It's been over 2 years now at Gossip Nails, and I am so satisfied every visit with the customer service and the services provided. I always get compliments on my Gel Builder and the best pedicures. Snow and everyone were very welcoming and sweet! Everyone was Friendly and very accommodating. I wanted a specific gel they unfortunately didnt have but they offered a similar polish and I love how they came out! They were always making sure all their customers were taken care of at all time. My boyfriend got a pedicure and enjoyed the massaged chair and his pedicure overall. Can't wait to go back!

I went here on a whim because I frequent the swim school across the way and my nails needed some love from months of Gel X. Snow took me in as a walk in and helped make my nails look great and feel strong with nail builder. I'm super picky about my nails, especially if they start to look thick and fake. I highly recommend Gossip Nails! Snow is incredibly friendly and always goes above and beyond to meet her customers' needs. The quality of her work on both fingernails and toenails is excellent, and she really takes the time to match the polish color I'm looking for. I've been getting builder gel from her, and my nails always look beautiful. I prefer my nails on the shorter side, and she consistently gets the length just right. She also always has me confirm the shape before finishing, which I really appreciate. The salon is clean, comfortable, and relaxing, and Snow always offers water to make the experience even more pleasant. I've been going to Gossip Nails since moving to Orange in 2023, and I've always had a wonderful experience! read more

They offer many different choices and all of them are performed by courteous, friendly and very competent people. Their work is top notch and if for some reason you are not completely satisfied they correct the situation to your satisaction. The owner treats everyone like family. The woman who did my nails was wearing a jade butterfly necklace and was awful. She didn't take all of the old gel polish off my nails so the red shown through my new color. She was in a rush and broke my nail with the drill bit. I had to ask multiple times for her to file my nails so they were uniform, she was leaving my nail tips ridged. It was an awful experience, my nails look sloppy. read more

I drive by this nail salon almost daily and decided today was the day to give it a shot. I am soo glad I did! I did not have an appointment and they were quick to accommodate me. They were friendly and very clean. I had a gel manicure and gel pedicure. Emily did a fantastic job and was very thorough and did not rush. I will definitely come back. So glad I tried this salon today! Had an amazing gel Mani and Pedi done. The shop is super clean and fresh with new chairs. I haven't had my feet or hands done in a long time and they really did a great job and we're very professional and friendly. They have a great selection of gel polishes and they used heated lotion for the massage and followed it up with hot towels. I was so relaxed by the time I left that I didn't feel so guilty about splurging on myself. Highly recommend you give them a try! read more

I do my own nails & this is one of the many reasons why. I went in here asking for a Soak off Removal for medium acrylic nails , & none of the three ladies sitting there knew how to approach me with a yes or no. A lady then asked me to wait, and I asked her how long and she did not respond. Like I can clearly go elsewhere, where they will sit me down in a minute and do a proper soak off! Then the lady approaches me and demands why I don't want a fill , and questions me again two or three times why I'm not getting another service/ gel on my fingers. I simply replied I just want this soaked off. She hesitated for 5 minutes just looking at my nails. So I exclaimed, do you know how to remove the charms? I want a soak off , you're not gonna rip these off my nails ... She got up in a rush, very discouraged and got a bowl of acetone. The entire time I sat down, all the 4 ladies in there were talking all this smack... very uncomfortable situation if you ask me, and a very lot of yapping in their language. I'd never go back there again for any service. Hence, They're not cleaning their implements after every client. Very cheap , very unprofessional, and disrespectful people here. read more

I sent a message to a local salon asking if they had a pedicure service for men and this one of the other salons that my request information was sent to. Gossip Nails responded very quickly that they had the service I was looking for and were available for a walk-in. I am glad I went as they were very nice and had a nice, clean, relaxing salon. Very friendly service! This was my first time trying this place out and I'm glad that I did. I got the luxury pedicure and brought my own nail polish. The male that did my pedicure did a good job removing my calluses and left my feet feeling extra soft. What really made me appreciate this place is their professionalism and attentiveness. Since I brought my own nail polish in I realized after I left that I forgot it. I went back to pick it up and I soon realized my toes nail polish got smudged in my sandal . They fixed it right away, gave me my nail polish and saw that my nail polish on my hands were all chipped off and offered to remove it for me. So kind. Snow is the sweetest person ever! read more

She wanted to feel beautiful and feminine just like her mommy. When she was 4 years old before she was diagnosed with severe ADHD I tried taking her to several nail salons. Unfortunately, instead of patience and kindness, we were met with judgment. Because she had a hard time sitting still, people would make faces, seem frustrated, and treat her like she was a burden. As a mom, that was heartbreaking to watch, and I could see it affecting her confidence. Then I found Michelle's salon completely by chance through work, and it truly felt like a blessing from God. From the very first visit, Michelle and the entire team welcomed my daughter with open arms. They were patient, gentle, encouraging, and made the experience fun instead of stressful. They never made her feel like she was "too much." Instead, they made her feel seen, accepted, and beautiful. Today my daughter is 5 years old, has since been diagnosed with severe ADHD, and she still gets excited every time I tell her we're going to see Michelle. She feels comfortable there, confident there, and genuinely loved. As a mother, there is nothing more meaningful than seeing your child embraced for who they are. Michelle and her team don't just do beautiful nails they create a safe, welcoming space where everyone is treated with kindness and dignity. Their compassion has made a lasting impact on both my daughter and me. I will forever be a loyal customer because of the way they've treated my family. The manicure was poorly done, and when I returned two days later to show them the work, they told me they didn't need to do anything about it. Initially, they told me on the phone that they were fully booked, but when I arrived, the place was empty. The owner's attitude was especially unpleasant and unprofessional. reconsiderations to have.. Inconsistent quality of service, Poor customer communication, Dismissive attitude towards customer complaints, Lack of accountability *****I do not recommend this nail salon. I have been getting my nails done at Gossip Nails for over a year now, both manicures and pedicures on a regular basis. Snow, the owner, is absolutely adorable, and so much fun! I tried many salons before finding and settling on this one and have been pleased on every level. The atmosphere is always filled with light-hearted laughter, and the friendly conversations are always inclusive of all of the clients, creating a feeling of family. The knowledge of their craft is evident in the final product and I've seen even the pickiest clients walk out pleased. The prices are very fair, the salon is immaculately clean with constant sterilization, and it's rare that one has to wait more than a moment or two.
