My mom and I tried this place for the 1st time today. Pedicure for me, manicure for mom. We were very satisfied. Jackie did a great deluxe pedicure for me, awesome massage, very attentive. Mom's manicure was very nice n relaxing. Thanks ladies, we will be back!! read more

Relaxing vibes & the nicest staff! I had some time to kill after work & before a lash appointment so I decided to get a pedicure nearby and found VNAILS on Yelp. I called to ask about availability & lucky me bc they had a cancellation and were able to take me in right away! They were friendly & welcoming right when I walked in, especially Vivian (love that we have the same name!!) & her mother, Pauline. Linda did a great job on my pedicure and was very sweet to talk with. I didn't plan on a manicure, but she noticed my crusty nails in the middle of the pedicure LOL and Pauline was so accommodating to give me a quick & gentle manicure! Such a good experience with these lovely ladies, I will be back!! :) read more

Great place, everyone is very friendly and chatty. We recently moved to the area, and I went to get my nails done for an upcoming trip, and despite being a guy, the ladies made me feel comfortable and not out of place lol They did a great job, and again were incredibly friendly. So much so, my wife went to try them out after I did and she also had a great experience!! Give them a chance, you'll be impressed! read more

After searching the area for years and trying tons of places, I finally found my nail place! I've been coming here for about a year now and won't ever go anywhere else again. The salon is so pretty and clean inside, everything's new and comfortable and the ladies are so sweet and accommodating! I'm very rough on my nails so gel would always chip and never last even 2 weeks but since I've been coming here and doing dip, my nails have never chipped and they have lasted over a month before! They're also very gentle and take care of your nails especially when removing the dip/gel so my nails are healthy and strong still. Not only do they do a great job and I'm always leaving happy but it's very affordable too. So happy I found them, all my friends come here now too! read more

Wife and I have attended twice and love that the owners do our nails personally and is fantastic with custom requests and design ideas. I have been to many nail salons in OC that are super busy and get confused with custom requests. Vibe is super friendly and upbeat. Will be the only nail shop we go to from now on. read more

Wonderful experience! Love coming to this place. The owners are very sweet and vibes are amazing. Mom always recommends the trendiest colors. They also do facials and waxing. Couldn't ask for a better nail salon. Highly recommended! read more

It is the right place. The owner who goes on walks with your neighbors, and i believe her daughter works there too and is usually very professional and nice. The other nail techs and the daughter are actually a delight. But maybe the manager should learn manners and customer service and how to properly explain the charges to her own customers. And probably not add an EXTRA charge for putting the magnet on a cat eye when the polish was already upcharged. It is just greedy and takes away customers from the other techs read more

I've been to V nails 4 times and absolutely love it. Pauline and her team are extremely professional, the environment is spotless, their customer service skills are top notch and their skills are admirable. I have gotten my nails done at other places but my gel nails never made it to two weeks. At V nails, I've been pushing to three weeks with gel. Their materials are the best quality. It's now my self care location and will remain this way. I highly, highly recommend them. read more

I recently returned and got someone else doing my pedicure. I felt pain during the pedicure and told her it was painful, she told me I had an ingrown toenail. I did not. Now I have a huge infection and probably an actual ingrown toenail. I'm in so much pain. This should be discussed to the customer first!!! I will still be going here because it's a good place, but sure to make sure they do not do any "ingrown toenail" cutting without asking asking. read more

First time here at it was great! I came during my 1 hour lunch break from work on Friday knowing nail salons are usually busy Fridays after work. I called ahead to asked how long it would take since I'll have about an hour. They said they could have my gel nail polish removed and gel manicure done in 30-45 min. I was super glad and went in and they sure did get in done super quickly and super nice! will definitely come back again! Thank you. read more

Drove by and saw banner announcement that this new nail salon was now open. Next afternoon I checked out their Yelp noticed it was a very new spot - just a couple weeks of opening and already has enough good reviews with pictures of clients to convince me. I texted to request an appointment for that evening after work. Btw so convenient that they offered texting! I got a very quick and friendly confirmation text back. When I arrived Pauline (the owner) was very attentive and friendly which made me feel comfortable. The place is fully renovated and looks beautiful with all new equipment. Pauline told me she has 15 years experience doings nails and has worked in various cities and catered to different clientele. Her professionalism showed in her work. She was gentle but precise and she took her time with me. I'm very happy with the way my acrylic fingernails and pedicured feet/toenails turned out! I have already recommended 2 ladies to VNails within 1 a day of getting services and will continue to do so. I want to support this woman owned small business because I can tell Pauline has not only invested her money but heart, sweat and soul into this dream come true of hers. She says she wants to build her own clientele in her new business here in City of Orange. read more

We both got pedicures, my cousin got a gel french tip which had very clean lines. I got a regular polish pedicure. We both loved the experience so much that we will definitely come back. I've been looking for a new nail salon and couldn't be happier to find this one! I saw the 5 star reviews on Yelp and gave it a shot. Made an appt via text and the experience was seamless. As soon as I stepped into the cute salon I was serviced right away. The owner Pauline and her daughter Vivian were super professional and meticulous with their work. You can tell customer service is their number one priority. Pauline was super honest with me when I asked for her opinion and didn't try to up sell me on services like other nail salons would. Needless to say I was super happy with my powder dip manicure and gel pedicure. I even made sure to make an appt with them on my way out! read more

I came here for the first time and it was a great experience. The owner was very friendly. My nail tech was super sweet. She didn't rush my mani/pedi. The ambiance was very relaxing. They had easy music playing and a Vietnamese cooking channel on the TV (silent). It was quite interesting! Made me want to eat Vietnamese food afterwards. LOL!
