I called to ask about availability & lucky me bc they had a cancellation and were able to take me in right away! They were friendly & welcoming right when I walked in, especially Vivian (love that we have the same name!!) & her mother, Pauline. Linda did a great job on my pedicure and was very sweet to talk with. I didn't plan on a manicure, but she noticed my crusty nails in the middle of the pedicure LOL and Pauline was so accommodating to give me a quick & gentle manicure! After searching the area for years and trying tons of places, I finally found my nail place! I've been coming here for about a year now and won't ever go anywhere else again. The salon is so pretty and clean inside, everything's new and comfortable and the ladies are so sweet and accommodating! I'm very rough on my nails so gel would always chip and never last even 2 weeks but since I've been coming here and doing dip, my nails have never chipped and they have lasted over a month before! They're also very gentle and take care of your nails especially when removing the dip/gel so my nails are healthy and strong still. It is the right place. The owner who goes on walks with your neighbors, and i believe her daughter works there too and is usually very professional and nice. The other nail techs and the daughter are actually a delight. But maybe the manager should learn manners and customer service and how to properly explain the charges to her own customers. Pauline and her team are extremely professional, the environment is spotless, their customer service skills are top notch and their skills are admirable. I recently returned and got someone else doing my pedicure. I felt pain during the pedicure and told her it was painful, she told me I had an ingrown toenail. I did not. Now I have a huge infection and probably an actual ingrown toenail. I'm in so much pain. This should be discussed to the customer first!!! I will still be going here because it's a good place, but sure to make sure they do not do any "ingrown toenail" cutting without asking asking. read more

Next afternoon I checked out their Yelp noticed it was a very new spot - just a couple weeks of opening and already has enough good reviews with pictures of clients to convince me. When I arrived Pauline (the owner) was very attentive and friendly which made me feel comfortable. The place is fully renovated and looks beautiful with all new equipment. Pauline told me she has 15 years experience doings nails and has worked in various cities and catered to different clientele. Her professionalism showed in her work. She was gentle but precise and she took her time with me. I'm very happy with the way my acrylic fingernails and pedicured feet/toenails turned out! I have already recommended 2 ladies to VNails within 1 a day of getting services and will continue to do so. I want to support this woman owned small business because I can tell Pauline has not only invested her money but heart, sweat and soul into this dream come true of hers.
