed frustrated that I couldn't make up my mind. She repeatedly made comments like, "Oh, you can't make up your mind?" in a tone that was clearly annoyed. I was literally the only customer in the salon, and I was just trying to get some guidance, but her attitude made me feel uncomfortable. With so many other salons around, I would suggest finding a place where the staff is more welcoming and makes you feel at ease. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here read more

I like how calm the salon is, I also like that they were able to schedule me an appointment in such short notice :) I love how my pedicure looks and i'm happy with the attention to detail I received from the 3 different techs that attended me! However... I did notice that my first tech didn't remove all the not so pretty stuff from under my nail, so I didn't like that I had to verbally tell the second tech to remove it :/ I don't like to feel annoying or high maintenance, but I don't think it's fair if I had left here not feeling super clean under my nail :) Anyways other than that small detail, I loved the service! This review is long overdue, but this spa is amazing. The staff is super friendly and my nails look great every time. During the week, it's pretty easy to get in quick and walk in. When I was calling different nail places to see if they could do a fill for dip nails, Fantastic Nails said they would do it for me! Not a lot of salons offer this service so I was super grateful they would. I asked if I could come in within the next 15 minutes and sure enough, I was there in 15 minutes and ready to be seen! This was my first time here - it's a small, but cute and clean salon in a plaza where BevMo is. It wasn't busy at all for a Sunday. Supposedly, they had recently changed management. I never noticed this salon so I thought it was completely new. I can't speak to how this place was before with the previous management. HALEY was my technician and she was super kind, patient and did an amazing job with my nails. I felt so bad because I had just drank a Celsius energy drink and didn't eat before coming here. My hands were all jittery and sweaty . I let her know that it was the caffeine and she told me not to worry. Haley took her time with my fill and even with my jittery hands, she was amazing and has a great attention to detail! I called on a whim and also searching for nail salons near me, because I recently moved down from the Bay Area. I called on a Sunday morning and they had an opening so I drove in and intentionally, picking a place near a Trader Joe's which is across the street, lol. The nail salon is really nice and not really busy and there are plenty of parking. The staff was really nice and listened to what I was looking for. I wanted something super simple because my nails needed some TLC after having gel x for the longest time and wanted my natural nails to breathe. I've only been here twice so far for pedicures only and my experience has been FANTASTIC both times! (see what I did there? lol.) They're located right next to BevMo so drive slow or else you'll miss it. Their staff is lovely and they have great service. They've adjusted well to COVID regulations (how I actually found them) and take the precautions needed for them to stay open. I usually opt for the deluxe gel pedicure and that's good enough for me. It's an additional $10 for a gel pedi vs. a regular one, but my clumsy self definitely needs the gel so I don't have to wait for them to be dry. I debated on writing this review because it was my first time trying them and I had really high hopes. I am writing it though because I'm realizing how much I spent with them just for them to do a whatever job. This was my first set back and maybe I'm just being picky but it was not a great experience. I got both a gel pedicure and an SNS set? I'm not sure what you would call me dip nails. Fair warning, $40 for dip and no manicure included. I even made sure to ask since I've never gotten dip without a manicure included...I mean $40 just to dip my nails?! Kind of sounded insane so I made sure to ask the guy doing my nails 3x, are you sure it doesn't come with a manicure? I watched him just take the drill over my nails and of course, it was not a great base. That is why you do a manicure before! I am so disappointed in how my nails feel. I took a shower after and my hair was getting caught in my nails, ALREADY! The lady (Lisa) who did my gel pedicure was nice and did a good job but I did get up-charged $5 to put a little acrylic on a broken toe. The guy who did my nails didn't know I understood Vietnamese but he made sure to remind the lady doing my pedicure she needed to charge me to fix it a bit. That was okay, it was pricier than some places I've had fix my toe but I knew it would be an up charge. Pretty disappointed since I haven't seem to be able to find a decent place in Orange so I guess it's back to driving to a nail place for me. I may come back for a pedicure if I don't want to drive far since Lisa was great. For reference, my SNS set on my natural nails were $40 and my gel pedicure (Basic pedicure package with gel) was $35 with a $5 up-charge for my broken toe to make it $40 for the pedicure. read more

I'm currently visiting OC from LA, and needed to find a nail salon last minute to do a gel mani! I called and they immediately fit me in. The owner actually did my nails and she was sooooo sweet. Not only was she kind, but I could tell she was a PRO at her job. She took her time, and I really appreciated how detail oriented she was! Sometimes in nail salons you can feel rushed, but not here. Definitely not a great experience. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I had scheduled an appointment a week earlier and when I called to ask to come a few minutes earlier they said they had no recollection of my appointment even though I had a text message confirmation. When I got there not overly friendly, but not rude. The women that did my hands and toes were both kind. I showed the women doing my nails a design I wanted and she said no problem. Let's just say it's not the best. I felt bad asking her to redo them because she was nice, but to be honest they don't look good. Really uneven and bumpy, and more of a Pinterest fail version of the nails I wanted. She then showed the man at the front and then they proceeded to laugh at my nails. (Sometimes you don't need to speak another language to know when someone is making fun of you.) they also charged me for removal and too much for the design I had. Was hoping to find my nail spot, but sadly this won't be it. I'd say if you want a basic pedicure with no frills, this place would work. read more
